Love coming here. Always friendly people. Brought kids on a Saturday afternoon around 3 and they were closed for lunch. Ive never seen a store like this close for lunch. Kids were very disappointed.

Had a great time. Nice person to help me while I was there and was able to share a smile and a laugh with him.

Been awhile since I have been in. The associate was very friendly and helpful. Took my trade for store credit as they are not giving cash. All in all was a pleasant experience.

I know most of the staff by name because Im a frequent customer. I always feel welcome and never seem to leave without what Im looking for. The staff are knowledgeable and curteous. Very fair and honest when it comes to prices and the items youre selling or looking to buy. Awesome place to get games and accessories from console to cardboard, collectibles, and even modern screen printed trendy t shirts.

I have been a loyal Game Stop Customer for years. Recently my 10 year old son had purchased a game with his Christmas money. he had it for about an hour and realized it would not work properly with his internet connection. the store would only give him trade in credit of $20 for a $60 game. Not to mention one kid at the store said they had used and the other magically didnt so he had to buy new. i am pretty sick to my stomach that he wasted his Christmas money and the store could care less.

Love this GameStop. Staff is great with lots of info. They often take the time to inform me of any deals or specials that are currently running when asking if they can assist with anything. Keep up the good work guys / girls and please feel free to share my review with corporate if they ever try to tell you different.

Stopped for a night while travelling. Our hotel was close so we stopped in because our son loves Funkos. For some reason they had ones that we have never seen in PA Gamestops. Nice store.

Very helpful people! Store is ran by Adam but all the employees are super knowledgeable. Makes it easy when you know almost nothing about game systems for your kids. Lol. Not the first time I had a good experience either. This is probably the 4th-5th time.

Great place for games and collectibles

This is my favorite game stop its in my hometown has people working there that I went to school with I would have given them five stars but their trade-in prices have gone down so much and theyre used merchandise as a bit too expensive but honestly your only other choice is to go to The Exchange and man will they rip you off good selection lots of novelty items

I didnt catch his name but the gentleman who helped my son heads longer wavy brown hair and he was absolutely fantabulous! He was kind, enthusiastic, and he genuinely enjoys what he does.

I love this store. They always have knowledgeable staff. Everything is in stock (even some amibos which is practically a miracle). And they have a good selection of used games. All in all, I prefer them to the local Walmart, which in this town is about the only other place to get games.

Good selection on site. Prices are on par with other GameStop locations to include trade in values. The customer service, especially from assistant managers, is abysmal at best. Expect eye rolling, sighs, an inordinate amount of pushing their reward club to the point of needing to check your receipt before leaving the store.

I had a horrible experience with Gamestops online ordering and customer representatives. I went into the Wadsworth Gamestop store and was assisted by Adam.He was apologetic for the errors and omissions that I experienced with Gamestop online. He helped to remedy the situation in a professional and courteous manner.I would recommend this Gamestop store to anyone. Great customer service.

Its a GameStop. What did you expect? They have a thing to save money on used games but if the game is older youll find it much cheaper pretty much anywhere online. Stop for Games, try a demo I guess.

Its gamestops you really should know what to expect, a lot of games, gamers and parents trying to justify to themselves buying their kids games over the age rating. No hes not going to play it on mute and yea the controller you sold them for $5 they are reselling for $35.

Pre ordered a piece of hardware online for pickup here. Several days pass after release (it was supposed to be available for pickup on release) with no word from them. I go online and see the order hasnt even been processed. No email and no phone support for gamestop online orders, and you cant cancel the order at all - no option to do this, even if the order gets stuck and never processes. I go to this store and the man inside is horribly confused when I tell him I made a pre order online for pickup at the store. He was completely unaware that orders online could be picked up at the store. He was eve more confused to see my order was stuck processing, and he didnt know how to proceed. During this entire process he was taking phone calls from what appeared to be other employees or a manager. I wont be buying anything from gamestop online or in person again any time soon.

Used to love this store now its just a bad place and a bad deal. Rather go to Walmart then shop there

Horrible. Tried to pawn off a used game as new for $60. Went to Wal-Mart got it brand new for $50. They tried that this is our last copy BS then tried to sell me a used one. There $60 version was opened and they wanted to seal it with a sticker. How are you supposed to buy someone a brand new game as a gift when its already been opened then have the NERVE to charge full price. Liars, Cheats & Theives. DONT BUY GAMES AT GAMESTOP. YOU CAN DO BETTER ANYWHERE ELSE.

For more than a year now every game that I have ever bought from there had stop working which include brand new games (supposedly) as well. Any other place as in Walmart, Bestbuy and GameSurge the games I had never had a problem with. 2015 is almost over, and my resolution for 2016 is to not buy one product from the GameStop in Wadsworth. For me its to huge a coincidence to ignore their faulty products, and I will no longer continue to be exploited

That is the right place to find a game. And to trade in. They dont pay much, but at least you get some change for the old game you dont play anymore.
