This is the 2nd Clayton homes I have visited. We have been house hunting for weeks and visited the Metroplex locations also. The customer service and quality is unbelievably great! They even cater to our 4 kids shopping with us. Their competitors have crappy attitudes, send you out to look alone, then tell us how much better they are than Clayton homes. I went in search of a home in January after putting my home of 24 years on the market. Clayton was the first place I stopped by. I was assisted in my search by a very knowledgeable team member of theirs named Jareth. I am EXTEREMLY picky and can be all over the place when making the smallest of purchases, needless to say I was very nervous about buying a new home. Jareth was able to answer all of my questions and help me to narrow down my home selection. Spectacular team in waco!

Nice people, they try to help everyone into a home.

We recently bought a home from clayton homes and heres a recap of our experience. They had great customer service. Jarreth was awesome our saler and he was awesome. He gave us his personel cellphone so that anytime we needed anything we could call or text. We had some very frustrating times with our FHA loan. So if you decide to go with that kind of loan be preppared for alot of waiting, alot of paperwork, and alot of requirments. In the end i think we were all frustrated.. lol.. When we moved in because we were on a tight deadline the A/C didnt work, Richard the G/M with his family brought two window units they had at their himself to our home so we could go ahead and move in. We were truly blowen away, grateful and hubbled by this act of kindness. They are the best!! Thank you Team clayton homes of Lacy Lakeview!!!

Seemed friendly however not much of a slection they sent mobiles to fluid victoms.

Decent selection and very knowledgeable staff.
