I am so happy with Fergusons. I have just finished a remodel and Fergusons made sure I had everything on time and if something was delayed, they went the extra mile to get it. Gary Henscel is an excellent sales associate, who is a great resource and always available to help. I am grateful.
We were on vacation and when we came home found our refrigerator/freezer had completely shut down, we lost everything! We went to the store in Vista,CA to buy a new one. Found it was by appointment only and you could only make them online. My wife has more patience for this kind nonsense than I do. So went home got online, found out they couldnt see us until October 20! That is 3 weeks! They must only have one person working there.We went to Pacfic Sales, they were by appointment also. They fit us right in, and we spent 3 grand on a new refrigerator.DO NOT SHOP WITH FERGUSON!!Give your business to someone that deserves it, Pacfic Sales

I visited the showroom in Vista. I have a major kitchen and bath Reno planned. I’m starting with lighting to ask about recessed lighting. The sales person told me they had very limited recessed lighting on hand. I asked if he could help me make a decision between the different types of units available and he confessed that he didn’t know very much about the product. The floor sales person kindly went to the computer to look at the different options, and then advised me that I should go home and look at it on the Internet! I went down to the appliances and there was another sales person sitting at a desk without any customers doing something on the computer. I asked the sales person do you have any counter depth refrigerators with French doors. He looked up and pointed in a vague direction and told me they were over there go look at them. And didn’t bother to get up out of this chair and help me make a buying decision. The company might do well to provide some training to their sales people
DELAYS, DELAYS, DELAYSWe were told that the shower ub unit we wanted could be ordered 2-3 weeks ahead of time for delivery. We ordered the unit then told them the date we needed delivery which allowed three weeks. When the end of the third week for the delivery came we asked where the unit was. We were told that Ferguson had possession of it. But it was the delivered to the Ferguson store a hundred miles away and it would take another week and a half to get it to our job site. After a week and a half we asked where the unit was and were told that its in the Vista store. But it had a large crack on it. It will take another week and a half to get another one. This shut down our construction site. After another week and a half we had to ask again and were told that this one was also delivered to the Ferguson store a hundred miles away and it too had arrived with a large crack. Because they knew our job site was shut down, they offered to have the crack patched and give us a whole $50 off of the payment. REALLY, you shut my construction down, delay me 4 weeks plus and you want to give me $50 and a repaired unit for all the grief you are causing.NO, I said. Well then, it will take another week and a half for another one.Cant you find something in the vicinity that is comparable and can be delivered soon, I asked? Oh ya, we can try to do that, was the response.So, our 2-3 week delivery was at 6 weeks and counting and the job site was shut down. And we had paid an extra $150 to get the original unit we wanted delivered. Since we never got the unit we wanted and a substitute was found locally, we asked for our $150 delivery payment to be refunded. It took me 3 e-mails and 3 phone calls to get my $150 back. When I told the manager that I had never heard back about my request for a refund her response was, Oh, I thought I took care of that a month and a half ago.So Ferguson didnt deliver on time, couldnt manage to get a unit shipped without going to the wrong store and getting cracked up both times and they dont respond to or follow up on customer requests. I would NOT RECOMMEND Ferguson to anyone because of their horrendous service.
I made the mistake of going to the Escondido location first which is not a true representation of Ferguson. I was redirected to Gary a the showroom was so happy I did. He was able to quickly and efficiently find what I was looking for and make it happen. I will definitely go back to Ferguson in Vista for my future purchases!
Courtney Brewer was great and helped us select all our appliances and followed up when our fridge was on back order and made sure it was delivered on the same day our wonderful installer, Craig, from Your Castle Installation was here doing all the others! Great job by all! Thank you!

Ferguson has an unbelievably huge selection that will meet your home improvement needs. The sales staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help. If Ferguson doesnt have what your looking for no one else does!
My clients and I order all our appliances and fixtures from our rep Jim Backer out of the Vista Fergusons. He is amazing! Everyone should work with him. He is very professional and knowledgable AND follows up with orders (which you dont always get from other places). Jim cares about your projects. He is in constant communication as to when our products will arrive so that our contractor can schedule the work flow of our remodels. If you have a big project for your kitchen or bath, he is the guy to call! :)
