I understand that Baskin Robbins is usually an entry level job for high school kids but this is hands down the filthiest ice cream shop in town. Trash and melted ice cream on the floor and tables. The glass cases have tons of nasty hand prints all over them. And the employees are mediocre at best. Management needs to start retraining employees or hire new ones that will actually treat customers and their place of employment with respect.

Great flavors, lots of choices, but very pricey, hence the 4-stars.

This store is amazing. And I’ve been to every store in Visalia and Tulare. It’s not cluttered. There is room to walk and still b 6ft away from ppl. But most importantly the customer service is outstanding! Thank you new friend Ashley for all you help!!They are open from 12-8

They used to have a lot of good flavors that included chocolate. I cant remember the names of the especially good chocolate flavors but they no longer have them. now its just plain chocolate. very disappointing.

Very nice staff and the selection is superb 👌. The place is a little tight in space but its ok. Would definitely recommend and go back 😊

Ehhhhh. Its ice cream which is uber delicious but the first 3 things I ordered they couldnt make. No peanutbutter sauce or no banana or no flavor for that one, made me sad. Ended up getting a milkshake that was pretty runny. Like thick-ish milk. Not what I would call a homerun. Not even a single. Cant ever strikeout with ice cream so lets call it a walk

I love baskin robbings ice cream, i have been at this locations about 4 times since they opned since its closer to my home, and every time i go there, they dont have butter pecan or any type of cheesecake ice cream. I can understand one time but I have been here more then 3 times, I would assume can order thsee ice cream by then, just right now, I called just to check if they have butter pecan or cheesecake, they told me they have the butter pecan no cheesecake,,really

Typical 31 flavors franchise, just run of the mill. Nothing bad, nothing special.
