Went to this Starbucks yesterday and I was upset that they didnt even have white mocha and when I asked they said they have been out of it for at least a week or more.... I cant have milk in my drink so I just do white mocha and shots of espresso....I hate regular mocha its too thick.... I even drove to a different location so I could get white mocha pumps separately and they were closed for good... Very disappointing I guess I will just stick to Albertsons instead since they had what I needed and had great customer service

Went for a new cool drink offering Kiwi Starfruit refresher. Was exactly as advertised...Refreshing! Quick service and nice attitude here.

Great baristas and coffee, just no place to sit inside and enjoy coffeehouse vibe.

Offers easy and quick online ordering and pick up in store or through driver through. Although the drive thru is usually so packed it is quicker to run in and grab your order. Employees are super nice and remember you when you come in and they make great drinks.

I was a regular here before the Pandemic. Im a Frappuccino guy. I got the app. Ordering is so much easier.

Walked to this establishment from my hotel for a Frappuccino. The sign on the door stated the lobby was closed and only taking drive thru orders. I dont have a rental car, so I walked to the drive thru. Simple right but no I was informed that my order could not be taken because they dont take walk-up orders. Really! Regardless, I am trying to purchase a item from your establishment. If you are going to close your lobby, you may need to invest in a walkup window.

They have lots of milk options and a ton of syrup choices. I got my usual decaf sugar free vanilla soy latte from here when Dunkin was closed and it was great.

Stopped here today to get my free birthday drink, vente non fat vanilla latte. Drove through and totally forgot to place my order! The lady at the window was super sweet and took my order right there. Fast, friendly service! And of course gotta love the free birthday drink!

I gave them 3 stars, the service is great but their carmel frappachinos are the worst, they taste like carmel flavored milk & there is definitely an ingredient/step missing. As a starbucks regular & carmel frappachinos are my drink of choice, I think I know a bad frapp when I taste one.. some days are a hit or miss, but mostly a miss lately. I think some retraining would fix this issue so everyone knows how to make them correctly as it seems this is the only location I have this problem. I unfortunately have no choice but to go to this location during lunch breaks due to the convenience. I hope they can fix this issue soon! The people there are great!

I always visit this Starbucks on my way to work... Today they were extremely busy at around 10:40, I had been waiting to put in my coffee order, Brittany had approached the counter and instantly greeted me even with all the chaos was super professional and friendly. Got my order and was unfortunately out of the product that I had ordered and payed for, but she went ahead and suggested something different and asked if I would prefer a refund. She gave me the most amazing customer service! Thank you Brittany!

The store was very nice and the service was quick (I mobile ordered). However, I wanted to mobile order a hot tea for my father but the app said they were out but when we got there all of the hot teas were in stock.

Great location for working on laptop. Good food options adjacent (sushi, Mexican, sandwiches). Busy for drive thru but fairly quiet inside.

Service was great but Americano that was oddly both double cupped and Java jacketed was lukewarm at best. Very disappointing. Makes me wonder how long it had been sitting around.

Fast and unusually kind service. The baristas working the register are always cheerful and friendly. Ive never been through the drive-thru but the lobby service is great and very fast.

Friendly people work here. They sometimes have a line in the morning drive through but it moves quick! I go here because of the great service, quickness, and they always have what I order whether its a sandwich box, drink, pastry, or panini.

Please . Please. Please. Pay close attention to your customers allergies. I love you guys but some new baristas are a bit....Spacey. I ordered a coconut milk frappe due to my allergy to milk....I know I saw her use actual milk and she kept saying she didnt so I tried to believe her. Now Im sick :(Everyone else there is anazing tho and super sweet . Just please pay more attention so this wont happen to others.

Very fast service and more importantly a FAST WIFI connection for those of us who need to do serious work when away from the the office for the holidays. Google speed test pinged a download speed of 27.9 Mbps (see attached image).

My SB next to my work. Perfectly located so that you can get in and get out quickly. Has a drive thru, but i normally order thru the app anyway... Im so in n out so fast... Thats what she said right?

If you want to have the baristas literally sigh out loud and roll their eyes as you walk up to the register, this is the place to go. Thank you girl with blunt bangs who was so unhappy to see me today. Unfortunately this is the closest location to my work. I’ve forgiven them for having no idea what a Chonga bagel is (yes the bagel on their menu). But asking for coconut milk will get you regular milk. Thanks for the stomach ache.

In Vista there are no signs that it was attended only by drive thru, according to its hours it is from 4am to 4pm and at 1030 and 11am it was closed. Use drive thru and an excellent clerk at the window.
