Went to have a wedding ring resized. Per my wifes and my tradition, we wear ours on our right hand. He was condescending when I requested a refit for my right ring finger. Told me, Wedding rings are worn on your LEFT hand. Ill resize it for your LEFT hand... I couldnt believe the guy was so dense and terrible at fulfilling a simple request. How stupid can a person possibly be not to comprehend a simple difference like that? I felt sorry for him.

What a gem of a place. No pun intended, I swear. Great customer service, welcoming, and best of all, THE PRICING! You would assume that these guys being located in downtown Visalia would charge an arm and a leg to resize rings. And you would be wrong!The price quote I received initially from a recommended jeweler in Fresno was nearly 10 times the amount quoted by Quality Jewelers. I thought my ears were deceiving me. My fiance and I stopped in after a recommendation from her parents and Im glad we listened. The $800 or so dollars I saved on resizing and not having to get the prongs on each ring reworked. The other jeweler was adamant on having that done or they wouldnt even accept the job. It made the resizing unaffordable at the time (Im a small business owner so Im not rolling in cash.)The other jeweler - one highly recommended in Fresno - just cant compare or compete. These guys have certainly earned our business for life. Ill share a photo of the rings soon. Thanks again, Quality Jewelers. Great job on the rings, keeping us in budget, and making my fiances face light up like a Christmas tree when she saw them!
