I am sorry to see so many poor reviews. I have only been to this store once, but my experience there was great. I purchased a chain saw and had another repaired. The gentleman who helped me was informative, attentive, and answered all of my questions without feeling rushed despite them being busy at the time. Ill go back and hopefully the service stays good for me.

Brought in a perfectly good Snapper riding mower to have the blades replaced. By the time I got it back the engine was completely unusable. They had let it sit in the rain with the gas cap off. Water got in the carburetor and ruined it. According to them every other part needed to be replaced to get it running again. In spite of this they still charged me for labor even though nothing was fixed. Including the blades I originally brought it in for.They are scam artists. Stay away from this place. If you need something fixed, go somewhere else.

These guys were great. I had a simple problem and had my nuts and bolts i needed in stock. Very helpful and great attitude for my small purchase

Took front mower wheels here for new tires/mounting because the tires someone else put on my wheels last year were never right: wouldnt hold air and came off the wheels constantly. Had to replace the tires due to damage from going flat and sitting on the rims.These guys were friendly and helpful right from the start: helped me pick new tires, got them ordered and mounted for me in just a few days!Everyone Ive dealt with was respectful and never treated me like I didnt know what I was talking about, which, compared to some other such places Ive tried to get help in the past, was a vast improvement!If I walk into a traditionally guy business--parts store, garage--and they talk down to me, I leave empty handed and never go back. C & M will definitely be my go-to small engine shop!

Passing through town in May of 2018 and was told this was a great shop at another location in Waco. I needed two new front tires put on the small rims of my zero-turn tubless rims. I had the wheels with me and all the equipment needed, except the valvestems that needed to be replaced.I was turned down and told they don’t do mower tires. This is supposed to be a mower and power equipment repair shop. Do not come here if you need your mower tires repaired...

The wait time is long and some of the employees are pretty grumpy. However, they do good work and charge a fair price, and that is whats really important. Unfortunately, I hear they plan to close in July.

Offer high quality products and service for them. If you have a part number and work on your own equipment they may be able to help.

Took my mower in for repair was told too expensive to repair thrown rod burnt oil. Thought it was fishy when no dust was disturbed so took to a reputable repair shop and it was only loose blade. Thousands of dollars saved! Glad I know not to purchase anything from there again! Thanks C&M!
