I went here with a time limit and one type of car in mind. When first entering the lot I told the sales man I am not interested in a Toyota, and I am looking for q Mazda. They had the hatch, which I was super excited about, a bit over my budget but I was willing to potentially buy. The sales man who was working with me, my best friend and her boyfriend was respectful, and kind at first. Just lacking information, which is no biggie. The second sales man was crude, and made me feel uncomfortable. While dealing with the paperwork the second man asked my friend if we were sisters to which she replied no, but we practically do everything together. His comment was well I hope not everything. He also proceeded to say that if the used cars they buy do not meet our qualifications they are sold to auction, and once a car leaves the lot its no longer their problem. Not really a mindset you want to hear when being a first time buyer or any buyer. They also only offer a 30 day warranty, which is much like a Netflix trial. The way the other cars they tried to put me in did not sound healthy from the start up made me question the integrity of the dealership and their cars. After talking to them qbout Kellyblue book and how much the car was worth the sales man proceeded to try to put me in a Toyota prius (which I exclaimed from the get go I was not interested in, and did not want to waste my time on it.) There was lack of communication, and the second sale man who was very inappropriate was asking very personal questions to my best friends boyfriend which we found intrusive.I am just really in shock over how unprofessional this experience was.

I spoke to A**ce**i the morning of March 20th, 2020.She had to admit that the advertised vehicle was not available. The listed car is a very popular brand and they were, obviously, using a bait-and-switch tactic. At the time of my writing, the advertisement is still up.The fact that she asked a series of questions before announcing that they did not have the Toyota (I said I wasnt going to buy anything but a Toyota) made it real obvious that she was using the car as a bait and switch. While data mining me as well.It is tempting to see if there is a car sellers governing body that address is this type of scam.Considering their reply... I must add that some sold vehicles stay on their website for a lot longer than simple administration time...Not unique to this dealership but still a dishonest tactic, along with their data mining. If Im looking for a silver 2015 RAV4, dont mention a Ford to me. WASTE OF MY TIME today and always.

Chris and Andy made something IMPOSSIBLE turn into a MIRACLE. It was almost impossible for me to finance my dream car, a 2010 Red Honda Civic. The moment I looked at that car, I wanted it. Chris and Andy worked day and night to get me this car, which I am truly grateful. They went above & beyond, staying after hours making phone calls after phone calls just to see me drive off that lot with my dream car. They did all the hard work, the process was quick and painless. Easily the most enjoyable car buying experience I’ve ever had! Ari was so thorough and straightforward. There wasn’t any of the sleazy salesman that we experienced at other used car lots. They do the credit and payment up front before you do the test drive which was strange at first but then they want to be sure we had the buying power first before trying to sell us on something out of our price range. 10/10 will come back for the next car.

I purchased a vehicle a week ago at Vista Auto Sales. I spoke with both Denise and Chris at the dealership. I think the overall practice at this dealership is fair and honest. I am happy with my purchase - I think the vehicles are reasonably priced and the owners have made an extra effort to create a positive and comfortable environment. I did not have a mechanic inspect the vehicle, which can be considered a ill advised but, I felt comfortable enough with the car-fax maintenance history and visible condition of the car.The evening I drove the car home I found that one low beam headlight and one parking light was burnt out. The bulbs are not difficult to replace and cost me about $40. Im not worried about the lights, this is something I could have checked when I inspected the car.I have since had a basic inspection done of the car, everything is said to be in good condition, which is great. The only noted concern is the brake fluid will need to be changed soon.That being said, I would purchase another car from this location.

We went in to just take a look and ended up coming out with a car. I had in mind a Nissan Maxima or Altima and Araceli mentioned they had 2 Altima’s. I see the first one and it’s a red one, it was definitely meant to be because I had been wanting a red car. They fixed a couple of issues I noticed during my inspection before I picked the truck up, and off I went with my new baby. I couldnt be happier with my purchase.
