Small for the price, but good Philly Steak. Absent-minded staff actively ignored me since she was waiting for a customer to check something in the other end of the restaurant. A simple Hi would be sufficient... She then didnt catch that I ordered a big Milkshake, so I got a small one. Pretty sure that my money would have been spent better in any other restaurant in the area as this was pricey even for Norway.
Great service, the staffs are very welcoming. Definitely the Smoke House burger is my new fave burger in Oslo🙌 Plus, i super like the US vibe of the place, and the good choice of music.💯📻

Their shakes are good, very filling, prepare for a powerful urge to rest your eyes.The burgers are above average for a quick serve type place, but it falls short of the charm of gas station burgers, and the construction is decent, if a little unembellished. The side dishes are hit and miss, but generally very good, if only mediocre at worst, and only seldomly. More hit than miss.
Not bad, not excellent. A quite avarage burger.. a nice dinner before cinema at Odeon next door or if your just in the neighbourhood.

Great staff, burgers tasted ok but the pricing compared to size and taste is waaaay off from whats being delivered. There are plenty better local burger shops not many minutes from this to get a better that are premium price but still cheaper and way better than this.

If youre looking for the stereotypical american diner feel, this is the place for you. However, the price compared to the portion sizes and taste is just a joke, it feels like youre paying for the gimmick here, not for the food.The gas station up the street got better burgers for the same price, or sometimes even cheaper.Only reason this isnt a 2 star rating is because of the milkshakes, thats something that they have nailed pretty good. (If you dont look at the price)

I had the smoke house burger yesterday. Really nice taste, with the onion rings, bacon, cheese, good quality meat from strøm larsen and the BBQ sauce.What I missed was a crustier bun, toasted in olive oil or at least crispier. It felt a bit fluffy and mushy. I had a better experience in Munchies. Nevertheless, Opland in Østabanehallen is the best burger in Oslo to my taste.Ps. You need some latinos to do the dancing show, quite stiff moves ;)
Does not live up to its ambition. The burgers are so-so, the sides are disappointing and the service is appallingly slow. Yes, the milkshakes are good, but theyre not worth the half-hour wait.

Me and my girlfriend eat here regularly as they have the right combination of quick service, cosy location and good food without being too pricy. The milkshake is particularly good and the burger can compete with the serious places in Oslo. Dont come with the mindset that you are eating at McDonalds though, too pricy for that.

Unbelievable bad fast food. The JR in the US is bad as well but this is worse. The fried chicken tastes like fish sticks. The ordering process is just a hastle. The only good thing here is the milkshake.And the prices are ridiculousl, even by Norwegian standard. You could get a 5 course tasting menu at a high end restaurant for the same price.

Ordered onion rings and chicken wings for takeaway and was not disappointed 🍗The chicken wings did not have a particularly delicate appearance, but were good in both taste and strength. It also came with a strong sauce if it gets too mild for some. If you are not a fan of strong food, this is probably not the chicken wings for you. You get 8 pieces for 148, - which is completely current.The onion rings were fresh and crispy and had a good size.Will definitely book from here again 🍔🍟

Bestilte grilled chicken breast burger.Burgeren koster 164kr. Dette er burgeren alene. Kanskje litt dyr pris spør du meg. Kyllingen var en smule tørr, men brødet var himmelsk. Alt i alt 6.5 av 10 poeng. Dette er med tanke på pris og smak. Liker at man kan velge en del forskjellige tilbehør til burgeren, men er en smule dyrt spør du meg. Brus koster 51 kroner for ca halv liter brus.Stedet og toalettene er veldig rene og servicen er super. Du blir møtt med et smil på døren og du blir fulgt opp godt av servitørene. Maten tok heller ikke lang tid å få.Jeg vil gi stedet totalt 8 av 10 poeng å anbefaler dette for både venner og familie.

The kids enjoyed the burger and fries and therefore get 3, but as an adult I did not exactly get any wow taste experience. I ordered the spicy burger. Paid NOK 929 for 1 childrens menu, 2 burgers, onion rings, chilli fries, bacon fries + drinks. More expensive than Indian restaurant.

Took three quarters of an hour before we got food which was very boring to wait for when we were going on to the cinema.The food was not quite top 10 either, did not get really full so quickly becomes expensive if you have to order a double burger.
Almost ignen guests in the room, the burger was nevertheless delivered cold to the table after a long wait. Nothing to write home about the taste of the meat. For the price they charge, I will personally never return to this chain.

Bought me a chipotle cheese tots today, luckily on offer at 50% through customer club offers from the Storo center.The portion I took with me as a take away weighed a full 230 g, without the box. Maybe it was a few pieces of bacon, lots of chili, some cheese sauce and those potato pieces. I paid NOK 75 for this, and it usually costs NOK 150. This is serious robbery. Can not understand that you take so much for so little. The cost price of this dish must be less than NOK 50. Do you make the portions smaller on purpose because there are offers on them ...? This was disappointing. Took picture of the court ⬇️UPDATE: A very nice general manager got in touch and made up for it. This shows that they want to make the customer happy. I therefore change my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. Customer service at its best.
