We had great small talk while he was setting us up with our phones in a reasonable amount of time. He answered every single question I had and made sure I understood everything before we left the store.This has been our most pleasant experience thus far with AT&T. Thank you, Ryan! First time purchasing a phone and service with AT&T. The sales agent was so nice and patient, very helpful! And I came in at a good time, no waiting! Got a great phone and happy so far.
Be careful when going into this store. Heavy traffic and no customer service. Mike, the service representative that did nothing to help me, seemed like he didn’t want to be there. Never looked at me while I was telling him my issue, always looked around outside when he spoke, and stopped helping me to “check in” other people at the store. Like I wasn’t important enough. Had an issue back in May 2021, apparently the store has gone through some staff changes and no one is there at this location from 3 months ago, (rolls eyes). Mike did consult an Asian Manager there .. who after 2 mins of talking to Mike, never introduced himself or offered to help. He starred at my wife and I while Mike explained the issue of being charged for multiple accessories that were never ordered at that store … nonetheless, an hour later and about 10 people waiting to get helped - got nothing done at this store. This stores customer service has dramatically changed in the negative outreach. I’d stay away and either call the 1-800 number or go to the Oceanside store. Mike and the Asian manager aren’t there to help us, the customers…

I was disappointed on how much accessories they have available and the phones are out of stock, I end up buying the phone thats way out of my range.The workers are very nice helpful and very knowledgeable they took their time explaining to me my new phone.... Im not savvy with this new technology

Went to ATT in Vista today, its time to upgrade my phone. Cynthia helped me and she was great. I hd an appointment and she was already aware of what I wanted. She was quick and efficient. I really enjoyed working with her!
4 employees in the back doing who knows what while a super long line out the door and 1 person who looks like they are working. And the one person who checked us in wasnt knowledgeable at all

I had a horrible AT&T experience over the phone until I came to Kyle at the AT&T store. He was patient and understanding. He waited with me for over 30 minutes to solve my issue. Thank you Kyle.
Disgusting service! Call to close account there still billing will not pay bill. There fault for not taking care of problems. 800number stucks.
Highly disappointed. I had an appointment and waited 45 while they took other people who walked in before me. Was told they only take you as you walk in they basically dont honor appointment times. I wont be going back to this location.

They also helped me save money by explaining their current promotions on internet and convinced me to switch! My last experience at the in person store was not a very pleasant one. The young clerk who helped us was very condescending and when I called him out on it got indignant and asked us to leave. The manager did step in and offered to help us but the store did not have the form we want it at the time so we opted to simply go home and computer transaction online. Now, this was just my personal experience but I would rather complete my transactions online then to go back to the store ever again.

Clean store very friendly employees. Was looking for Bluetooth headset. Very fast and efficient. Chen was supper helpful. Enjoyed my visit will definitely go back if I need additional help.
Roberto was super. My i6 had separated because of the over expanded battery. He Explained options to upgrade, but as I had a spare i6 phone he was able to move my info to the other. I hour and I was done. I will definitely consider upgrading soon

I’ve been with AT&T for over 13 years as my mobile service provider and I’ve been an iPhone user for about 6 years now.This review is in regards to the AT&T store that is located in Vista and my experiences there.I first came to this location out of convenience, when the (then new) iPhone 6 was released. You can easily see the store from the main road and the parking lot allowed for many customers. The inside of the store is organized well and comparably bigger than other stores I’ve been to.In 2018 I returned to this store location for assistance with my iPhone.I liked that I was positively greeted at the door with a friendly smile by a customer representative. I explained my objective and inquiries and was directed to wait for a specialist. I didn’t wait too long and I was assisted by David. David went above and beyond typical customer care because I had the sense that he genuinely wanted to resolve my issue and cared about my situation. He was also very knowledgeable and seemed to have most of the answers to my questions at the tip of his tongue and when he didn’t, he would honestly admit that he didn’t know and that he would research the answer immediately.This level of honest customer care is invaluable to me. It lets me know I can trust my customer rep and the service he or she provides.In the end, although my issue couldn’t be resolved in the store, I was directed to go to the Apple Store where they could fix my issue.Overall, great customer service is what has me returning here and I will continue in the future.
The store is full of poorly trained persons and delivers very poor service. We are business clients and have had repeated poor service in this location. We planned to discuss new phone but needed a headset for our immediate concern. The employee did nothing to assist me and stated that he wasn’t trained to help with this need. When I explained my need to replace the current unit and a need to have him explain the features of the headset, he told me to just use the Bluetooth in my car. Aside from the fact that I drive a classic sports car that doesn’t have blue tooth, I explained that I use the headset in my office at work. He was unmoved and still not willing to make an effort to assist me. He just threw discount prices at me on the headsets being closed out and continued with his disinterest and poor service. I got the impression that I was not pigmented enough to rate being serviced and should leave this store, which I did.We will now repair one company phone and get 2 new ones with another carrier. Enough is enough. This store is way past it’s expiration date and should be closed.Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

If I could give a 0 star I definitely would! They do not give you the full detail of the plan you are receiving service from! This store in particular gives no answer as to why their representative couldn’t handle my account without charging me 200$ after 14 days of service. I am happy to take my business to T-Mobile!

I had a hard-stressful issue with upgrading my iPhone with AT&T and it took me a couple of days to figure it all out. My first trip there, Alfredo assisted me with unfortunately not knowing a lot about combine billing. Today, totally different story. Thanks to the incredible help of David (Manager), Edwin and Ben, all of three of them came to rescue and assist with my upgrade & trade-in option. Walked out as a VERY HAPPY Customer. Totally Awesome associates and manager on duty!!

A dude dressed in a Repairman-type outfit trespassed onto our private street and inquired if we were having problems with our current service. He represented himself as affiliated with AT&T. He was dressed in a yellow vest, which made him look like a worker for AT&T. When I told him he needed to leave the neighborhood, he continued to solicit homes. He had a clipboard with a pad containing the names of all those living in my home and in the neighboring residences. What is going on with AT&T? I advise you to drop your service as a Protest to this illegal activity.

But my most recent visit went very well compared to previous visits, and hope they remain this way.
A clean and very large store. The employee who helped me, Ben, was the perfect person to help me. He was patient explaining everything to me as Im not too knowledgeable on the features of a phone. There is plenty of parking and its well lit at night.

I just got a replacement phone and took it to the Vista Village AT&T store to have them transfer the data. It was the greatest experience Ive ever had at this store. I was greeted at the door by Jerry, who took care of the phone transfer immediately. He was personable and efficient and even walked me to the door and opened the door for me when I left! OK place. Usually a wait, even if theres very few customers, in the middle of the day. Staff was unable to do a simple task for me (give me a new SIM card) even though Ive had it done a million times before at other places. I wouldnt go here unless I really needed to. Would much rather travel a bit further for more friendly/knowledgeable staff.
