The ice cream is very strange. It’s like whipped frozen butter cream frosting and then flavoring is added in. It’s a weird kind of ice cream and not good.

Just terrible. I dont know who their supplier is but much different than other Michoacanas. Ice cream bars turned to rubber in freezer, mangoneadas were bad as well. Just bad, threw it out.

Surprised at the bad reviews. Customer service has been great every time I’ve went and answer all questions we have over food. Portion sizes are huge and yummy. Always satisfies ice cream cravings- i love the texture of their ice cream! Yum!

A lady i know was telling me about that she used to work here, she said DONT EVER WORK HERE! They pay the employees super late like 2 weeks after their check is supposed to come, the owners are rude ! The fruit it’s just BAD! Managers would take tips sometimes for themselves! Dont ever go buy here or work here,

Went to this place last week. Walked in ask the girl working there what kind of aguas frescas she had. She was so attached to her phone she didnt even look back at me and said theyre right there in front of you. She was the only one there I just said thank you and walked out poor poor service on her behalf. by the way this was the day that truck crashed in front of the store. This is not my first time going there a previous time going there I ordered peppinos no salt as soon as she finish putting my peppinos in there she started putting salt. There is a reason I dont want its my own personal reason. She said its not that much salt she said I didnt even put salt. I seen her with my own eyes putting the salt she tried to deny it I told her I did not want it like that I did not order it with salt the good thing about it was she made a whole new one. But still theyre not paying attention.

They have super yummy Boba drinks! I do recommend this place.😁👍🏾🧋

I ordered a banana split and the waffle plate was really hard and dry and they didn’t even have the flavors I wanted, I also ordered fresas con crema but it was too thick and it didn’t even have flavor & they didn’t have granola had to put something else on it.

Great customer service! Love what I got! Definitely returning and trying other items from their menu.

I love their raspados, but their fruit is old, I bought fruit in two different occasions and it was old, It gave the runs, I wish they would improve freshness quality, I also noticed ladies who work there are not well trained, time for improvement

Employees are so rude. They do not wash their hands before serving you. Do not recommend.

The nacho cheese is water and gross and the corn let’s not get started with the corn it smell and taste like it was expired and the Mayo is just gross I do not know what people get you gets really mess up it was gross over all never going again

Really disappointed!! After visiting la Michoacana in San Marcos, Escondido, Anaheim, I was expecting a good ice cream in Vista. NOT at all! Poor quality ice cream. If youre craving good ice cream then drive a little bit more and you wont be disappointed!

I had a bad experience here today. I guess if you buy the ice cream it might be okay but I ordered nachos and the cheese was not good at all. I dont know if it was rotten or old or some cheap off-brand that it was difficult to swallow. The chips were okay but the cheese I believe was old and rotten.

Worst service, the girls there are so up in there head . What customer service is that ?? I also had my baby dog with me and couldn’t serve me because they don’t allow dogs ? He was not even on the ground walking I had him in my arms and I couldn’t even order . So ridiculous.

Felt Unwelcomed. Originally, I was very happy to come here and bring my family. Ive been seeing it since it opened, and was excited to finally have the time to bring everyone in. However, the lady over the younger workers was cleaning out the freezer banging the whole time. The thumping was pounding over the workers trying to take our order and continued while the workers tried to ask her questions. She seemed to wince with irritation at our questions, and at us, at what flavors they have. My kids had a strong sense of unwelcomed irritability from her while there.💔 Im hurt that our 11 year-old picked that up too as she asked, Did that lady not want us there?😢Maybe it was a bad day, we all have them, and Ill try again at another time. Without my younger ones.💁

OMG THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!!!!! Sooo many things to chose from, all freshly prepared and sooo delicious!! I HIGHLY recommend the arroz con leche ice cream...

We drove up and saw they allowed customers with no mask 😷 on and one was covering with their hand 🖐 come on!!! You can allow others customers to be exposed this way over a couple of freaken dollars 🤦‍♂️ 😡
