I was experiencing quite the brake issues. I had glazed rotors, worn out pads, and worn out rotors making my car sound like a screaming banshee whenever I drove it. Some friends of mine recommended Vista Brake (now called American Tire Depot) and I gave them a call. Chris was courteous and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He informed me that the shop is in fact open on Saturdays from 8a-5p, which works well with my crazy student/full time work schedule. I took it in on a Saturday morning and they got it right in for a free diagnosis. Within an hour or two they called to give me the diagnosis and provided me with a quote that was within my budget. Chris was honest and understanding as he presented me with all of my options up front and let me decide what kind of work I wanted done. The techs are fantastic and I was delighted to learn that my car would be done the same day! A few hours later and I am no longer driving a wailing death trap. Honest, professional, respectful, and fast. I will be taking my car back for all of my auto needs!

Replaced my master cylinder and flushed my entire break line for a couple hundred bucks, including letting me bring a lot of my own parts, They dont always do it but honest hardworking men. Caesar & Chris are very knowledgeable and their techs are honest and down to earth. If youre looking for a brake shop in the Vista or Oceanside area with the best price dont waste your time calling around they have it.

Great service. Grandparents went here even brought RV here . Parents come here and I come here. Decades of servicing many of my family members vehicles. Brian has pride of ownership. These guys were amazing with their courteous service from the phone call to the final receipt. Got us in that day for a brake job and was honest about what had to be done instead of trying to make an extra buck. Will definitely be where we take all our vehicles in the future. Very reasonably priced!

I Have a 2003 50th Anniversary Corvette and needed an alignment after purchasing new tires. I saw the posted reviews, and with no appointment, they asked me to come in. Great service, done in about an hour and 15 minutes, and of course the price was much less than a dealer. Bryan, John and Rick are very knowledgeable as well as personable. I recently moved from Boston, and was looking for a good repair shop. I will definitely be taking my other vehicles there for service.

Ive lived in vista my entire life and tried this business twice with the worst customer experience ever both times. DO NOT GO HERE!! Had my trailer scheduled for a bearing pack at 8:30am and they told me it should be done by 5pm that day. Work as a firefighter so unable to get off work in time because of the fires and asked them if I could bring it in at noon and they could have it until the next day at 5. They said no problem. Then mindy called me and said there was no way they could do that and I was lying saying they never told me they could get it done by closing on Friday. She said none of her guys said that to me when I just talked to them an hour prior to her and they said no problem. Go to B&C auto down the street, customer service is on a different level from these folks...

Good job fair price, not too friendly, not rude just all business and got it done fast. I like this approach 4 and a half stars
