TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I purchased a car them in November 2020 and went back with my mom in March to purchase her 2020 Tuscon. My moms car smelled like smoke but they assured her they could get rid of it and to bring it back to next day for treatment. It STILL smells like smoke and I also asked them if they could repair my rear brake light that went out in January. The manager (Chris, I believe) refused to fix my brake light which would have been a very easy thing to do for customer relations especially as we had just spent over $35,000!!. My parents and I have purchased our cars from them previously, but will NEVER go back to this location. I contacted the company and they emailed the management regarding my frustrations and I have yet to hear back from them. Its now been 3 weeks and numerous emails with NO RESPONSE from the management team at Vista Enterprise. The sales team are nice and I believe this is strictly a management issue as Ive never experienced this with the previous management. I work at a dental office and could never image treating a customer this way. SUPER DISAPPOINTED!

Enterprise Vista advertised a used 2019 Tahoe for $48,000. I was very happy with the price so I drove the hour to purchase the vehicle, long story short we left the dealership without the final sales contract so our salesperson delivered it to our house that evening folded up in an envelope. A few days later I opened the envelope to change my insurance needing the Vin number and looked at the final sales price, to my surprise and dismay it was $60,699! I have no idea why they added $11,000 to the marked price of the vehicle. I returned it the next day for a full refund. I called my local dealership and bought a brand new 2021 Chevy Tahoe for $55,000 out the door. Buyer beware!

David Nielson at the Vista, CA branch was so awesome. Professional and super friendly. I test drove the car and bought it. Super easy and fast. This is my fourth car with them over the last 20 years or so. I trust them and have always had a great experience with them. Great prices too.

The Hundai Tuscon was the second car I have bought from Enterprise Car Sales. I returned here for the good values and low stress purchasing situation. I knew what I wanted and the salesman quickly found appropriate choices. Compared to traditional car dealer purchases this was much faster without pressure to buy extras. I recommend Enterprise Car Sales to my friends.

Had a great time with the sales team. Whenever there was a problem one off the staff would have an answer to get through the paperwork stage of the purchase. Felt relieved that all went well and I drove off happy in my car purchase.

I was able to search their online inventory and get full details of cars I was interested in before going into the office. The salesman was nothing but nice, letting us browse the vehicles and drive as many as we wanted. We were able to pre-submit for financing before we came in. Beginning to end the process was 1.5 hours long and we left with a car that we are very happy with. Overall, one of the best car buying trips ever for us.

Fairly fast process. Decent financing. The car was not cleaned and had dog hair in the back. Unfortunately the drivers side rocker panel was broken from the time of purchase to the car being driven to the front by Enterprise employee for customer. Salesman promised that my local Pep Boys in Oceanside would quickly fix the issue with a call by him. The next day the salesman called and told us we could not get it fixed at Pep Boys and had to drive to Escondido. Salesman would not allow us to get it fixed via the dealer and explained that it would be quickly fixed upon driving to Escondido (far from our house). The car was only provided with 15.00 of gas upon sale. The distance round-trip to Escondido alone would barely cover that. We drove there the next day. The repair shop said they could not fix on the spot and would have to give us a quote. The repair shop employee pulled on the already broken pieces more adding further stress that was not necessary. We lost confidence and took our vehicle to Bob Baker Dodge in Carlsbad.The car was also missing all of the rear carpet (including protective plastic plates that cover chair rails) and one middle seat carpet. The cup holder in the center console (for the middle row seats) was missing as well.It has been a little over a week and the car is working well so far. It is currently in the Bob Baker service center for a check up so I dont have all the details of overall condition yet.At a minimum I would say we are out $300-$500 from the deal we agreed to. Provided the car comes back with a clean slate from the service center, I would say the car was a decent deal (although prices went up 5k since April on the vehicles we were trying to buy). That history was not taken into consideration.Not sure if I would recommend to a friend although there are some good vehicles in inventory.

This review has been long overdue. My wife and I recently bought a car at Enterprise Car Sales in Vista, Ca. on the 4th of July weekend. I called ahead to set up a time to go in and off we went. We arrived there and was greeted by Mr. David Nelson. I tell you it was like meeting an old friend. He was very very friendly, knowledgeable, and treated us like family. We told him our price range and car type and right away, he showed us what they had to offer. We took it for a test ride and my wife just absolutely loved it, and it happened to be her favorite color as well. David got the paperwork going while other customers started to come in. I could tell it was starting to get busy there but David maintained his professionalism and continued to check with us while helping the others, as well as getting our paperwork done. By the time everything was done, papers signed, keys handed over, the whole process from the time we got there to the time we drove off with our new car was literally 1 1/2 hours. No haggling, no wasting our time, just straight up giving us what we wanted. We are so thankful to David Nelson and the Enterprise Car Sales staff for treating us like family and making our car buying experience the BEST by far!!! We will definitely buy our next car from them and have referred others to them as well. The BEST!!!

The experience was great. Brady was very easy to work with and communicate with. I would 100% recommend buying a car from Enterprise to anyone. My mom bought her car in March from the same location and she is who recommended it to me. The who staff was very friendly and welcoming which I appreciated. I rented vehicles from Enterprise for over a year consistently due to needing a vehicle but unable to purchase due to buying a house. I finally closed on the purchase of my home and went back in for a rental. An employee (young lady) began a conversation that ultimately lead me to Enterprise Car Sales a few weeks later after our only vehicle broke down. Vick and Zac REALLY took care of us. They made sure to find me EXACTLY what we were looking for and we love our F150 Lariat not to mention we got it way below market value. Fast and easy way to buy a good late model used car. Friendly, low pressure sales/customer service and a good supply of vehicles so that I could test drive and buy exactly what I wanted without haggling. This is the second car that I bought from Enterprise. My only word of caution is that Enterprise sells their cars before any major scheduled maintenance is required, so you have to plan to pay for those expenses (i.e. new tires and brake service) during your first year of ownership.

This was the nicest and easiest car buying experience we have ever had. The salesman was knowledgeable, courteous, laid back and never pushy. The process was all done in a 2 hour period - from text drive to purchase, financing and registration. It was awesome!

Best experience ever. Before I even went to the dealership I communicated with Brady via text message for about 2 weeks. He answered all my question. He saved me time so all I had to do when I got there was turn in forms and sign paperwork and before you knew it I was in my new car. They are friendly and very professional. I was in the market for a used car and I had been looking at cars at enterprise for some time as I have rented from them in the past and know the cars to be very well maintained. I met Jules at the San Marcos lot and she kept me informed regarding the availability of cars that I might have wanted to see. I bought a 2016 Toyota Camry and I am very pleased with the purchase. Jules was great and walked me through the steps. It was a long process for her as I started looking in December and purchased in June. Throughout, Jules was professional and did not push just sending me an email now and again which I requested her to do.I recommend Enterprise and Jules to anyone in the market for a used car. Very simple and no hassles.

I was skeptical about buying a car from Enterprise at first, now I will purchase all of my vehicles through this dealership. I dont have the best credit and after getting turned away from almost every used dealership we visited and being told I needed a co-signer to move forward, I was starting to get discouraged about buying a car period. I needed a way to start working on my credit and was starting to be convinced that wasnt going to be possible until I went to Enterprise. I told the salesman (Kevin) right off the bat about my credit and he had an immediate solution for me and assured me that buying a car through Enterprise was absolutely possible. Not only are the prices wholesale and completely haggle free but I felt 100% comfortable with everyone at that dealership and left the lot same day in my new car (5 year warranty included). I am so impressed by their efficiency and professionalism that I will recommend buying used vehicles from this dealership to all of my family and friends. We were very pleased with the sales performance of the Vista Enterprise Company. We went there expecting to test drive some vehicles and we went home with a new car! Ive purchased two cars from this Enterprise and I will go back again. Our salesperson, Kevin, was casual, knowledgeable, and very patient as we looked at and test drive multiple cars. Ultimately, they didnt have the one we wanted, so Kevin went and got the right one the next day from Orange county.The price is clear. Its consistently about $800 - $1000 less than CarMax. Once you choose a specific car, the price fluctuates a little between different cars based on mileage and year.We bought our first car from them in 2015. It runs great, no complaints.I would at least check them out if you are in the market for a practically new car.

I will never buy a car from Enterprise again. Be careful with the paper process. They will offer you an under value for the car you are trading. At the time of paying the balance of your old car they will come with a different payment of what really is. Again, be very careful with this people. Don’t even try it!

Completely satisfied with the purchase of the 2018 F150. Jules Gillis was the salesperson that we worked with. Jules went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied. Car buying from a typical dealer is not what I wanted. In the past, the time consuming and insulting deal making games other dealers played were intolerable. When you go to Enterprise Car Sales, there is none of that BS! The price is the price and its fair. They only sell cars in great condition that have been well maintained and inspected.I already knew which car I wanted but Mack took the time to show me a few other makes/models that had similar features so I could compare and make the best choice. The whole process was easy and painless. All the staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming. Top notch customer service! I appreciated the follow up calls I received from Macks boss as well as from Mack to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my car and buying experience. We had looked at a few places for cars- mainly to get an idea of what we wanted. We always rent from Enterprise and thought wed check out their car sales. We went to the Vista location and Brady helped us look at a number of cars. He was super patient even though it was getting close to closing time. We examined a few cars- he showed us features of each one and knew what all the buttons did and that was very helpful. We ended up buying a 2017 Nissan Rogue SV. It is awesome ! ! It has even more features than we thought. Brady was very knowledgeable and the only pressure we felt was to ask questions. If we ever buy another used car again, thatll be our starting point. They have just about any car a person would want and were super friendly and efficient. It could not have been any easier or more of a pleasant buying experience.

While most cars advertised on Craigslist were highly over-priced based on blue book value, the cars at Enterprise Car Sales were actually slightly under-priced. My old car broke down twice in a week with expensive repairs each time and Enterprise made it a breeze to go from my rental with them into a a purchase of a like-new Ford truck. They have a ton of different makes and models in almost new condition and even took my old truck and gave me a generous trade-in credit. I especially recommend Brady in the Vista Ca location as he smoothed the way into the fastest, easiest experience Ive ever had in buying a new vehicle and I have done this many times with many dealers. Good people to work with. only issue was lack of complete preinspection of vehicle by outside, 3rd party to qualify vehicle as certified. Missed burn holes and frayed material on seats. Enterprise manager has been very good at making customer happy and this details should soon be totally resolved, thanks to him. 3rd party inspection outfit definitely needs to be better at their job.

I had an excellent experience here. My salespeople Erica and Brady, were low-key and relaxed, but very helpful. No pressure and excellent prices. We are really enjoying the car we purchased from Enterprise. We just highly recommend that you take the car you purchased to your mechanic or a dealer for a used car inspection report. A few things had to be fixed, that supposedly passed their 109 point vehicle inspection. Herman in finance was great about answering any questions we had and followed up on our phone calls. Thanks to Ryan for finding the perfect car for us.

Originally, I had left a really great review.Service was efficient, Ill give them that.I was happy to have a new car.But after my sale was completed I got called back numerous times to sign things they had forgotten in the initial process.Then only three weeks after owning my vehicle it needed an oil change, new air filter and other fluids topped off. I have bought certified used in the past and the car comes like a new car would. I have never had to fully service a car I just purchased--used or not.Jump ahead a couple months and my car stops starting.I took it in to get checked and turns out the battery they had in the car is HALF the power it is supposed to be for my make and model. The only thing right about it was the size.So now I have to spend $200 on the correct battery to fix the mistake Enterprise apparently made.What a way to cut corners. Unsafe for renters and purchasers.I am truly disappointed and upset to know that an establishment that prides themselves on customer service would knowingly put parts in a car that would make it unsafe for the buyer and the previous people who rented it.Enterprise, I will NEVER buy a car from you again.

I always have a good experience when going through this enterprise. Friendly staff that k owe what there doing. This last time I went was probably the best, they upgraded my rental to a nicer new jeep. I appreciate the hard work they do there. Theyre are always on top of things💯💯💯💯

After my car was totaled I didnt know where to begin buying a new car, AAA introduced Steve from Enterprise and he made it so easy. My husband and I walked into Enterprise hoping to trade in our existing car which still had financing on it and left with exactly what we hoped for in an SUV. The team of Enterprise Reps could not have made it easier for us. With the financing, premium package for upkeep, and everything else, we ended up paying about $140 less a month than what we were paying on our other car. We are so happy and thrilled with our car from Enterprise.

So i thought it was all about customer service but i guess i was wrong, I purchased a vehicle and when I was driving home on the freeway I noticed my seat was loose and the tires were humming due to balancing and the brakes needed to be changed within 2 days of purchasing the vehicle,after multiple attempts to get the issue resolved i spoke to multiple sales agents and was misled by the information was given, the extended warranty does not cover any of the maintenance issues that I told them about and they told me theres nothing they can do, after I spoke to a GM I was told that he was going to call me back the next day and a week later and I still havent heard back after he said he was going to follow up and talk to his sales agents to get to the bottom of it. I notified them within 3 days of purchasing the vehicle we are now looking at 90 days later!

The people were great, really nice, professional, knowledgeable and so forth. But only a couple weeks later the check-engine light came on and Im super bummed about it. I havent been driving it badly or anything, in fact its my first car with cruise control. Ive barely driven it and have no idea why the hundred and whatever point inspection didnt stop the check-engine light from coming on. Wasnt the gas cap- checked that! I guess thats just what happens when you buy a used rental car :(

A good experience. Little pressure, ever changing inventory of vehicles to chose from, good trade in value. Salesman a little overly generous when estimating loan interest and monthly payments. Finance manager very thorough and patient.

Enterprise Vista is by far the best place to rent and buy a car. Thor and Boby are great and always pleasant to see for car rentals. I decided to buy a car this year for my birthday, and also because my current car was having a little issues. Enterprise came to mind because everyone has always been so friendly. Brady was very helpful with questions about the car I wanted. Brady kept in contact with me and replied right away with answers to my concerns. David Metcalf, the general manager, went above and beyond to meet with me, as well as Brady. My work schedule is a bit crazy but they did not hesitate one bit to help me out. I have referred many friends and family members and will continue to do so. Their customers service is 100% awesome!!!! Thank you Thor and Boby for always being quick and helpful with my rentals. They have a wide selection of cars to choose from I was having sensory overload almost haha but then I found my 2017 Elantra. Such a nice car for a good price as well.. I’m so happy as even after I made the purchase they not only had dealt with my lengthy sale as had to get insurance together .. they still take the time to answer any other questions I have. My recent experience purchasing a certified, pre-leased car was so easy, huge inventory, and best prices. When my car arrived, it was much better than expected. Enterprise beat both car buying club services I had enrolled in, and their financing equaled or beat the two lenders I came pre-approved by. I would highly recommend the Vista Enterprise Car Sales folks.
