Never before in my life have I had such a poor experience with a business! I am honestly completely shocked at how I was treated. I came into Gadget Wireless a couple of months ago to have a screen replacement for my iPhone XR. I paid $135 and was given a 90 day warranty with receipt for manufacture defects and labor. My phone worked fine at first. Then about a week or two ago, a large black and white bar appeared on the right side of my screen, with various flashes of light across the entire rest of the screen. It was barely usable so I called to find out why this was happening and see if I could bring it in to them. I mentioned that I thought maybe the screen was lifting on one side. They told me to bring it in with my warranty, so I did. The opened my phone and apparently the screen that they installed was not the “typical” one the use that has a barcode on the inside. They said there were no screws attached to hold the screen onto the phone and that there was one screw bouncing around on the inside, causing damage to the screen and causing it to lift. Instead of fixing their mistake, THEY BLAMED ME. They said I obviously took my phone somewhere else to have my screen fixed or that I did it myself and they refused to honor their warranty. I NEVER took my phone anywhere else or even tried to open it! Why would I do that when I had a warranty? I kept my protective phone cover on the entire time and had not even dropped my phone once! When I told them all of this, they essentially called me a liar. They said the best they could do was offer me $20 off an entirely new screen replacement of $135. Obviously, I would not trust this company again and will be taking my phone elsewhere. This was the most unbelievably rude and unprofessional customer service I’ve ever had and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GADGET WIRELESS TO MY ANYONE. Save your money and take your phone anywhere else. Trust me.MY REPLY TO GADGET WIRELESS:This will be my one and only response because I don’t have time to put any more energy into this horrific business. You threw an insulting offer of “I’ll give you half off another phone screen” as a last-ditch effort to squeeze even more money out of me as I was walking out the door. As I told you in the store, I would not pay you one more dollar to have A) the same phone screen put on without screws, B) the same poor quality of service I received the first time, and C) the exact same situation of you not honoring your warranty. In fact, you couldn’t even pay me to have my phone screen fixed by you again. I was not aggressive in the slightest. I stood up for myself when I was being mistreated and you apparently you couldn’t handle it. Interesting how you claim my phone is damaged. Because other than the phone screen you put on lifting and causing color defects, my phone is actually in perfect condition. Current photos of my phone attached. I’m not sure what kind of point you are trying to prove, but your outright lies are making you look even worse. Take care.

The guys here are awesome! I brought my phone in to them because it wouldnt charge anymore or turn on. They took the time to check it out make sure its not the batter or plug in port and they found the problem but it wasnt worth they price to fix it. They didnt pressure me to spend more money they are honest genuine guys! If you have any problems with you phone come here. 100% recommend

I love this place! Dropped my phone in coffee (yes coffee, how anyone does that I dont know). It was fried and I had already made up in my mind Id by the hefty replacement fee but I was patient and in just a few days(parts needed to be ordered) and a great price later I had my phone back and I was working like new! Highly recommend these guys.

Im very disappointed in the service offered from this business. I came in with a Google Pixel gen 1 and told them the screen wasnt working. Before I came to the shop the gentleman at Verizon told me to ask about the LCD ribbon, when I told this shop about the ribbon they said they wouldnt check the ribbon because there was zero chance the ribbon was loose. They said I had to pay $120.00 for an entire screen replacement. I checked a shop 10 minutes away and he checked the ribbon and guess what........the ribbon was loose. $40.00 I paid instead of $120.00. If INTEGRITY is a must, then move on.

Found this place on recommendation after my T-Mobile store wanted way too much to replace a broken Samsung Note 4 glass screen. I keep going back for phone screens, software fixing, phone batteries, charging cables, and data transfers between old and new phones. They know their stuff. Everyone who works there is patent and knowledgeable. There is a constant stream of loyal customers coming through their doors. I dont even live close but drive a distance because I am always pleased with the service and Im treated well! Shout out to Edwin!!!!! (I believe thats his name)

Honest thought my screen was broken went to leave phone to get fixed he pulled glass screen saver off and handed back phone. No charge could of keep it and said later they fixed be not into ripping people off . Thank you guys for being truthful.

Took my phone in to get the screen replaced and when I got it back the first time it l everything worked great for a day then the screen went upsidedown and in and out... So I took it back and they fixed it a second time. They told me they needed to order a new part and it took about 7 days for the part to arrive. After getting my phone back the NFC wasnt working nor the front facing camera.. So I took it back again and this time they were able to fix the NFC but werent able to fix the camera.. I didnt want to buy a new camera because mine was working before.. So I settled without the camera and left... Since then Ive experienced problems with both cameras...

I first brought my phone here, he fixed it at an ok price, a week later a crack on the screen appeared on my phone below the screen protector I bought from this location, he told me it was a pressure point crack and that it wasnt covered by their 90 day warranty. I was very disappointed because my phone is in a phone case and this shouldnt have happen. I feel he could at least offered to fix it again at a discounted rate.

Have gone to the people at this store a handful of times for screen replacements. This last time I went to them to replace my MacBook Air screen. They fixed it so it wasn’t cracked. But since then my screen turns off every 5 minutes when I’m using it. So go to them for the simple things, but don’t trust them with the more serious and real issues with technology.
