Good information when I called before going

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. 3 visits waiting over 1 hour each time all for a service check. On final return I was told all I would have to do is show registration and pick up my sticker. Upon return I was then told by the owner Lady that stated her husband was the head service mechanic to wait in the line of people needing new service checks. When trying to explain i had already had my service check she rudely cut me off saying the wait was 1.5 hours and if I wasnt happy go somewhere else next time. Wow, talk about aloha spirit. The best part of the whole experience was a service mechanic left a razor blade on the seat where a child could have seriously hurt them selves, Good thing I found it before any keike did. I would never set foot in this dirty shop again. BE WARNED!!
