First time at kurodas..The ladies were super nice Brian was a huge help!! Greeted us and was thorough from the beginning, he asked questions and told us exactly what was going to happen..Things didnt work out the way we hoped but we were ready for whatever bad news he had for us..Also the estimate was very easy to read and he made sure if we had any questions to contact him..And shoutout to one of the mechanic foreman, instead of wanting to making a few bucks off of the insurance company he was honest and made sure safety was a priority..Im super glad I took my time to view the different shops my insurance company works with..Definently would go back..

The Greatest. . .during this time.

Took our car in to fix the bumper which someone did a hit and run at the dealership we bought it at. We took it to kuroda did the estimate and quickly had a repair date. They were fast, efficient. They quoted my car to be done in two days. But finished it less than 24 hours. The paint to match the rest of my car came out perfect. I had a big dent on my bumper. They keep you updated and constantly stay in contact with you. Thank you kuroda for your friendly staff especially the estimator (Shauna) I believe Is her name. I highly recommend kuroda for all your repair needs. The rental was there the day of the repair everything was perfect. Thank you again.

I have had the misfortune of being able to say I have come here several times to repair damage from accidents to my vehicles. I have been to 3 other places. Hands down, Kurodas is best. Very professional, clean and accommodating for client area, with nice staff. So when my daughter needed repair services, Kurodas is the place.

Customer service is top notch, very helpful and considerate staff. Quality of my repair was not what I expect from a professional body shop.I went based on seeing work they had done on a friend’s car - the paint was a good match and fitment was as good as factory. The office staff is great and communication was above average. When I went to pick it up after the initial repair, bumper cover paint did not match the car - several shades lighter in color and not enough metal flake to match the adjacent panels. My car needed a new bumper cover, headlight, fog light, and some brackets. The hood and fenders were not damaged, it should have been a straightforward repair on their end.I had to take it back for a repaint a month later, they provided a rental car free of charge. Color is better, I’d say still a shade lighter but the amount of metal flake is a better match. The second repair while is a better color match, left a noticeable repair to a small defect on the bumper and the assembly was not as good. The gap between the bumper and fenders is much larger than before and the bracket on the backside is visible through the gap. The grill and fog light fit is not as flush as factory or the first assembly, leaving gaps in places that weren’t visible the first time..... it’s like they assembled it in a hurry with no attention to detail - I found some of the rubber gaskets not properly aligned and they pushing on bumper but most of the gaps are still very noticeable to me.I was told the average customer would find the repair good enough and I had higher expectations than most. They spent a few minutes in the back “attempting” to make the gaps less noticeable but came back saying there was nothing they can do.The car is a 2016 model, there is no reason the color shouldn’t match the first time given the current technology to match/mix paint. I spent at least 2 hours of my time dropping it off, getting a rental car and picking it up that should have never happened after the initial repair. Not to mention that the fitment/assembly of he second attempt make the repairs noticeable. Based on my experience I would not recommend them to a friend and will not use them in the future....

They did such a great job on my old Honda Civic a few years ago. Work was guaranteed. So, I brought my Hyundai Elantra to them recently. They do great work.Just brought in my car on 07May2019 for repairs on my car. Job done 09May2019. Professional topnotch service and job as always. My car looks brand new. Paint job matches beautifully. New windshield, too. Work is guaranteed for the life of the car. You receive texted updates on your car as work progresses. Great communication at all times. USAA five star shop. And, this is one of the cleanest shops you will find. Have never had a blown speaker, mystery Miles driven, or any problems bringing my car here. Theyre very good with communicating by email, text, and phone calls, about the status of the vehicle and any details. Will send you a PDF of their estimate, and let you know whats going on with insurance. They also hooked us up with the Enterprise Rental just up the street. Very very very very good at helping out when things go really really really bad. Will even send you a survey afterwards to ask how things went. And they act on it. Warranty for the work also comes in the mail. We wont take a vehicle anywhere else.Massive recommend.
