Needed to pick up some yarn for a baby blanket for my first great niece due in December. Its been a while since Ive bought yarn and I was a kid d in a candy store. Amazing colors and textures. Even out of season they had a wide variety!!!! Bonus!!!! They precut the by the yard ribbon and punched a hole to merchandise! Made my project super quick and easy!!! Plus I didnt have to fight the early Christmas shoppers for ribbon!!!

Love the stuff I can get here. The lines can be long. Sometimes prices are high especially when there is no sale or discount on items. Very frustrating sometimes knowing what is on sale what is not.

Looking for wedding stuff they were out of a lot but was really nice telling us it would be in in two days.

Store was clean with all current sales clearly advertised which is always pretty consistent with hobby lobby. Cashier was very friendly, however my only real complaint comes from the unfriendliness of the sales floor staff. Being a huge store I came across easily a dozen sales floor associates all of which failed to acknowledge me let alone greet me, nor did they ever inquire if I needed any assistance which to me is just poor customer service.

Hobby Lobby is a good store when you know where everything is. Its a big store. Most anything you want you will find it craft wise. The cashiers and floor clerks were very helpful in finding items. I was getting some material the clerk was a bit rude. But overall the others were good.

So many selections to choose from. Its my go to place for crafts, and gifts. Home decor too.

I had only been here once before and I had ot remembered all the great decor they carry! Maybe because I am much older now, I fell in love with all the great art work they had. My eyes were so stimulated I took pic after pic after pic, just so I could show my husband. That would be the only thing I really wish theyd fix, to provide a mobility challenged adult with a cart to shop alone since I only saw a regular sized wheelchair that my husband was not going to fit comfortably. Then, he wouldnt have had to sit in the car since he is an amputee. We would have been able to buy so much merchandise from here for our brand new home we are near finished building.😉 We were also so lucky to catch a Beautiful double rainbow while there. Nice!

When I walked into Waco’s Hobby Lobby the customer service was pretty excellent and I enjoyed the great selection of home decor they offered but when I went to check out one of the managers, a woman with shorter hair I read her name tag and it said Danette, was very rude to the employees. I made sure to look at her name tag because it was unacceptable the way she talked to her employees. Specifically one employee… It was very unprofessional and made me uncomfortable and I noticed that the employee was uncomfortable as well. Maybe i’ll return when she is gone, from now on I will be shopping at Michaels craft store.

Staff is usually friendly. they have awesome sales, merchandise is clearly priced (thats a pet peeve of mine). The fabric & sewing area has seats & table for viewing pattern books & theres always (so far) an empty chair or 3 so theres no having to feel rushed - Plus since its just off of the stores side wall at the back of the department I never feel as though Im in the way of other shoppers! The cake decorating aisles never disappoint with a wide variety of things. Great store!

Good HL merchandise but verrrry old store. Looks like they started to strip/wax the floors and got tired....months ago. Time for them to build new in a more central Waco location.

Great place to find almost anything you can think of to craft or create with. And you will surely also see many things that you either never thought of, or had no idea were available. It is very easy to wind up spending much more than you were planning to spend here, and to easily add additional creating/crafting projects to your TO DO list. Overall, it is a great place to visit if you do happen to have some extra cash to spend, are bored, and/or want/need some inspiration/motivation to get into your own crafty creative projects!

First time Ive ever been there. They could use a bigger warehouse as supplies, shelves were bit closed in.Huge supply.I changed this to five stars after posting this and thinking about it. I went around the first of December and they had a lot of sales - many 50% off. The lines were long but went incredibly fast. It was nice to have a store thoroughly prepared and staffed for the crowds.

Found everything I needed and more! I love the 50% off sales. Great place for so much creativity!

This store is massive with so many great items, not just for hobbyists. I would give five stars to one employee named Rose who was incredibly sweet and helpful. The store gets four stars because they were not managing their checkout lines very well. The merchandise, while intriguing and varied, was a little over priced, but- they carry real velvet. Thank you for that! Jo-Ann fabrics does not! Thank you, Hobby Lobby. Please work on your check out lines.

Hobby Lobby is a much larger version of Michaels Arts and Crafts. I was hoping since they were larger that they would have a larger variety of Hemptique cord for making bracelets but unfortunately they did not. The variety was limited and a bit of a disappointment so I was contemplating giving only 3 stars but Hobby Lobby does have a little bit of everything and that is what keeps your interest to stay and look around. I did get a nice Macrame board and this has been making it eaiser to braid. One way or another if you dont find what your looking for you can always find something else for another project. I gave them 4 stars as everyone was friendly and was always asking if I needed any help, the store is organized and clean and thats more important than anything.

Best place to shop for all your needs for parties or really anything! You could spend all day browsing.

The best craft store for nice and unique home decor items. Good selection and deals, I love they sale and discounts. You never have enough time to walk and browse through everything they have but its nice to walk around and pick up a few items. Its one of the best store for home decor merchandise.

Its amazing how cleared the shelves are unless youre shopping for holiday decor. Nothing we were looking for was available. The woman assigned to carts by the door was very welcoming, shes the only associate we spoke to and the only one who acknowledged us the entire time we were in the store.

My favorite craft store for unique home decor. I always find something nice even when Im not looking for anything specific. Customer service could definitely use some work. I usually get cashiers that arent even friendly enough to say hi when I step to the register. Most times I dont even get any communication through the transaction other than the total. For that reason, I have to give Hobby Lobby 3 stars. Customer service is very important to me.

This was my First time in Hobby Lobby, while it had the stuff I expected, it also had items that blew me away. From Marvel to Star Wars. And of course a precious Baby Yoda.
