I am obsessed with build a bear I wish something like this had been around when I was child so I eagerly awaited the day my son was old enough to appreciate building his first bear, the sales staff was nice and helpful I dont think the bears are over priced. Some of the clothing, sure but we still found a cute outfit. Cant wait to go back especially for his birthday since they do the birthday bear now!

The employees are very health conscious and super nice!! They make it a great experience for the kids while still following health guidelines which I really appreciate!!

Went to my daughters friends Birthday party and kids had a blast employees went above and beyond to make the party as fun as possible, will be planning our party there for sure

The employee is very rude. I was touched one bear she told me to stop, there was no sign saying that we couldn’t touch them. I felt very uncomfortable and left. Knowingly I really wanted to buy something, but I didn’t feel welcome. She told me and my friends to put mask on and we had some on.

Was below average. Apparently if you go in through the exit they will redirect you and put you first in line cutting in front of everyone.Went there again today. The manager thinks we owe he respect. I put back 10 bears i was buying because hes so rude.

One employee that is really dull and provided bad customer service. She didnt even talk to my son and make it an enjoyable experience. She totally ignore my son, didnt seem like she enjoys her job! No interaction with my son. Other staff were amazing Ive been there other time and experience great service from other staff.

Kids and I loved the pay your age price. Kids were so excited with new llama and advengers bears. I saved 47$. Nice people good service.

The worker that helped us was amazing. She interacted with my baby brother and helped him out. She had a smile the whole time. One of my best experiences.

Went with our 4 Grand, Mom and Dad. Never have been there for the build-a-bear experience. The young man that helped us was an Ace In The Deck. He did the whole ritual with the heart, the knee, the back, the ear, rub the heart on your heart and so on, there is more to this... Then the Grand put the heart inside the chosen animal Chase before the young man sewed it up. He took his time with each grand as they all waited patiently. He worked quickly & proficiently. I am still impressed. I was so star struck about all that was entailed I forgot to get his name. But I did take a pic of him and one of the Grand. Thanks again for your professionalism. An Extremely Satisfied Gramma!

I just want to give props to Lindsay, my daughters and I visited about a week ago and we just went in to get some additional stuff for our bears and Lindsay remembered us! Im sure they have a lot of customers but the fact she remembered us and our bears with the names is awesome customer service! THANK YOU LINDSAY YOU MADE OUR EXPERIENCE AT BUILD A BEAR AWESOME!!!!

This place has always been amazing to me the employees really spend quality time with your child and they explain everything in detail and you do spend more but you leave feeling satisfied with your purchase and your child will be happy. We will return my son got an amazing shark and because it was his birthday month he received a birthday build a bear for his age $3!!! And I always browse the clearance and purchased some pijamas for $6. And I love the scents for the bears for my car as air fresheners they last FOR EVER!!!!

The kid had a blast and everyone that works there was so kind and sweet. They really know how to work with kids. The kids were as excited there as they were when they got home with their stuffed animals.

A very cute experience for the little ones. We waited in line for about an hour everyone was very antsy by the time it was our turn and there was only about 5-6 people ahead ouf us. Besides the long wait their bears entertained them all day and they loved it!

The cashier was extremely helpful for getting me a gift for my girlfriend for Valentines day. This was my first time in there. They are a little expensive and will nickel and dime you for everything, but there customer service more than make up for that and you can really tell. Im looking forward to continue to shop there for future gifts for my girlfriend and family

My kids love the special edition ones. My daughter has drug around the valentines day dalmatian for 7 years now. She cant leave town without having someone doggy sit lol.
