SEMITRUCK: No overnight parking, had an appointment to unload at 8.30am, arrived at 8.00am sharp got out at 12.30pm. They charge Lumper in some Loads like water, you have to come prepared with 300$ cash or COMDATA checks otherwise it will ruin your day because they still are not affiliated with CAPSTONE methods of payments which you can pay online, check-in Door is between Doors 18 & 19, they have a nice and clean Unisex bathroom.

They always got me in and out quick but very slow too unload big lumper fees here so be ready if u aint ready ull be skiped very strick place dont care for drivers

Arrived 0642 for our 0730 appointment. Delivering chilled product.Stop at the gate, show your paperwork and drivers license, guard will direct you down the left side of the building. Check in at office between docks 17 & 18.Everyone here was very nice and helpful. However, we ended up on a dock for 5:45 hours waiting to be unloaded. They do have lumpers, but brokers can choose to skip them and pay for AAFES to unload & re-pallet your product.Lumpers will cost more, but they’ll also get you out of there faster. Unfortunately our broker opted for AAFES to unload. We checked in after 3 hours & were allowed to talk with the woman who was unloading our trailer. She was doing it all by herself and had very limited space. We offered to help, but realized it wouldn’t make a difference. So we called our dispatch who got the process sped up.Once you’re empty, they come out & let you know. Go in & get your paperwork, give the gate pass to the security guard, and off you go.

Driver checked in at 8.20 am got empty at 2pm. Employees very rude to my driver.Lied to him multiple times about how much time it will take to unload. Do not deliver here

Found exactly what I needed. Store is nicer than others I have visited. Kayla and Veronica were very helpful.The price matching combined with the lack of taxes makes shopping for essential items a breeze.

I got to this place at 6:15 with a load full of candy 2 hours later I was unloaded and rolling back to Dallas good customer service and the lumber unloaded me quick

Had a couple experiences there. Keilar was a blast. I appreciate her sense of humor and charisma. Anyone who can go round for round with me on one liners is worthy of my respect.The shopette itself, while small, is able to pack quite a lot of merchandise in and had what I was looking for.The only downside is that its a little difficult to locate the first time going but becomes pretty easy after that.Overall it was a worthy stop and Ill be back.

Kelia and Veronica, are the must helpful, always has a smile on their faces everytime I go in there! Greets everyone when they walk in with a hello and a smile I never walk out empty handed! Wonderful ladies!

I always deliver to Dan Daniels DC in Newport News Virginia. Same situation. Just be patient smile be nice and offer to help unload truck you will be out faster.

This place is awful as far as unloading goes I had a 630am appointment and only eight pallets it took them to 1:30pm to unload.

Ordered items online to be picked up at the Waco Express on May 5, 2019. On May 14th, the items were received to warehouse, but I was never notified. On May 20th, I went to the location and verified they had received my purchase but lost it in the warehouse. I asked for a refund, and the warehouse supervisor refused. I had to call AAFES HQ to force them to comply. Stay away from this location! Most unorganized, unprofessional location and should be closed down!

05:45 is the earliest they start checking in trucks. Come off Texas Central Pkwy onto Exchange,thats where trucks were lining up left of entrance. My apt was 0630, was unloaded at 13:05. My lumper fee was $600 most Ive ever had to write a check for. Even though Im unloaded, Im getting a 10 in and nobody has told me to leave yet. Im sure eventually they will but Ill be outta here at 16:00. Im sure they wont allow overnight parking prior to appointment. Just plan on being here awhile if you have a full load.

Very slow unloading. Overnight parking on side of the street only.or pilot 3 miles away. make shure you get here on your appoitment time if it said 7 oclock then get here 6 55 .not erlier. They wont take you. At leat 4 hours to be unloaded.

The staff and management team are awesome.

Would give 0 stars if i could. it took them 6.5 hours to unload 11 pallets. dock workers are rude and disrespectful. this place needs new management. drivers, stay away from this place!!

8 am appointment got here 7 20 check in ， by told come back 8 check in again ， got a door people are nice ， out 9 12！ No lumper …………update second time here 8/21/18 9 30appoinment check in 9am one of the securuty guard looks like someone owed him thousand dollars， go to receiving office by told have to go to the other building one mile away, get there first gate closed said DO NOT ENTER ， second gate is opensign said DO NOT ENTTER ！ little confuse first time ， U go in with the one open ， they unload the truck one by one I think, 39 docks only one truck unloading, told have to wait until they finish that truck and wait that dock ……2700 Texas Central Pkwy, Waco, TX 76712

They have great customer service

Got here at 6:20 appt was at 6:30,after 20 mins to check in got to dock and waited for $500 lumpers to unload. Finally finished unload at 9:45 and No one brought out my BOL so after 1 hr I went to check and after 30 mins of locating lumpers he said he still had to count, after another hour or so I went back to check and they were on lunch break. Its now 12:00 and still no paperwork....almost 6 hrs and detention started 2 hrs after I arrived but cannot make a living off detention, come on AAFES lets get these wheels turning so we can start earning. Keep this up and there will be enough truckdrivers that will start turning down loads coming here and you will have to rely on your own drivers.....just saying, start treating us truckdrivers right! We bring your load you take it off,sign paperwork and were out of here within a 2 hour limit....

Be nice and you will have no problem

This place is a real pain in the A** to deliver to !! Just getting thru security Is like entering Fort Knox. All communications are done via email ontop of that you need to hire there lumper service to take there crap off your wagon typical government BS, they will not allow you on the dock. I guess military clothing is now secret !!! Be on time for even if your a few minutes late they will cancel your appointment !!!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Weve had TVs on hold for two weeks for purchase, and the store was not able to get any and left us out to dry. The bad part is that no one reached out to tell the people on the waiting list so that we could go purchase them from somewhere else. Way to go AAFES.

This place is a joke. If you can stay away. 4 hours after my app time and they only pulled off 4 pallets. Went to the docks and all of the employees are just having a party talking to each other. Be ready to stay all day..

Overpriced lumpers $675 for 3/4 of a trailer all on pallets.....took about 5-6 hours to unload.....parking on the street but can get crazy flying j 2 miles down the road
