My mom always used this Jewelry store for all her purchases, cleanings, etc. They always treated her wonderfully. Though I do not get a lot of jewelry when I do need something Visalia Jewelry is the place for me! Owner is great!

Do not use Visalia Jewelry Services!! My wife brought my ring in to be engraved for an anniversary present. They engraved it but said the dies slipped so it turned out very bad. So I brought it back and asked them if there was anything they could do to fix it. The owner said he could polish it out so it would look like it did before he engraved it. So I left it with my name and number and waited for him to call me. Didn’t hear from him for a week so I called him and he told me it was ready. So I went in and picked it up and it looked like new again. Then I realized that it was a different ring so I asked him if it was my ring I brought in or if he replaced it. He told me it was the ring I brought in and he fixed it. I asked him multiple times and he kept telling me it was my ring I brought in even though I knew he was lying because it was obviously a much lower quality ring than my ring. So I went to Rodgers where the ring was purchased and to find out for sure. They told me it was definitely a different ring so they called Visalia jewelry services and the owner then admitted to them that he lied to me. I went back to get my ring and the owner told me that he wasn’t sorry and he can lie to me as much as he wants. If he can lie as much as he wants then THEY OBVIOUSLY CAN’T BE TRUSTED!!! Do not bring your jewelry to him!! Who knows what else he is lying to people about!! If I could give them zero stars I would.

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR JEWELRY!!!! Only take things here if you don’t care to ever see your priceless jewelry ever again or if you want to get ripped off. This man is a crook and a fraud
