Really unbeatable for the price and quality. Unlike other fast food places the burgers are proportioned like actual burgers. I’ve never had them get my order wrong a single time. Service is fast and the servers are nice. Fries aren’t the best as they are very thin; still decent however. The line is always long so be prepared to wait a couple minutes. In store line is never over 2 min and drive through is normally 5. The photo below is after sitting in my car for 30 minutes so that’s why it looks bad. All around great place with good food and even better prices. The 4 patty burger cost $5

You can tell when people take pride in their work and the staff at this In-N-Out definitely do. From the friendly cashier to the cooks who created a phenomenal burger. I would definitely recommend eating here. You can taste the difference in the food. With a crew that go above and beyond to create a friendly atmosphere and some really terrific food. In and Out is what its always been and American staple of goodness and quality. The food is fresh and always nice and hot. The sauce can sometimes be over kill depending on who makes it but I would rather beat this than the bigger fast food chains. This is food done right. Although not as good as Whataburger, I still have to say In and Out is delicious. Theres always a line no matter what time so minus points for that but at least its a simple menu. You will enjoy it and the service is good too. The kids work fast. Good to go In and Out.

Take that awful sauce out of your burger...say NO. The burger becomes much more eatible..less salt and fat!!! Their vanilla shake is awesome.

Every time I come to this location they don’t give me what I order, my grilled onion is always missing. I usually ask for side of pickles and they give me in cup but today the girl who give me my order was extremely rude and when I told her that I asked the cashier for pickles she was showing me attitude at drive through, she give me pickles in paper and as soon as I tried to get pickles out my whole car seat and cloths got wet from pickles water. I got my burger again without grilled onions and I wish I could upload pictures of the pickles and the management could see how they treat us sometimes when they have bad days.

Another fabulous meal at INO!! MY food was fresh and hot. I had been working all day and was exhausted. The service was fast and friendly. The food was super yummE! This is my highest rating for the best restaurants from fast food to fine dining!!

You know youre a big deal in the city gives you your own turning lane. Sometimes the line is long enough that it wraps around the block but it moves steady.As far as the food we enjoy it here. I always ask for my burgers well done because I dont like the center of my meat raw. Its the only place My son will eat fast food from. Meat and fries are never frozen and toppings are always fresh!! 👌🏼

Drive-thru is practically always overflowing into the street, although it is monitored by an employee. Employees are kind and accommodating. Ok, so we pretty much agree that these burgers are winning constructions. And the fries, freshly made, are wonderful. But, heres a tip: eat the fries first! Personal experience teaches that the fries become mealy once cooled (yuck), while the burgers retain warmth - and flavor - better longer.

Great hamburgers and fries. Usually a long single line for drivethru which moves fast and the restaurant has very good service. Recommend getting the fries well done for added crunch and flavor.

Its seriously look like there was 50 or more cars there in line and possibly at least, even with their quick service a 20 minute plus weight for drive-thru, so we moseyed on in and were the first in line! There were only two people waiting and we had our meal within 10 minutes. As usual awesome service, awesome staff and awesome food! In and out Burger is the awesomeness of life when it comes to food!!

You can never go wrong at In-N-Out Burger!!! The most important thing is the staff that works there. They are some of the greatest people I have ever met especially when your a regular customers They know You by name.

I love the food here and the prices are very affordable. The wait sometimes is crazy though, especially at peak times like around lunch or dinner hours. Just be prepared for long wait times any time you go. For the prices and how good the food is, the wait times are worth it for me.

It was a typical busy line when I was there. Some one was outside taking orders to shorten the waiting time. Thats a great way to reduce frustration, knowing someone is paying attention to you before reaching the window. I had an unusually large order for me: 7 burgers with 5 of them with special requests, like extra tomatoes etc. and 5 fries. Order was prepared accurately and promptly. Great job!

So here I am a vegetarian and hating that I cant eat In-N-Out Burger (other than the fries,shakes and drinks) but then low and behold the grilled cheese enters my life! Its obviously part of the secret menu...and I went to the hacienda location on the border of Vista...I was lil worked about the entry but it all worked out...the food was awesome...melted cheese in place of the burger patty and I added pickles and peppers (yeah thats a thing) so here I am satisfied and loving it...snacked down some animal style fries to boot...great experience overall

I walked in great service long wait drive-thru was packed

Every single time I have been here the experience is absolutely terrible. First time, I asked for a protein style double double no onion, no tomato; I was given a double double with bun, onions & tomatoes. Second time I went back, they forgot to remove onion & tomato from my sandwich AGAIN. Final time, I ask for no onion on my animal style fries & am instead served an entire plate of onions, with a few fries, some cheese & almost no spread. This location is absolutely awful & its clear the service standard is garbage.

Don’t get me wrong the food at In-N-Out is insanely good but this specific location gets SUPER busy and crowded. The drive thru gets super long so if you do go here then I would recommend parking and ordering inside.
