My 74 year old mom needed her a/c checked which we had appointment for. There was absolutely no where for customers to park besides behind the building. All of the side spots and front spots were taken. More cars than people waiting. I asked the worker and he was nasty with me about it. He basically shushed me. My mom is in the store now. I have no idea how long its gonna take her to get her car signed in but I now dont want to go into the business and have to look at that man again. I will not be coming back and neither will my large extended family. My mom is handicapped nut hasnt had the time to get new plates because they were crunched in an accident.

About a year ago I bought some new tires for my car. I also had an assignment done because my car was pulling to the right while driving. They offered me and option of two alignment plans: a one year and a lifetime. I wish I had chosen the latter since I had my shocks and struts replaced, and it had been over a year. This time I went with the lifetime package. My tires were with every penny and were made in the USA! I get my tires rotated and alignment done for free and now with my purchase. Justin and the rest of the guys will take good care of you and dont make you feel less than simply because you dont speak mechanic. I highly recommend coming here.

The first time I took my car there to replace coolant reservoir the kept my car for 3 days then after I picked it up and drove it a few blocks it started smoking. I took it back and they charged me an additional $600 to get it fixed and running after spending over $400 the first time. The second time I went to get my left rear turn signal bulb changed and ended up getting over $200 worth of work done five hours later (they said it would be 1-1 1/2 hours). They said it was ready I arrived to pick it up and the rear hatch was open in the parking lot unsupervised with the keys just laying in the rear of the suv in plain sight for anyone walking by to take my keys and drive off with my truck and the bulb was not changed so I ended up leaving without the service I actually came for. So glad my husband had not dropped the other vehicle yet we won’t be using them again

Took them 2 hours to fix my car

These are some ethical mechanics. I was getting my truck serviced in Fresno at one of those quick in and out oil change places that was taking my money but NOT doing the work I was paying for.(you know, out in a Jiffy).Firestone caught it and brought it to my attention that my tires had not been rotated in at least 20,000 miles. (I had been paying for this).

Have had lots of work done here and always a great experience would highly recommend this shop

Avoid coming here slow service, I kept getting lied too, and they will stand around just talking to each other in the shop...no urgency here. Unless you have a lot of time to kill go for it. I’ll try somewhere else next time.

We stopped here after getting a flat while on a road trip, we needed all 4 tires replaced and needed to get back on the road as quickly as possible. Robert was not only extremely helpful but he was kind and understanding of our situation. everyone here is professional and helpful, we were back on the road in no time and we are very happy with our service!

Made an appointment for an alignment. They told me it would be 1.5 hours so I made sure my wife came with to pick me up. He called in exactly 1.5 hours and said it was done. Checked all fluids and belts. Checked tire pressure. Even quoted me on some front end work it needed but did not pressure me at all. I will definitely return for future needs.

Drove in bc car started making weird noise and couldn’t figure it out...no appointment or anything but they took care of it right away, friendly, and didn’t even charge. Amazing! Shame I don’t live nearby, otherwise would be my go-to place.

Went to get an oil change and a week later I take my car to the dealership for some maintenance turns out they didn’t tighten the filter so the car was leaking. Had to pay $200 at the dealer so they can fix the problem cuz it had leaked all on the undercarriage part and had to be replaced. My sister went to get new tires on her car and turns out they messed up her sensor and a cable was leaking. Worse place to go and get your car worked on!!

Very unsatisfactory, i have been going here for one year for my oil changes, i serviced my brakes and rotors here and bought new tires. recently i decided to do my own oil changes again, something thats very simple if the nut had not been tightened to the core, it was so tight i couldnt pry it with a 4 foot wrench, also they say they do a full inspection on the car however come to find out three weeks after my front brakes were changed, my back ones where grinding metal to metal ( that doesnt happen in three weeks ). When I spoke to mike the GM he insured me that i dont know what i am talking about and that he can only help me if i spend more money there. He was Very rude and argumentative. If you are looking for a genuine and honest mechanic shop its not this one.

Traveling, we have been to several Firestones in different states. Visalia by far is the best for great customer service, and workmanship! We were told tire rotation could not be done, the lug nut covers were swollen???? in Mesa, Arizona. Came to Visalia and they must have unswollen the next day because there was no issue here!!!! I am very upset with my treatment as a female while trying to get a tire installed. I purchased a new OEM rim and tire online with a wheel installation package. I brought them to your location to install they showed me it wouldnt seat correctly. They said they tried to take some rust off the hub but said this rim wouldnt fit, but they didnt try it on another spot on the car. Brought the material back home and was able to get the rim on no issue. We found there was a tiny amount of overspray, but fixed that and tried putting the rim on 2 locations and both fit. I went back to get the wheel installed and they refused. They said we forced the tire on. Also the service manager said the customer was not always right. I brought the tire and wheel over to TF Tire & Service and they installed it with no issue. I will never come here or recommendation your store because of how I was treated.

We had a crack on the radiator and it was leaking badly.. . We could have taken the risk to drive all the way to SB just by adding water to the cooling system very often but that guy recommended to change the part before we drive through the desert... He accepted to work on the car and did it on a Sunday late afternoon. Great service, thank you Mike!

Just love this place they know me by name.... Got an oil change and the seal broke to the oil pan... A few days later I noticed oil dripping. I brought it in and they replaced the plug and topped me off no charge...

I have been here twice in the last 6 months for two different issues and both times were exceptional.Today I had went because I needed new tires for my Nissan Juke. I went with the Toyos after some online research. They didnt try to up sell me on anything, but they did go ahead and see if there were any better deals that I might have overlooked which I appreciated. They did a full inspection on my vehicle and recommended some services that i may want to take care of today. I went ahead and also took a alignment since they had already checked it and they bundled a deal with my tire purchase.Justin and Steven were both quite helpful and even got me some new wiper blades while I was there. They were very courteous and werent sharks and were just there to make sure I was taken care of without trying to get me to empty my wallet.This is why I have been coming here for years and will continue to do so!!

Mike Rodriguez is extremely professional and did everything he could to find the best tire at the best price for me. This is most definitely the best tire shop in town.

They messed up my brake fluid exchange, tried to charge me for a part I dont have, and Im still waiting on an invoice for a refund.

Today would have been my 3rd time receiving services from this company, however after today, I know I will not be back. The first time I went they were great. They were very communicative, polite, and they fixed everything I needed and even suggested that I not get work as it wasnt needed at that time. We took my husbands vehicle the 2nd time and although they completed the work, it took them all day and when we picked the vehicle up, they failed to mention issues they had found until we inquired about certain parts on the vehicle. This time, I tried scheduling 2 separate appts during rhe week for the weekend, but their system continued to cancel my reservation. I walked in as soon as they opened asking to get my breaks and oil change and they said they couldnt as they were only taking appts. I explained the issues with their system and the man knew my name without me telling because he seen the cancelled reservation in front of him but still said they couldnt work on my vehicle. Thats understandable, but he didnt apologize for the issues or miscommunication. He asked if I wanted to schedule an appt for later in the week and I told him no, that I would just get at least my oil changed somewhere else in which he replied yea, well next time make sure you call us instead rather rudely. You would think theyd treat repeat customers a bit better or at least express apologies for any technical issues with their system but I guess maintaining customers isnt a priority for them.

Called 8/2/19 talked with Anthony. I asked if I could bring my truck in to get my Firestone tire with a Firestone warranty fixed ( had a nail in it) he told me I would have to bring it in the next day. This place has horrible service and I would not recommend them to anyone

Did a good job as quick as possible, they were pretty busy. It didn’t help that I was ten minutes late, but they didn’t even seem bothered, they were happy to get me under way.I’m usually a little nervous about people working on my truck, and I do most of the work by myself, so I was relieved and confident when they identified and verified the things that I already knew almost perfectly, a couple things, you’d have to be using my truck for a while to notice. So I’m confident in their ability and I find them to be trustworthy from the two visits I’ve had so far.They are friendly, but not to the point where they’re distracted from the task at hand, or stone cold silent, and they were good with everybody else that came in. It was casual profession which I feel is the best way to be for an auto shop. Coffee and water was available, as well as a clean an up kept bathroom. Waiting room was clean and the tv was on to entertain. Way to go Visalia firestone.

Robert was great! I dont know much about cars and any questions i had ( as dumb as it might of sounded lol ) he answered. Previously received an estimate on tiers and decided to go back not just for the price they quoted me but because of ther service they provided. I have previously taken my car to 3 different places and they were all very over priced and rude.The guys here are super friendly and i will deffinitly be keeping them in mind whenever i have a car problem! I went in to get an inspection for my car the inspection did not pass because Justin the service advisor said my back tire was rated a 1 which meant that I had to buy a tire in order for my inspection to pass well come to find out the person I bought the car from told me that my car was already inspected and smogged which meant that Firestone sold me a tire I did not need. So beware if you dont know about cars or tires never go to Firestone without somebody knowing whats up.
