Im so disappointed at the workers. Went there today, I asked if I could use a coupon. The cashier at the register 2 explained it to me with an attitude. I was ーliterally being nice and all too, so I was surprised when she did that. She couldve explained it nicely, since I didnt know about such thing. You dont have to belittle your customers just because you know about such things. Just when I was about to leave, the cashier at the register 3 asked the cashier at the register 2 what happened and I heard them laughed afterwards. Is this how your workers are supposed to act? Im never shopping here again. Im better off going to Ewa Beach longs because their workers there are really friendly.

This Longs has the best Employees they are always smiling and offering to help you. Best of all they are very honest. I have been going to this location for the past 12 years and have never been treated badly.

The female who helped me on the phone wasnt friendly. She hung up the phone the first time I called as soon as she answered.She might have hearing difficulty because when I called the 2nd time she said hello twice and I had to ask if she can hear me just incase she would hang up again.She sounded like a young girl. The employees answering the phones need to realize that its difficult to get through the animated recording so they need to be patient and work better on communicating with the customers

The guy with the glasses and long hair is one of the best check out clerks ive seen in a long time. So friendly and genuinely happy with every single person he helped in front of me too
