I received excellent customer service from a young man who stopped what he was doing to help me find what I was looking for. I wish I had gotten his name. His help was very much appreciated! I will return to this location.

I know its Covid but the cashiers need to count out the change. Just realized got shorted $20 on my change from a $100 cause they are afraid to touch your hands now. $7 and some change and got back $76.... lame

Not sure why this Target always seems to be such a mess not just in the clothing department, endcaps are a complete mess! Three different employees walked past some of these clothing on the floor and not one took the initiative to pick it up.

Ease of shopping, friendliness of emopoyees, and keeping everyone safe. I walked in after someone who wasnt wearing a mask, and the employee at the front had her put on a mask that they provided. Very nice!

The worst customer service ever, they tell you that they have the product, we will hold it for you, I get there, they have no clue saying I called a different store, showed them the number I called, it was their number, yet they denied ever speaking with me. I used their names, yet still they denied ever speaking with me. How would I have names and info if they did not give it to me? I will never set foot inside a target ever again and will urge all my friends family and acquaintances to never purchase anything from your stores, I can not and will not ever give you one tiny penny of my hard earned money ever again

When I went to pickup my order in store, the young woman gave me my item. I didnt realize it was opened looked like someone opened it in the store trying to steal it and it was put back in the open case. She had to have noticed it, but gave it to me anyways.

Pay your essential workers like they’re essential. They’re working through a pandemic and putting their health at risk. While they themselves or they have family that are immunocompromised. The hoards of panic buyers have generated Target billions of dollars in a matter of seconds across the country. Y’all have enough to pay your workers time and a half during these times.

On a day when San Diego county reported its largest number of Covid 19 cases and deaths, store management allows shoppers without face coverings to roam the store and no hand sanitizer stations. Either the store should be closed down or should safeguard shoppers who want to feel safe inside by enforcement of public health orders.

Terrible serviceI got an item from the clearance section and there was an abundance amount of the itemIt was obviously out there for a reasonAnd I scanned it at the self check out and no price came up so a young man can and override the price to a non clearance priceI told him I found it in the clearance section and he just grunted.I’ve worked retail and that’s not have you do customer service. This is about the Target clinic. When I arrived, I signed up on their check-in list and sat down to wait - per posted instructions. Since I was the only one there, I sat at the most prominent place to see and to be seen. I heard noises from adjacent hallway, but nobody showed up for 15 minutes. This seemed silly, so I walked up to the hallway and called for a front desk attendant. This unpleasant person came and instructed me that there is no reason to call, because she attends the desk all the time. I objected that I waited 15 minutes, she lied straight to my face I checked every few minutes, you were not here. Bold faced lie. I said that I am there for a blood test, she replied that they do not do blood tests. Another lie, because my son had a blood test done there a week earlier. Would anyone in their right mind want to be treated (medically as well as personally) by someone like that? I was outta there.

Terrible produce, good thing we didn’t eat it we might’ve gotten sick. The apples were bruised and soft and rotting. The Cucumber was frozen had to e throw it out. The tomatoes were terrible and squished. Never buy produce here, target stock to what you do best.. NOT FOOD/PRODUCE.

The WORST checkout of any target that ive ever been to. All targets are professional and speedy... This one tho...i would seriously reconsider coming back here. I live one mile away... Good thing walmart is accross the street. Worst target ever.

Due to the service. Cielo is honestly the best team member there! My mom and I usually come in during the night. She has always been excited to see us and so enthusiastic even when it’s so late in the day. I cannot believe she’s leaving, we were so sad to hear the news but wish her the best and thank her for being so nice.

Store well stocked and clean

I bought a mop and it was filthy dirty when I picked it up, instead of clean. I pointed it out to the girl at the register and she said it was because it had been stuck in a dirty corner.

Gift registry is great. Check out is slow. The conveyors are not large enough for the added grocery items.

Everything :) I spend a lot of money at Target. When I had 2 dresses that I spent $25+ each on that didnt wash very well. It was so nice to know that Target was going to take care of me. I knew before going in that I wasnt going to be shamed. That experience makes me buy more and take bigger risks that usually work! So knowing that occasionally i can return items that dont work out is such a nice thing and keeps me buying more and choosing Target over any other store!

The process was very quick and efficient. But the app crashes frequently and perishable items are not available despite the short turn around time.

A mixed morning. Got there and saw a mouse in the womens clothing department. Reported it. Found a dead roach. Reported it. Underwear with stains. Shoes missing tags. Workers in groups talking about weekends and their phones out. We did however find everything we need and Monique was absolutely awesome at the end.We live nearby and have returned. Have had nothing to complain about recently. Seems like things are back to normal.

Beware of the new promotional gimmick. ..advertise a popular tablet to gain interest, but not supply with any product until promotion is over! ....shady,unreliable, and dont have the customers interest at heart. My suggestion dont buy any gift cards for your loved ones from this place. They will miss lead you!

This one is actually worse than the one in Oside. Hard to do. But they never honor the sale prices & promos at this Target. Customer service on the front end is super rude. Do yourself a favor & use self check out here.

I would never recommend this target or go back ever again. The cashier was completely rude and didn’t even acknowledge me. I said I had recycle bags and instead of taking them she just started setting stuff to the side and I had to bag everything. If this is what target is going to be like I am going to shop at Walmart. Thank god the people in North Carolina where I usually shop do not act this way. CA employees don’t deserve $15/hour and you should invest in kiosks and lobby so that people can self check out alcohol the way other states can.

I stopped by Target for a few specific items. I went through self-checkout. After scanning the items, using my coupon on the app, then my paper coupons, I went to pay and didnt have my wallet! Oh no. The courtesy clerk that was running the self-checkout lanes had already helped me with my coupons, now she had to come back to help me as I needed to activate my Red Card in my wallet on the app. She was so patient and very understanding. She even re-rang up my entire order for me having to redo the coupons too. I thanked her and thanked her. She said told me thats what shes there for and that she was sorry I had to go through the process twice. I wish all Target employees had her attitude.

Quality and diversity of products that for my needs, good prices, easy to find, well stocked

I love this place. My only complaint is that the kids clothing section is predominantly full of graphics. I went in looking for a plain t-shirt and couldnt find one.

It is a breath of fresh air all the way around after wasting decades at Walmart! I feel safe and confident when I shop here with my granddaughter.

Its has everything I need most of the time, is well organized, and has great products.

I love Target’s selection, pricing, and usually the quality of the goods I select.

A good Target location, nothing wrong with it, nothing great about it. Just like any other Target. Ample parking, aisles were clean and organized, and cash register lines were fast. No complaints here!

Worst staff ever, they do not know what they are doing. They do not help at all! Please avoid shopping here! You would do better online shopping then coming here 20min in line because they can’t figure out coupons for a customer in front of me. Couldn’t do self checkout because clothing didn’t have tags!!

It has just what I need and the people at the store are friendly and helpful. Its not too busy and its clean.

The last 4 visits to this store is beyond frustrating they have had 1 or two check outs open and lines 4 people long, so if you have 1 or 2 items and one is something with alcohol in it you cant go through the self check out and you have to wait forever to get through the line. Twice I had walked out. THEN they have all these people stocking the aisles so you cant get through the isles with your basket. They are in the way and act like you are in their way. They are always out of something main stream, I was in there one day a few weeks ago and their entire freezer that held their Ice Cream was broken so they had no Ice cream for days... I have never seem a more poorly stocked Target ever. Walmart is way better then this store I wonder what in the world the manager is thinking here but someone is clearly not paying attention

Went in today to grad a shirt for my daughter. The girls department looked organized but nothing was in its original place. Everything was misplaced or on the wrong hanger. I was going to ask for help from this blond lady but she looked so upset with some one over the walkie(she was not approachable). I was able to find what I was looking for but not comming back to this store again.

A nice place to get you basics, for food, clothes, decorations, crafts, sewing, whatever sorts things that you want or need! I love to look through their books, its alway pleasent and enjoyable! I lost my phone there and the workers where all v helpful and nice about it, too!

This location is unclean and unkempt compared to the other locations in the area. The shelves often look like they havent been stocked(or even organized) for weeks. I usually go to the Vista south location for this reason.

It was easy to order and quick to pick up. Parking was right up front and the wait time was minimal.

Poor customer service

SOME of the night shift employees are RUDE and are quite willing to throw out some major attitude paired with a sprinkle of profanity. The other HUGE downside is how hard the cashiers push an application for the red card. I worked as a cashier for target in Orange County in 2006 and even way back then they were ALL about pushing that card... its been 11 years since I worked there, I think you have enough Credit accounts to let your cashiers chill out a tidbit at least....

The mobile tech representative completely ignored us. I feel like she just came from her last and was ready to go. She didnt even bother to tell us she was closed. Very unprofessional. 0 out of 10.

Some stores have completely different levels of customer service and I recently experienced horrible service.

Good selection and parking. Right across from Walmart and off the 78 which makes it convenient.

Nice and clean store. Has a walk-in clinic associated with Kaiser Permanente.

Felt safer 9:00 p.m. shopping spree got everything I need.

I like that they have a large variety of clothes. And always a large area of clearance clothes, right next to the fitting rooms.

The worst target I know of. Ive had employees preach religion to me here in the past at the check-out lane. Thats strange and awkward. Generally not as well stocked as other locations. What really pushed me over the edge was last time I went they had huge lines, two cashiers, and closed self check-out just as this huge crowd was walking up? I had two items, and both the lines that were open had guests that had A TON OF STUFF. So someone is on the walkie trying to get someone up to registers, then they start letting people back in self check-out. Then when I tried to go they said no again. I had two ****ing items. I put my stuff down and walked out. The walkie employee said sorry at least, but holy cow. Get your **** together. Its the only target that is worse than Walmart.Also, I usually do not write angry reviews like this, look at my review history, Im generally not a frustrated customer like this.
