Arrived at the store at 6:58 pm after driving from two cities away only be told “we are actually closed and can’t help you” all while the “open” light was on in the front of the store. Won’t be back! Will drive to Fairlawn from now.
I was very displaced with this location because the person who was working there and there was only one, did not have a clue as to basically anything I asked. I was seeking information on a pay as you go and I mentioned that I had straight talk and that I used to be with Verizon. I brought up the new acquisition of TracFone by Verizon and he had no clue what I was talking about. And then when I had him go over the plans he just pointed to some paperwork and basically wanted me to read it myself. It seemed like he just simply did not want to help me whatsoever. It was amazing. Ive been to many brick and mortar locations for other carriers and Ive never ever been treated so disrespectfully. I think its the lack of basic knowledge of the company he works for that put me off the most. It seems like I knew more than he did. So I probably should give one star but whatever Ill do two and be nice.

Went to the store to get a jet pack to have wifi in our new RV. Was told we had 30 days to try it out, and that it would be unlimited data without throttle. The unlimited without being throttled was a stipulation for us to get this. After day 3 of camping and 15gb it got throttled to the point nothing worked. Called the store and the same agent stated he never said 30 days, and never said it was unlimited. Had to call customer service and wasted another 2 hours trying to get this resolved. Of course they sent me to a live chat that couldnt help and told me to call support all over again. Ridiculous customer service.
Omar was awesome! He went over every detail imaginable with my daughter and I. He was very thorough and thoughtful to our needs. He was the best representative I have ever dealt with from Verizon! We were very pleased with his service and I would reccomend him to anybody! Thank you again Omar!
*** Update: The contact information below is a joke.They never answer and dont return your calls. I guess their level of customer service is consistent***Asked all the right questions and bought 2 new phones based on the sales associates answers. Doesnt matter if you ask the correct questions they lie under the guise of it takes too long to navigate to the correct answer on your account. (Odd since it only took a couple minutes for them to look up the answer when I went back in.) It is bad when even the manager agrees that we were misinformed but according to him he can understand our frustration but it is just how they are trained to act. Didnt do a thing to correct their admitted fault and now it is going to cost me $39 more a month (for 2 years) on top of over $50 in extra costs. His recommendation was for me to call Verizon and ask for a loyalty creditVerizon actually laughed.Heads up if your phone is almost paid for do not finish paying it off at the store. They dont honor any of the promotions you might have had and they dont tell you. Sneaky way to RIP people off. Go elsewhere. Even if the lines are longer just go elsewhere and save yourself the money and the aggravation.

Never will I return to this store. I walked in and the girl and guy working both reeked of alcohol and cigarettes. They really didn’t seem to care about my bill problem or to do their jobs. They told me to call a 800 number to figure it out. I went to the Target in the same plaza and the guy there took the time to help. Which in turn I got 3 new phones and my bill explained thoroughly to me.Terrible customer service. Terrible attitudes. Zero professionalism. If my employees acted like that I would be looking for new employees.

I took my mother there to get her a screen protector and SIM card, and I needed a cell phone case and screen protector. The girl that put the screen protectors on was so nice and was just great to work with. I had a bubble under my screen protector and little things like that bother me. So I went back the next day and they were more than happy to help me. I couldn’t say one negative thing about the people at this store. Everyone is so friendly and professional. It’s just a nice place to go and shop. I will definitely spend my money at this location before any other! The manager John was awesome!

Not sure why there are negative reviews on here, I have been going to this location for over a year and have always received professional, helpful service. The staff has always been able to help and answer my questions. One staff member, I believe his name is John, has gone above and beyond to help me, friends, and family. Would recommend going to this store over any corporate store as it is much more personal and the staff will take their time to make sure you know and understand your device before you leave.

Asked them to order me a phone that wasnt in stock... theyd call when it came in. I was told 2-3 days. 12 days later, no call from them. I tried calling a dozen times, no answers. Go to the store, pick up my phone. Close to 700 dollars that I paid up front, and the phone is glitch you and calls are pure static. Take it back, faulty speaker. Itll take more time to order a new phone. Seriously! Thank goodness I kept my old phone so I wasnt forced to pay 1000 for one they has in stock. They also got me locked out of my account, AND I found out my phone had sat there for 7 days and no one called. Absolutely ridiculous. Never an, Im sorry, its ridiculous.

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST. My husband was sold a wireless charger which he was assured was compatible with my iPhone. It was not. We returned the unopened charger 4 days after purchase and were told we would receive a refund check in the mail within 10 days. 10+ days pass and we didnt receive the refund. After making a phone call I spoke to a rude, young salesgirl who was gonna text her boss and find out about the refund. I was later informed it had never been issued and was told I would have it in 10 days. 10+ days later - no refund. I called and spoke to a STORE MANAGER who said theyd look into it and call me back. Two days later after not hearing back I called them and was told not to worry a refund would be coming in 10 days. She even laughed and said it wouldnt take that long. So now, 14 days later I still have no refund, Ive called the store manager, whom I spoke with and and he was was supposed to call me back (and didnt), Ive called corporate in Boise, Idaho three times and have finally been assured, for the FOURTH time I will have a check in 10 days. I am furious to say the least. I have never dealt with such incompetent managers and sales people who clearly DO NOT make customer satisfaction a priority. Save yourself a headache and go to an actual Verizon store or buy online.

I have always had a platium experience at the Verizon next to kohls. They have always treated me like family!!. I wish their customer service dept could learn from them. Best Verizon store in the area!!! Ashley was extremely helpful!!! I purchased an extra lifetime warranty screen protector and eventually moved to Kentucky and cracked my screen. I called 2 Verizons and eventually corporate in Kentucky to find somewhere to replace it only to find out there were no stores in Kentucky that could. Ashley stepped in and provided a screen to give to my sister to send to me and helped me out immensely!!! Thank you so much!!!

Dan told her that replacing the battery isnt possible and repeatedly tried to sell her a new phone. My mother called Apple this morning and was told that replacing the battery was moderately simple and was only $80... Untrustworthy

I have visited this store several times and each time, the Service I received was good. I reserched phones, plans and paid my bills. Everything was great until I needed an upgrade. LIES, LIES, LIES about prices and cost of phones. It is partially my fault because I believed the salesmen in the store. DO NOT BUY PHONES in any Verizon store until you check the website first. I was promised that the deal I received was at the lowest price Verizon had to offer..............it was not. On line at Verizon, I could have saved $100.00 In addition, my rebate, which is in the form of a pre paid gift card never arrived. I took a loss of $150.00. BEWARE. I hope I can save someone else from wasting money and time. I called VERIZON customer service about this- nothing but excuses and lip service, but at least they were polite.I also contacted Customer Service about a billing issue- They fixed it. If they fix the issues with this store, I would give a better Service score.

This place is in the same area as Giant Eagle which means no parking. Also, they have been robbed twice in two months. You dont want to be in this shopping center after dark. Purse snatching, shoplifting, drugs. I go to the one in the Norton Shopping Center.

I have been to this store several times. First time was to upgrade my phone but thought enough to check phone prices before going. This store over prices all of there phones up to $100 more then the corporate store in Fairlawn or best buy. The second time was for an upgrade also. I had printed out a coupon from Verizons online site, for a free Droid DNA at any Verizon store. This store would not honor this. The last compliant I have and why I will never go back, is they wouldnt help me fix my phone.

Went to the store in town, was extremely dissatisfied, ended up they lied to me about the monthly cost of my bill by over 20.00 bucks.
