This store are very well trained.. they know their customers n what they like. Lots of ALOHA... FAST AND EFFICIENT. I myself in particular havent been in this store for months n they still remember me and what I like..

The number of mobile orders compared to the in-person orders is much larger now. This means theres a slowdown of the in-person orders even when there are two people trying to meet all orders. Not to say that this SB is slow because I realize that die to tame pressures, they were filling orders for people who were not even in the store. There were only 4 folks waiting for orders to be fulfilled. One person had multiple orders. First world problems.

Went there april 25 around 4:20. The coffee that i always order at ala moana that tastes so good, Taste so bad IN WAIKELE BRANCH. There’s literally no milk at all and the barista got an attitude when i asked for more milk. It taste like water && it was so bitter.

Typical Starbucks. Drink was made consistent. Small store so even 5 people in the store feels crowded. Service was ok considering covid-19.

One of the best Starbucks to go to. Staffing is friendly and professional. Drinks are always made to order and taste perfect. Location is always popping with locals and tourists. Music selections are always great and outside seating is available if you prefer that atmosphere. The sitting bar is nicely secluded in the corner- a perfect arrangement for studying and homework. Tables are diverse for bigger groups or couples. Bathroom is convenient placed away from foot traffic and near one entrance. Plenty of parking for those commuting by vehicle. Lots of neighbors, if youre looking to window shop.

This is one of my favorite locations on the island. The staff are always fast and super friendly, and the drinks are good.

Working around Starbucks made easy for me and usually I get good customer service from the morning employees, last night I went there five working, three chatting, cashier working with one customer, one walk by acting he didnt see me, the three keep laughing and joking, waiting and no one would help the cashier, I dont have much time to watch this. I left the store without​buying.Very bad impression

This is a pretty nice Starbucks. The staff are very friendly and pretty competent. They can occasionally miss a mobile app order though. There is open wifi and both indoor and outdoor seating. It used to be much more comfortable before their strange remodel, but its still better than some other Starbucks locations.

I’ve rarely had an issue ordering with the app. I live about half mile away and order before I leave the house. Only when the store is really busy or they have a noob making drinks have I ever had to wait and then for less than 5 minutes. Great store and great staff.

Skimped on the drink (about 2 cm from the top), ice was filled to the top when I finished my drink (which was like 2 sips). Not sure who the barista was but I played 5 bucks for a cup of ice. (I just posted one star to get noticed, I wouldve given 4 stars because I usually like this Starbucks)

This place is always crowded. Over the years Ive stopped in here more times than I probably recall but for the ones that I can, it has always been crowded with a long line. I can stop in on a Tuesday at 2 and its just as crowded as a weekend.The baristas are friendly though and my drinks are always made perfect.

Most consistent Starbucks experience Ive had on the island. Coffee and service are always great, even when theres a line at the drive thru and inside! Dont get inside often in the mornings, but when I do, the barista at the register are always friendly and a welcome start to the day. So glad this is my neighborhood SB. :)

Staff was so rude. I ordered in the app and I waited 30 mins. I asked where my drinks were and they hadnt even looked at the app orders. It wasnt even busy the staff was just slowly walking and lookeded really depressed to be there.And taste is not good .
