This shop will treat you right and go out of their way to make sure youre satisfied, which is rare these days. I didnt have a single negative interaction with the owners/staff and the work they did on my car was great. No question Ill be back here if I need more work done and I cant recommend them enough.

These guys are the real deal, they care about every person that comes in. I know this because they took the time to help me deal with my claim after the insurance was ignoring me for so long. Their staff would make the calls for me and sent text updates throughout the process. Once the insurance accepted it was their drivers fault and agreed to pay for repairs, these guys made sure I was given a rental and even drove me there. I cannot tell you how many other shops that I went to that would not do half the things these guys did for me. My truck came out looking better than it did before the accident. Simply the best. Me and my husband have been using J & R FOR YEARS. They may not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I love a bargain, but not when it comes to my cars. I prefer quality. They always give me that

Scam artists. They lure you in with a fair estimate, then charge 2 to 3 times that amount, then give weak excuses and refuse to budge on the final price.Gave us an estimate of $60-120 and hit us with a $660 bill. Staff and owner fast talk and have a nasty attitude. We felt bullied into paying far more than was agreed because they refused to release the car.

Needed some rust removed from my fathers old pickup. Its a classic car, so getting any work on it has to be done with a certain care. J&R knew exactly what to do. They were very careful and professional and had the truck ready much faster than I thought would be possible.

I am so grateful to J & R. My insurance company was being very unreasonable about paying for all the repairs I needed for my truck. I recently needed a few scratches and dents removed from my Toyota Sienna. After calling around and getting some quotes locally (Encinitas) I spoke with Ruben here at J and R. Rather than my driving to his shop, he drove to my house, gave me a much more reasonable quote and then returned a couple of days later to pick up my van to do the work. He was friendly, reliable and accommodating, and did a great job with the body work and paint match. Highly recommended.

I backed into my raised driveway and my bumper tore off. I took my car to J&R and they replaced the bracket for free and secured my bumper for free. I will be going back to have my bumper repaired and repainted since the service was so awesome.

Great work and nice staff. The young lady in the office did a great job at explaining the insurance claim process to me and got everything settled with Geico to get my vehicle repaired. The work was top notch, you cant even tell I was in an accident. Really happy with the results and I will keep recommending friends and family.

Highly recommend this Auto body shop they fixed my 06 BMW Hood in no time at all and the best part was that they handle all of your insurance so you can have peace of mind. Quality Service, will be going here again for any bodywork needs.

They were very rude when I went in for an estimate. They made me feel like the job I needed done was too small for them.. They said if they could find someone to do it it would be $200 to $300 and would be done in a few hours... I guess they only do big projects, but theres no reason to make someone feel unimportant.

This is where I brought my car to replace the side mirror after I hit a pole. I also asked to have all my other dents, nicks and scratches removed. I had a lot of minor body damage everywhere. Denisse gave me an itemized estimate that was $600 lower than the one I got from another place. Denisse is Rubens daughter and she knows the auto body business better than most guys! She took me to get my car rental and got my car back to me earlier than promised saving me a day of car rental fees. The body work was top notch. Ruben did a fantastic job and when the work was done I couldnt tell where the dents and scratches were. I highly recommend J & R Auto Body and Paint and know that I would not hesitate to come back here if I do any more damage to my car.

Dont waste your time here. I asked Ruben if they could do a paint job, and he immediately said he is too busy. He didnt even bother looking at the truck. He just randomly gave me a ridiculous price for a paint job. Apparently they are not in need of new customers.

Went there to fix my car after an accident they did a great job. Took only a day really good on the price and great customer service. Only bad thing they didnt fix it to its extent. When I got the car back another problem appeared. Other than that they did a great job

Once again Dennisse and the team did an amazing job! I gave her a call and that same day she got my car towed to her shop. I did mentioned to her that my insurance wasn’t the greatest because my niece had a terrible experience with them and she told me she would do her best to communicate with them for me while I was at work which was amazing because i’m always working! Even though my car had a lot to be worked on they still manage to give me my car as soon as possible! I love this shop I have taken my car in before for repairs and they are just soo amazing I will defitnetly recommend them to anyone I know who needs their car to be fixed. I’m glad there’s shops like this still around, her communication and service is great!

I am a caregiver for Mr. Al Bunnell who has a 2009 white Buick Lacerne that I was driving and was rear ended, November 4, 2012, and was knocked into the car in front; which resulted in damage to the left front and left rear end.
