Heritage Mobile Hearing Solutions is the Best!Our family was searching for a company that could come to our home to test my mothers hearing due to her mobility issues. We are so fortunate that we were referred to Heritage Mobile Hearing Solutions. This was my first set of hearing aids so I was a little apprehensive. Josh explained the results of my test and made his recommendation. Now I’m so glad I went through with it. Joshua Guerra the owner came to me to do a hearing test. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He tested my hearing and found that I didnt have a hearing problem. I was pleasantly surprised as I had my hearing checked at another Waco hearing place and was told I definitely needed hearing aids. Josh took great care of my father and was very patient, understanding and thorough. He made sure the hearing aids were tuned and fitted just right, and my dad has loved using them since day one. The devices are apparently comfortable and nearly invisible, but the quality of care is above and beyond what is expected.

My husband needed a new hearing aid and wanted me to try a set. We were told by a neighbor to call Joshua. He came to our house the next day and fitted us both. Hubby’s had to be paired with a cochlear he had in other ear. Perfect pairing by Josh. This being my first pair Joshua was very willing to take the extra time needed with me. My son was diagnosed with sensorineural hearing loss at the end of 2020 at 10 years old. Once that was discovered and I was told he would need hearing aids I was ready for him to get them! At his dr and with even with insurance they wanted so much money and I was unable to even order them that day which devastated me. I first heard of Heritage Mobile Hearing Solutions approximately five months ago after seeing it on Facebook. I called an got an appointment for a free hearing test done in my home. That for me is a big plus because I have a difficult time finding transportation. When I met Joshua the owner, I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. He made me feel very comfortable. At the completion of my hearing test he informed me as to the severity of my hearing loss. He then proceeded to show me the products he carries. I decided to get hearing aids and I couldnt be happier. I can now actually hear! Joshua worked with me and helped find me financing. He definitely goes above and beyond. If you have hearing problems I would certainly give Joshua a call. I guarantee you will be happy that you did!

Josh was awesome! I went in to get some new domes for my hearing aide. Josh took the time to help me find a dome that gave me a much more comfortable fit. I will definitely be back for my hearing aide needs!
