I like her. She’s polite and nice. She seems to take pride in her craft.Overall, I’m happy with my brows. I just needed someone thing. I have very thin hair. And my brows are light colored was always a challenge.I feel like the right one is higher or thinner. I feel like it’s different. It’s easily fixed with a pencil.

DO NOT give this place your business, or time. I went for my first time today to get a basic eyebrow threading clean up and I SPECIFICALLY communicated that I don’t want them thin... I just wanted them cleaned up. She got way to happy with the thread and of course they’re EXACTLY what I didn’t ask for; Thin, not cleaned up.. she shaped them the way SHE wanted them to be. I’ll never go there again for eyebrow threading. If I could I wouldn’t give them a 0/5 star rating.

This was my first time and it was not a pleasant visit. I just moved from Austin and have been looking for a new place to do my eyebrows.Well the clean up of my eyebrows was okay. She did leave a few stray hairs that could have been tweezed but nothing crazy. She did burn me really bad. Any person who does waxing knows you CAN’T double wax an area on the face. I just left the place and I usually don’t burn easily but the area is a red purple color. The staff tried to be helpful but made it seem like I was over reacting and trying to say it’s going to be fine. I know it’s going to be fine but the affected area is going to bruise and burn for a few days.

I did my eyebrows threading and tinting they did amazing job, i will definitely come back, the technician are very nice and its look like they know what they doing, i very pleased with the results.

I got my facial done there and it was really nice. My face felt great!

She messed up my eyebrow so bad. She took too much off the top and made it crooked. Not to mention all she does is try to sell you stuff the entire time Im there it was uncomfortable and then before I paid she went to put make up on my eyebrow I guess to try and cover up her mistake and then tries selling me that product as well.

I do not recommend it at all. I will tell more about this situation so terrible for me ... apparently in my right eye at the time of doing the lash lift I do not take the delicacy to accommodate my eyelashes, I asked why the tips of my eyelashes were drooping from the tips and then the The person in charge of applying this product said it was because her eyelashes were too short; but the ones on the left side were fine, at first I thought the red eyes were normal but quite a few hours have passed and my eye continues the same, I feel like a mass in my eye and apparently it is that red spot.I was able to communicate with a professional person on this subject of lash lift because I like to learn about the subject with professional people, they told me that the person who applied the product did not take the delicacy to accommodate the eyelashes and apparently he exceeded the time he did That my eyelashes were burned and I commented that they told me it was because of my short eyelashes and they replied that that was a total lie. I inform myself before writing this opinion because we cannot speak without grounds. Unfortunately my problem has no solution for a long time, I tried to apply mascara because the lady in charge recommended that to me and said it would help, but when I tried it delicately I stained my eyelid so straight that my eyelashes were, I do not even know how I will apply shadow in my eyes. If the problem with my eye persists, I will go to a specialist to give me medication since they are chemicals that I suppose are strong. And not to mention that when I tried to talk about the problem that I saw with the results, they sat me down to watch a video and I told her that in the past I have seen how they apply the lash lift and she annoyingly told me: you dont have to see it! and I am an educated and quite peaceful person, who because I saw it until the end without saying anything, at no time was I rude to have seen that attitude in a person who is supposed to be practicing as a professional. She lacked being more delicate in her work.These types of cosmetic errors do not know how much they damage self-esteem.If they enter their page they will be able to see photos of the bad work they did to me.
