As a first time hearing aid user I have only great respect for Mackenzie and Reagan. They are very professional in their work however they also made me very comfortable. They are very kind and considerate as they give me options in which hearing aid choices I have. Upon returning for my fitting and adjustments they have gone to great lengths to make sure I get the “ best bang for my buck”. Great folks to do business with. I highly recommend Miracle-Ear Waco.

It has been countless years since my last ear exam. Working with loud woodworking tools and often enjoying relatively loud music, I was certain that I was having hearing problems. I was quite surprised when Wendy concluded my visit by noting that there was nothing wrong with my hearing. Both ears passed all of the critical tests. Per her very professional and friendly attitude, and thorough exam, I feel confident with the results. I will take Wendys advice and use more ear protection in my efforts. I have been so impressed w every step of the process at Miracle Ear!! Not only have they been wonderful w me but my mother is 92 and they treat us like family. When she is sick and can’t come in they have made arrangements to care for all of her hearing need!! They go above and beyond everyday!!

I absolutely love Dr. Robert and Ms. Rachael they are very nice and professional. The wait time is less than 5 minutes. I love how they give a quick call to see how you are adjusting to your hearing aids and if everything is going good .Would definitely recommend!!!

Wendy Phillips was great, very informative and educated me quite a bit. I also met MaKenzie, felt she was very informative as well and they seem to work very well together. Kayla, in the front office, was great at helping me get my insurance information and filinging it promptly for me!
