I only went as far as trying to schedule an estimate and they’re terrible at getting back to you. I physically came into the office with my estimate in hand because we’re going through insurance from the person who rear ended my car and even when they told me they had their very own representative for the insurance, I never got the call back they claimed would happen. I came in on a Friday and called them back on Monday to figure out what happened and they said they didn’t even have any of the paperwork I brought in or had any clue as to who initiated the process…it’s already Wednesday and I had better luck and customer service including a pre inspection appointment at another shop all in one call! Good luck to anyone who might decide to go with this place!

I am a really picky guy and Sigs never disappoints. Professional service, beautiful bodywork and paint. The Pearl in my paint matched better than factory paint. The staff (Skyler) to the time go over exactly what my concerns were and addressed them. I was always kept informed on the status of my car and even got to pick it up earlier than expected. When picking up my car Brian waited for me and gave me great advice in fixing something myself after I told them I would try to fix it. The car looks awesome!! Highly recommend.

Our Model S was hit by a Tundra that blew through a stop sign crumpling the left front. Sigs did a fantastic job making our car better than new. Paint work, fit and finish are all spot on. Was a long process with waiting on parts from Tesla. Maria and Brenna kept us updated every step of the way and provided lots of detailed photos throughout the process so we knew exactly what was being done. I am very picky about our cars and every little thing I pointed out in a photo was immediately reply to and addressed if it was needing further attention. At pick up, found some fine swirl marks which where immediately addressed --- overall, amazing customer service and very happy with the results. If you have a Tesla needing repairs, Sigs is the only good choice.

I heard about Sigs Collision Center on the radio. Also a few people told me they were pretty good and worked well with most insurance companies. So when I needed work done on my Chevy Colorado I checked with my insurance and they were listed. While work was being done, they kept me updated on the progression of the repair frequently. I never had any problems dealing with my insurance as Sigs did all the talking. I even was able to save a great deal on my deductible as I opted out on replacing my side steps. Overall Sigs by far has been super easy to work with and they did an excellent job repairing the damage to my truck. I highly recommend using them when you need repairs done on your vehicle.

Davlyn and the team did an exceptional job! My car was in an accident and Sigs was a recommended body shop. What a blessing it was because Davlyn was on top of the whole process. Initially she took detailed photos of the car which we would not have known to take. They provided periodic updates and repaired the car 5 days earlier than promised!When we received the car you can tell which side was repaired because it looked pristine compared to the other side. Sigs also delivered the car clean both inside and out which was a pleasant surprise. Normally some shops only deliver the car fixed but as is. We told Davlyn that although we appreciated her services, it would not be good to see her again because that means something needs to be repaired! I would highly recommend Sigs to anyone that needs body work both out of pocket or through insurance.

Just washed my car for the 1st time since getting my car fixed late May 2021(1 1/2 month later). I notice bits of areas that the paint didnt blend properly.

Staff were very friendly and always kept us informed throughout the process during the repairs of our 2020 Jeep Overland. They basically stripped down the Body and encountered other issues that were not visible during the initial estimate. They ordered other parts that were needed during the repairs. Our Jeep was in the shop about 2 1/2 months. Finally picked it up on Feb 12, 2021. I love Sigg’s! They make everything so easy and stress-free. They said my car would be done on the 21st but I got it a whole week early! The car was spotless & looked brand new. They did repairs on my front bumper because someone hit my car and scratched it. Now you can’t even see there was any damage! Nick was so helpful with his updates, and made picking up my car seamless. It was nice not having to wonder how my car’s progress was coming along. Margarita was an angel & was so friendly any time I had a question. Sigg’s helped my boyfriend with his car a few months back when he got hit by a drunk driver and he had a great experience as well. I am very pleased with the repair service I had at Sigs Collision Center in Waipahu. They were willing to work with my insurance even though there was some bad history with my insurance company. Being one of the two certified Tesla Repair companies on Oahu, They worked with me to get the repairs approved through my insurance company to get the process started. The customer service was very strong as Maria kept me updated at every step of the way including when the parts were ordered all the way through the repair steps. Once the repair status neared completion, she was in consistent contact and my Tesla was ready on time. Kat was also very helpful when I picked up the car and gave me instructions on the care of the freshly painted repairs. Just one more step to get the protective wraps installed on the front of my car in three months and it will be good as new. Mahalo Maria, Kat, & Sigs for the great repair job!

Shockingly they were unable to complete a quote because they were unable to put my car on the lift but they were very happy to schedule an appointment for them to do the work. I recently moved to Oahu from Texas so when I was hit in a fender bender I didnt know what auto shop to go to. Sigs Collision Center gave me a great experience! They were nice, fast, and did an incredible job on my car. They regularly updated me on the status of my repair. I would recommend this location to anyone involved in an accident!

My experience so far is a nightmare when I got my car back it was clear that premium part were taking from my vehicle and replaced with basic parts the bad part about this is one of those parts was the PCM the cars computer and you know they didnt even bother to a lease program a little so that you know it would not hurt my car no they just popped it back in there within a two-mile stretch overheated and I mean extreme overheated theres too much to tell at the moment and this is not over this has to be continued basically my car was running like a champ when I took that car in its only 5 months old and I had two friends with me can confirm it when we got the car back even they noticed something was wrong anyway this is to be continued be careful take pictures of everything and when you pick up your car make sure you check everything out before you leave........I have contacted my insurance to make a claim, now I need to take car to Ford to see if anything else was taken, so far I discovered three items that were either taken or replaced. My car was unique, it had a computer that you dont find on other like cars. It also had additional cooling components to deal with the added performance which they simply took and left My car to overheat, anyway continuing to attack problem. ...back again, in case you are wondering, im sharing this experience so that others can benefit from it, and not make light of my earlier suggestion, take pictures of everything, or you will need to do what im doing, getting the as built specs from ford to show what was installed by factory, once i retrieve all the info, i can finalize my claim and follow up with police report... shop personel took me to be some guy who can afford but knows nothing about cars, wrong, i know quite a bit, especially my own. Terrible experience there. Missed my initial appt. Was called by Sigs to bring car anyway. Asked rep if I should rent a car b4 i drop off car, she said no we could handle it when I arrive. Dropped off car, shuttled to enterprise, no rental available, called Sigs to let them know i need car back. long wait for shuttle, walked back to Sigs, had to wait 4 my vehicle, vehicle windows all marked up. 😠😡. Done w this place 4 good.

My wife came here on Oct to get a scratch fixed and they to the insurance and my wife theyd have it done in a week so my wifes insurance got a rental car for her even 2 days before my wife was supposed to pick up her car they called and they told her its in the shop and itll be done in 2 days but when she went the on the day they told her they said they hadnt even touched her car yet so she had to pay out of pocket for the rental car for the next week and not only that yall over chartered her or scammed her which ever Im not to sure what the hell happened but it costed $1500 on something I could have fixed for less than $100 but I was training in big island so I couldnt do anything and didnt really know what was going on but I do know that once I got back she told me which part got fixed and it was something that was sure as hell not a $1500 repair I told her never go back ever and dont suggest anyone else to either

I took my car here to get fixed because geico referred me to this body shop. When i went to get my car back i had check engine light on and was told its due to reverse light bulb which is on order and i can stopby when the get the light. I went back after few days but the light was due to active grill shutter replaced or broken, which i found out from dealer after paying 160 and now i have to pay 830 to get it fixed.Long story short when i turned in my car to sigs my car was fine and no check engine sign and my check engine sign came out during the time when it was in there possession.Sigs is denying to fix my car.Please dont take ur car here. Especially my military brothers, take ur car somewhere else who will take responsibility of ur car while not in ur possession.

I dropped off my car on a Tuesday. The estimated time for repair was almost two weeks. But to my surprise, I got a phone call the following Friday that my car was ready for pickup! I dropped off my mazda32014 on September22 2015 recently this year to get repaired and replacement my driver fender and my windshield and repainted...geico called and toldme my mazda will be done by less than a week after sigs shop called them then sigs shop calledme also and toldme my mazda3 will be done on Thursday september30 but then again they said they need to order another parts for my mazda3 and yet today is October5th they havent finished my mazda3...i will recommend you all not to go here they sucks as hell they cantkeep their words they sucks finds somewhere better than sigs...

Good body work but sometimes miss minor details like cruise control when specifically mentioned to them and alleging the car so the steering wheel is straight not 25 degrees off

They suck, we had to take our car back 5 times because they would always forget to dosomething, last time we left our car from 10am -5pm to come to find out they didn’t do anything to car it just sat there and they called us and said your car is ready to pick up & nothing was done !!!!! Waisting our gas & our time !!!!
