This store rocks. Yesterday I went to a different Metro the one Ive been going to for years and they didnt want to help. They told me I had to buy a new phone the phone was only a year old. So today I found this store solve the problem all they had to do was reset the phone settings and it works now. Hallelujah this is my new store from now on!!!

Love this office. We were with boost mobile for 2 weeks and couldnt take it anymore. Everything about them including their customer service was horrible. So we were not very happy when we went to metro. Patricia changed that very quickly. She went above and beyond to make sure we were very happy with our phones and her customer service. We will definitely be recommending her to our family and friends. Thank you Patricia.

Very helpful and friendly also make sure I get all I need or help me to understand . Only reason why I gave 4 star because thats suck about that phone company is they dont have special provide for deaf plans (all other phone company have deaf plans) that deaf people dont use voice and should able provide more high speed for data or hotspot so they can use any video chat or videophone right now my daughter cant use her videochat or videophone.
