Our family likes to shop here for school, work and sports shoes. Selection is seasonal, following the mainland seasons so if you try to look for boots in the spring or sandals in the winter then you’ll have a tough time. Other than that, just check back to see what items they have because stock moves quickly. The stock on the floor are self-service, so you don’t have to worry about commissioned workers, but the sales ppl are always friendly to call other stores for stock or check in the back for sizes.My two favorites about famous footwear is the clearance section and the use of their rewards program. Finding good prices on clearance shoes can be lucky or slim picks so it’s just timing, but the store almost always runs a “buy one get second half off” sale. Excellent deals can be found if you can find a couple of pairs around the same price, otherwise the cheaper pair will have the “half-off” removed.Second favorite thing is the rewards app because it keeps track of your spending, history of purchases, and most important allows for discounts and money rewards. I often receive notification emails when promotions are running and easily link the deals to my app. The WiFi is a little quirky in-store with the app but the customer service is so good and the sales ppl will try their best to assist using the app.

Good prices and lots of choices. Go now before tourists flock.

Buy one get one half off deal is a steal if you can find two cheaper clearance pairs. I got two pairs of sandals for $30. I had to hunt down workers to get the right size since they were on the shelves out of reach, but workers are pleasant and helpful. I dont feel that the normal outlet prices are drastically cheaper than normal prices and dont always find things I love here which is why I took away a star. Hit or miss here.

They moved to a smaller location. Gets crowded fast. No chance of 6 ft social distancing. Just Get in and get out.

Shoes have a very good price. Selection of styles and brands in some areas is a little limited as are the sizes. But the often have a few that are in the storeroom so you need to ask if you dont see your size.Sports shoes and cross trainers are well stocked and plenty to choose from. Ladies and kids shoes are well stockedPrices are reasonable. Be sure to down load their app so you can get the membership perks and additional savings on your future purchases. It will be worth it!

Store clerk was very helpful and the store had what i needed today. The female clerk went in back to get a new supply of what i needed instead of just saying, Sorry, whatever is on the shelf is all we have.

I bought two pair of shoes here. Price deals were the best. I was able to save fifty percent on the second pair. The staff were friendly. Staff brought me new pair of socks to use to try the shoes. It was the best service I ever had in a shoe store. Mahalo Nui Loa! I will surely come back to this place next time I need another pair of shoes or I will recommend it next time I know someone that needs a pair or two! Thank you again Famous Footwear!

Good prices, but the shoes are arranged by brand, rather than function. It would be nice to have, for example, all the tennis shoes grouped together, and all the basketball shoes grouped together.

I was about to make a purchase but I felt profiled by the sales associate and the shoes I wanted to purchase I chose not to.

The parking situation for this shopping center is very limited, there is usually parking around back. But the pedestrian walkways and tour busses make navigating a trouble. If you really need shoes with out the hassle try the new store at Kamakaina alii.

Its good to go to the shops individually such as Nike or SKECHERS, but here the products of most manufacturers are displayed and the price is cheap. Im only self-satisfied, but Im looking forward to finding something that hasnt been released in Japan. It is important to note that you should always rub the size check when purchasing. There may be a difference in the size of the box and the size of the shoes inside, a difference in the size of the left and right, and completely different shoes.
