Like the fact that they explained everything in detail. Called me on a Saturday to say my car was ready. Since I wasnt close told me to just pick it up when I was ready. NICE!Young lady went over everything again when I came to pick and discounted me when she could. NICE!

A week hasnt even gone by since I had it serviced at Escondido BMW and I get a drivetrain malfunction warning. Car started running rough and went into limp mode. Luckily BMW Vista was close by and was able to limp her in the service center. I come to find out that I was correct when I asked the service consultant at Escondido if I should get my plugs changed, he said my records said no, that I would be fine for another 10k miles. Vista BMW recommended that the plugs should be replaced at 60k. The car is only a few hundred miles till I hit 60k, why Escondido didnt recommend Im not sure. I also come to find out that both my rear axle seals were leaking and recommended that I have them rebooted. Escondido didnt mention it. I agreed and had them do the repair. They also recommended that I get my car aligned, surprised because Escondido was not able to to do the alignment on my car. The courteous Service that Ramon Ventura gave me and the very detailed paperwork with pics of all the issues before and after the repair is nothing Ive seen before from any repair shop or service center. Ramon was professional, informative and knowledgeable about all the questions I had. This dealership was a complete different experience and renewed my hope in dealerships. Guess where we are going when we get my fiancé her BMW? Escondido, you missed out on additional repair costs and also selling another vehicle. You lost my trust Escondido of BMW, thank you again Ramon and BMW of Vista...

I went for the first time in BMW Vista for annual maintenance and service. Not only were they helpful but they did everything to make it pocket friendly. I have never experienced this helpful attitude in other BMW centers like in Encinitas. I always had to go multiple times after their service and had to pay each time for something or the other. Henceforth, though a little far, I will be going to BMW Vista for all services.

This was the first time I brought my vehicle in for service. My request of appointment were prompt and my service advisor is Braei Young. Mr. Young was courteous, prompt, on top of things and friendly yet professional.The car was done within promised time and when they washed my car, it came out dried. Later on, when I was home, I noticed that they had wiped off all the break dust on the wheels. No one did that for me ever. Its a small pet peeves of mine to have clean wheels. I would definitely bring my car back for service.Good job guys and keep it up!

Great customer service. Craig in sales is incredibly knowledgeable about each model, but surprisingly not hard sell. Service department knows their cars back and forth and can diagnose those tricky symptoms that seem to stump me. I do a lot of work on my car myself and it amazes me how much guys in the parts dept. know. Thanks for all your help, I love my BMW, and will be back when I need another one.

Asked to speak to service advisor and had to leave voicemail. Never was called back. Called again to speak to service advisor once again deferred to voicemail. No call back. Thanks a lot service center. For nothing.

They will rip you off one way or another even if you have warranty!!Obvious chaos, not a good place to take your expensive car for service.

Have taken my car here a few times and am completely satisfied with their service. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They dont try to rip you off with services you dont need. The work they do is the work that is needed and they do it right the first time!
