I started looking and planning a few months ahead of knowing when Id be fully applying to buy a home. I went to four places and talked to several others on the phone. Sue and Daryl made us feel most at ease. They were very upfront with the way things are constantly changing due to all things COVID related and didnt make big promises about everything the way others had done. And I didnt have to put money down upfront to hold the price as with other places. I have probably drove Sue crazy with calls and emails the past few months, but she has always been amazing at answering everything and getting in touchright away when something needed to be answered on my end. I also didnt have to wait 6-8 months to get our home, unlike most other places. Id very much recommend Budget!

They did an awesome job. We shopped all over and kept ending up back at Budget. Sue was great and super knowledgeable. Once we had decided on which home we wanted, she made the sales process as well as delivery and set up fast, and easy. We have had our home for about 6 months, and all promises made by budget have been fulfilled. That says a lot! I wouldnt purchase anywhere else!

I had a house fire on January 19,2020 while I was at church . We lost everything including my beloved pets . I was so pleased when we decided to look into a mobile home at Budget Mobile Homes in Waco, Tx . Needless so say our finances were limited but the name Budget in no was reflected in our home quality of the work man ship of our home . Ms . Sue Perry was so helpful and caring to our needs and out limited finances . We picked out a Home on her lot . It was delivered set up and as fast as the weather would allow . She supplied a outstanding group of workers to deliver in a spot that was exactly where our old house was . The underpinning was done with in 1 day . We totally love our new home. “When one door closes another opens”. This is so true . I would recommend Budget Mobile Homes to everyone. . Ms Sue Perry has a outstanding business. We were so blessed to go to Budget first, we didn’t have to go anywhere else .

I took a tour of these beautiful home and you would not believe the space, very large and modern. I would definitely recommend going by and check out these spectacular homes.

Sue is the best! Actually listened to our needs in looking for a home. Very up front on cost. She adds those little touches to the homes that make them a great value. No pressure sales.

After a horrible ordeal with another company we came to Budget Homes. I could not begin to explain how wonderful Sue is. We started out with Rick who passed away right before our closing and even though it was rough and she was grieving the loss of her co worker, Sue took over our case with no delay. She pushed us to the top of her list and made us feel as if we were her only customers at the time. Any issues we have ever had even after living in the home for months she helps in any way she can. In our experience Sue went above and beyond expectations.

We purchased our mobile home over a year ago and Sue still responds to simple questions and is always prompt and so friendly. Highly recommend her and her team. So glad we went with you all! Thank you for everything!

I bought a mobile home from here late last year, and it was a terrific experience. They where very good people to do business with. Sue and Justin took care of all the details for my wife and I very courteously and professionally. For us, they went that extra mile, and we do appreciate it.

Customer service was not there at all... Called to ask a few questions about how the process works, etc since this is our first time buying a home. We are just starting out so our credit is younger as well and was told we were asking too much to want a land and home package? She had a very rude tone and laughed when we told her we didn’t know where to start with our credit. She told us she couldn’t help us at all. Basically don’t waste our time with buying our first home there.

Darrell was very helpful and friendly. Answered all of our questions. Well definitely use them in the future.

Sue went above and beyond to build us the home we dreamed of. We couldnt even imagined how gorgeous it would really turn out she was always pleasant and in top of things as the home was being built. They had a little trouble installing the home on our land thus causing multiple trim to pop off. Sue was in top of it and contacted the manufacturer immediately. Cant be more pleased with the professionalism and standing behind their product

Most helpful people in N. Texas!! I personally would recommend that you at least call for yourself if youre interested in buying a new home.

You get what you pay for. Hopefully theyve upgraded their air conditioning units and service provider. Pure junk!

Me and my Mom both bought mobile homes 2years ago at the same time never had a problem.I would highly recommend this company.Sue is a good salesperson.

My wife and I put 20,000.00 down on a home and Mrs Perry delivered another home. She wouldnt do anything about it because she said shes not made a mistake in 27 yrs of business. Whatever, did ya just wait on us to make it with !!!!! Plumbers never put in an outside faucet anywhere/ fire hazard and never ran water to our fridge for icemaker. Totally dissatisfied with all of it !!!! what a shame but, thats ok a happy customer will tell a few folks about you but, a dissastified customer will tell the world !!!! Hope the world is lisentening unlike Mrs Perry did
