Stay far away, had front brakes and rotors replaced 2019. Few months later brakes skipping feeling uneven. Took it in and they said I need new rotors??? I complained that they just installed new rotors. Guy calls back and said okay we took care of it. A few months later it does the same. Take it back in and again guy says you need new rotors. Same thing except this time he says we resurfaced it. Again happened and again needs new rotors. Now the fourth time 2yrs later and 20k miles he states need new rotors not covered under warranty. Worst place ever!

Be careful with this place. I went online for an out the door estimate and later called them to see If i could schedule; the price they told me was 100 dollars over than the price calculated online. When I asked to be emailed an estimate I was given attitude and was not even emailed any thing to help me understand the possible charges; the guy even hung up on me mid sentence to saying the email was never received. Be careful. Ive have issue with this place in the past at another location in California in 2012. I decided to give them a chance 9 years later and they still seem to be shady in another state.

I came in for my rear passenger tire. It started separating about 3 days ago. Donna at the front office has awesome customer service and super friendly. Jerick is an awesome technician along with the crew who assisted with my tire replacement and oil change. They have great prices, honest service and exceptional work. Everyone is highly qualified and trained properly. I highly recommend seeing them for all your vehicle needs. If you care about your car health, give them a call!

I highly recommend Firestone in Waipahu. I got an oil change in January, however, my car is set to automatically notify me after a certain amount of miles that my car needs a new oil change. Therefore, I contacted Firestone to schedule an oil change, but I was notified that the type of oil I had installed and the amount of miles I have accumulated does not require me to get a new oil change until a few more miles. Thanks to their honesty I will not have to waste my money and have one more thing to worry about. Thank you, Firestone! Ill only do business with Firestone for my car upkeep needs.

This place is a scam. I brought my car here for a Complete Auto Service just to see if there were any problems with it. Upon getting my car back they informed me that I had a large whole in the sidewall of one of my tires. This shocked me because Id never had a problem with my tire being flat. Without telling me they rotated my tires and put the flat on my front right.. ON A FRONT WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE. They also told me I had a SMALL leak in my power steering. Immediately I noticed my car was pulling significantly to the right and my steering wheel was significantly harder to turn. These were never a problem before. They screwed up my alignment and my power steering. And on top of everything they recommended numerous expensive services on my vehicle that are not necessary. These are con artists trying to make a buck off anyone that they think doesnt know anything about cars. Needless to say, save yourself the headache and find a decent mechanic.

I purchased a set of 4 tires online for installation at an unbeatable price. Shortly later, I became hesitant when the online system confirmed and then cxld my scheduled appointment. After calling into the shop my concerns were addressed. Ron looked up my order and informed me that the tires I bought were located at the warehouse but not available for delivery on weekends so we rescheduled. Day of service check in was easy and I added an oil change no problem. Service was extremely fast; my car was done in less than 1 hour. Ron and his team are excellent! If you want a service with Firestone, call the shop the online system has glitches.

My sales person (Jason) was extremely helpful and very caring towards my wants and needs. He went beyond any help I previously was displeased from another store location. He took the time to listen to my concerns and seemed genuinely interested in reassuring my concerns.

Needed 2 tires for my safety inspection and ended up doing an oil change too. Service was really fast and our helper ashley was on point. I would have given a five star but the next day we realized that all of our tires have slow leaks and Before going in our tires were all good.

Friendly staff, quick to answer phones, fair prices, speedy work, clean and cool waiting room. Had a complete set of tires mounted, oil changed, and alignment done in an hour and twenty minutes, which even on a slow business day like today is fast work. Only minor quibble is that I would have liked them to point out that the tire protection plan was an option, rather than leaving me to find it and ask about it on my own.

The staff at this Firestone are super helpful! I had some questions about my service and they took the time to explain everything to me. They didn’t try to upsell me on anything and even suggested that an upcoming service could be put off a month! Thanks guys!!

HONESTLY MY RATING WOULD HAVE BEEN A 5-STAR RATING IF THERE WOULDVE BEEN ENOUGH CHAIRS OR SPACE INSIDE THE WAITING ROOM FOR ALL CUSTOMERS TO RELAX IN THE A/C AS IT WAS VERY HOT THAT DAY...OTHER THAN THAT THE MECHANICS WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE WITH WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THE SERVICE WAS FAST AND THE PRICING WAS WITHIN OUR BUDGET. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THE WAIPAHU FIRESTONE LOCATION TO MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY.

There have been many great scam artists of our day, Bernie Madoff, Charles Ponzi, Donald Trump, etc. but these guys at this firestone might take the cake!!! They told my brother-in-law that it would cost him $1k to fix his car, all while they knew full well that there were other problems with his car that would cost him more than the car is worth. So basically, they screwed him for the $1k for a car that won’t start. Anyway, choose your mechanics wisely and don’t chose these clowns.

Had first oil changed on a brand new black Ram truck. Climb into truck after service and had oil hand prints on my seats and all over the drivers door. Showed employee/ attendant and he said the guy used protection for the seats and denied he had oil on his clothes. Then when I had my back turned cleaning the oil my seats and the guy who changed my oil sprayed cleaner and whiped a rag on my new ceramic coating!! Couldnt believe it!! No apologies or ownership of what they did. I cant believe the ignorance and disregard for other peoples property. Ill never go back!!!

This place sucks and I sincerely hope it burns to the ground. They claimed not to have the tires I wanted when the Firestone website said otherwise, wanting to charge me a premium to have them shipped (probably a lie). I settled for cheaper tires I didnt want, and when I got home I noticed the aluminum valve stem caps that were built specifically for my aftermarket wheels were missing. When I suspected a steering issue was due to a poor alignment on one of my other cars, they actually laughed behind my back, 13 feet away, that it was a wheel balancing issue. Never again.

They were so kind and helpful. Although they couldnt change my battery, its a hybrid, they were as helpful as they could be. I will remember them when I need serivce.

I would definately recommend this place. They really value their customers and get the job done in a great time frame.

My BF Called To Do Alignment On My Truck Today and Got Turned Away Due To My Truck Being lifted. Funny because they Did My Other Truck Which is lifted As well. After Telling the Gentleman That they did my truck Before he then said ok To the alignment but then told me its not going to be done to the next day. I wouldnt recommend Firestone In waipahu. Poor Customer Service and Dishonest service.

I got my safety check done today and Ron T. A nice gentleman at the desk was very friendly! I told him I never had to get own vehicle check before I usually had my s/o or dad take care of that for me. Ron told me what I needed, said itll take an hour but I was out of there in 30 mins!!!! If you need an inspection, go elsewhere. Employees are friendly... as they fill you with BS. It doesnt cost them time and money. Its across the street from the DMV, convenient right? Until you come back 2 hours later for your sticker and are told to make yet another appointment, waste another day off and your gas when the counter guy makes it sound like the inspector will just come back out and slap the sticker on when you come back from the DMV after already wasting an hour for the initial inspection. The counter guy should have just looked at his appointments when I came to drop it off and told me the truth. Goodbye Firestone... hello Goodyear.

I waited 40 minutes a safety inspection just to be told it would be another 2 hours before they even got to my car. There were 3 cars in the garage and no one in the waiting area. When I decided to leave they took another 30 minutes to just give me my key back. There were cars getting serviced before my car that arrived after my car. Don’t come here. They suck.

Nice people. Actual cost was more than estimate for battery replacement. They gave no explanation and I did not ask because I was in a rush.

The only thing theyre good for is cheap tires. Do not go here for anything else. They will rip you off.

This auto shop is okay. I was a little irritated with the counter employee. When I entered they were helping another customer but then they took a long phone call after I had been standing in line for quite a while. When I finally was helped they were very friendly though. I didnt get the feeling the staff was dishonest unlike some other local shops. There was adequate parking also unlike some other local shops.

Firestone was recommended by a family friend because of the $200.00 ish life time warranty wheel alignment in Hawaii. I decided to get all 4 tires as a result. The wheel alignment is a perk that sets Firestone apart from the competition.10/24/19 I went to Sears Pearlridge around noon time for a basic oil/filter change but would have waited four hours. I called Firestone Waipahu and found out that there price for the same thing was about $5.00 higher than Sears Pearlridge and its around 1 to 1.5 hours wait time. Im okay with that!

Firestone was my primary auto repair center for years until I went to this location. Once I moved this location was the nearest in my area so I went there for a few repairs. One repair they did on my car cost me double. They screwed up the repair and charged me for their mistake. I am an easy going customer where ever when ever dont complain nor post any negative reviews at all but after that experience and a few unsuccessful attemps to speak with a DM I just had to air out my frustrations.

They charged us over $1K on something they didnt fix. It was still having issues and we took it somewhere else and it turns out they didnt do what they charged us for. Once we addressed it to them they refunded us the money. We wont VR going back.

Always good experience with the one at Waipahu and Dillingham. But always bad experience with Pearl City.

SCAM, I had a $250 tire installed and had it for 150 miles and the tire was damaged. Took it to them and had the road hazard. They told me 44% of the tire had been worn and they wanted $120 to replace it. Dont go here!
