I’m not really into thrift shopping but here in Hawaii, thrifting is better than most places I’ve been. The times I’ve gone to thrift stores on island, I have found some amazing deals on quality products. Today was no different. I found two smaller Pelican cases, brand new with the foam intact, for six dollars each. Total score!Aside from the cool finds here, the staff is friendly and is willing to help when needed. I’ll be checking back periodically for more thrift scores.

Savers is a great places to look for bargains on clothing, shoes, household goods, linen and toys. There is a very good and large selection of aloha shirts at very inexpensive prices. The staff was very friendly greeting everyone with smiles at the entrance.

I spent $9 for the pyro bowl and those shoes. Theyre 🐡 Blowfish brand. I looked them up and there $30 to $39. I paid $2.80 for the bowl🥰 Im happy😁 I once bought a pair of Carlos Santana sandals for $6(My favs). And fancy sandals that cost $120+ those too were 6.99😃

Huge store, lots to choose from, pretty clean, nicely organized... it is a bit pricey for a thrift store but we are in Hawaii so, to be expected.

This is one of our local community stores that give back to the community by giving profits to nonprofit organizations. This store is clean, lighting is great and everything is well organized. Many times I have purchased office supplies here that were deeply discounted. I’ve visited this store for several years now and the staff was excellent. It was an enjoyable experience both shopping and donating items.

I Absolutely Love Savers/Value Village Thrift Stores. Ive been to the one in Tigard, Oregon more times than I can remember & Ive been to a few in Las Vegas, Nevada.Those stores all get 5 stars ... Only because their prices are lower, but (Most Of All) because they will actually have items tagged with the Color of the Week through out their stores!Everytime I go in this store....I NEVER Find Anything With The Color of the Week. Nothing! Not Ever! And then...everything I find is priced at $10.99.Shopping should be fun & therapeutic. Its not fun for Your Customers if Your Employees are buying up or changing tags every week. I dunno...just seems kinda Shady. Thats All.Gypsy JessI still find good stuff, but I like looking for the Color of the Week Tags...& liked it even more when there were 3 different colored tags, but what are you gonna do? Love to Donate stuff & Treasure Hunt there still.

Love this thrift store, Its just really pricey. You would expect for a thrift store to be cheaper considering it’s second hand but some of the items don’t make sense with the prices they have. Makes sense to just buy something brand new yk lol if they are gonna be expensive for used or second hand clothing. But I give it a 4 star bc they have pretty good options just I wish their prices were better.

Nice selection of odds and ends. The clothes are good quality, its best to go early when they first open. The staff is friendly and courteous. On color tag days, items are either 99 cents or half off.

Large selection. Great prices. This store even organize clothes by the price tag colour which helps you easily find the 50% off discount colour of the day! Staff were also helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Very affordable for a mom with 5 kids price is really good it’s cheaper then goodwill so I go savers more the goodwill when I thrift shopping

Lots of items stocked but the prices are high. Kind of disappointing because the items are second hand but I guess since they are for-profit rather than a thrift store higher prices should be expected.

Good thrift, although the prices can be completely out of control. Good discount days. Parking is on the crazy side and in and out can also be a pain.

I love thrift stores and this was a pretty nice one! The staff was very friendly and there were plenty of options of things to get.

Used to shop there many years ago when their prices were lower. Prices are way to high now for a thrift store with donated used items. Maybe it should be called a theft store. Would go back and shop there if they got some common sense and make the prices more reasonable again. You can buy new items for the price they are asking for a well used one.

As a thrift goes, you have to dive in to really look for deals. Being in Hawaii it is hard to find deals, but when I came here I found some treasure here. Purely awesome. $2 shirts and $8 shoes. I am definitely coming here again.

Today is 50% off clothing, shoes n accessories for club members. But bargains n treaures can b found here every day! Just got a new devotional journal for $3!

Great assortment of stuff!

I’ve been here twice. First time for books and they had a deal going on that day. Today I went for clothes and just to look around. Bags were over priced. Some purses were $30 bucks and were in shape. I saw a used V.S PiNk book bag for $40 bucks. At that price just buy a new one, only ten bucks more if I recall correctly. Then the jeans... $25 bucks on some of them. Wth, it’s a thirft store. They really are marking stuff really high.

Always love shopping at Savers!

Savers is similar to Goodwill and Salvation Army, but I have to say that on Oahu, it is actually a better shopping experience than either of those. All the stores have similar merchandise; donated goods are pretty much the same everywhere! The difference with Savers is the store. Its laid out so well, its clean, its air conditioned (although when I visited on 8-3-16, this one wasnt - it was broken!), its just a really pleasant experience to shop here. They have different specials and discount days, so be sure to ask!

Expensive but lots to choose from

Fun to visit, so much variety. Usually find what Im looking for and at a fair price.

They thrift store is EXPENSIVE, their prices is not fitted for so called THRIFT SHOP. to much they dont even know the value of their items...their just guessing it and results to expensive price!

Prices are ridiculous now. You can find cheaper items at Ross. Sometimes you can find items with the original pricetag still attached and the Savers pricetag will be higher. Shameful for a thrift store with donated items. They definitely are not interested in helping the people in the community. Even their half off entire store events have been downgraded to only certain items.

Theres always hidden treasures that I find at every visit and at every location. I look forward to shopping, even for a little while and enjoy my time.

This saver in kalihi much better than the one in waipahu. Prices are more reasonable and bigger selection. The prices in waipahu saver are ridiculously high and too expensive for shoppers, some items cost more than department stores.

A lot of sht to buy.Its basically a thrift shop but bigger.There is a fkton of toys at the back of the store and its extremely fkng easy to shoplift because the tags are usually ripped off by kids (dont shoplift)Anyways so yeah its pretty good

Expensive. Went to go look for used clothing for Halloween costumes and Walmart and other stores were way cheaper. Very disappointed in Savers. They said used clothing was under $10 that was false advertisement.

This frugal chick LOVES this store!!!This is a great place to change up your wardrobe for cheap. Usually every major holiday they have a sale for 50% off almost everything in the store. When they have these sales, I usually spend a couple hours picking out a new wardrobe for my family. And if you have kids, this place is a must. My son goes through the sizes so fast, but this place allows me to keep up with his growing body without breaking my bank!I also like to get baby/toddler toys here. I think I bought a new toy ONCE from BRUS. I spent like $25 on it and he played with it once. I saw the same exact toy here for like $4. Savers is cheaper than buying it new and cheaper than places like Craigslist.This place is also great for putting together a Halloween costume or finding that weird something that you don’t know where else to find. I found a KitchenAid mixer here for $70 once. I bought an MK bag here too. You can find some awesome stuff here, you just have to be patient and spend the time to look through everything.

By far my favorite thrift shopping place!! Some things, I feel, are over priced but they always have a great selection of nic-nacs and tons of clothes and shoes!!

Prices are just like department stores Id rather buy a new pair of shoes from Ross its about the same price. A used Nike that doesnt even have laces were priced @ $25.99 wow! USED, dirty, and NO shoe lace smdh😲 after seeing this price i just had to see what the clothes were going for. A WELL USED pair of jeans that obviously needed to be trashed or used for a rag of some sort were priced @ $10. Ross is where im going if I need shoes or clothes. Just thought to share this cause their prices for everthing is just ridiculous. Come on who does the pricing here?

Found plenty of bargains here that saved me a lot of money not having to buy new - suitcases, both brand new brand name (AT) - $25 each - large size. Cant beat it.
