I love getting my furniture here my Family has been using Rent-A Center in Vista for over 20 years,Tino is the nicest man and hes extremely understanding when, you need to make arrangements, Hes even willing to exchange furniture if your not Happy with your purchase,of course there might be a fee adjustment,I have nothing but good things to say about Rent-A Center Vista, I will probably always purchase my furniture,electronics you name it from here very Happy Heres a pic of what i purchased for my 5th new apartment in the last 15 years,Oh and one other thing my couches Recently had damage when i received Them and Tino Gladly Replaced them with a New Set, Very HappySamantha Ewing

I started doing business with them in 1983 back when they were RTO I started with my first VCR and throughout the years I have purchased many items from them TVs, furniture,beds,computers, electronics,video games systems,refrigerators,washers and dryers and I have been satisfied with all my purchases they are a family run business Ive known Sue and her family for 35 years and Tino for over 20 years even when they switched to Rent A Center I continued doing business with them and always will if you decide to purchase anything from them you wont be disappointed I wasnt

A franchised Rent A center with terrible employees and customer service. Stay away from all Rent to buy places but especially this one. They will try and change your mind and get you to buy something the benefits them more than you like they did to me. Their sales people really havent seem to know much about the products they sell/rent. If you ask questions you only stock answers. Its never worth it to pay 300% cost on something for no reason. A legitimate interest rate would be okay but paying 1200 dollars for a 400 dollar dryer is never ethical even though they told you it would be less. Not only that they charge you a Club fee every month and cant even explain how or why that is reasonable when you are already paying an exorbitant amount for the item in the first place.
