I cannot say enough positive things about my recent experience with William Blanchard Co. Inc., an impressive family-owned business with an excellent product and superb customer service. I was researching awnings for a deck and after talking with Colin I was sold. His brother Alan came out to see the area where it was to be installed and to take measurements. Then after only three weeks on order, another brother, Tom came to do the installation. Theyre terrific people, the awning looks amazing and the quality is optimal.

WENT THERE FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME IN APRIL, 2018. LOOKING TO PURCHASE AN AMERICAN FLAG WITH BRACKETS AND HARDWARE. WAS MET BY A VERY NICE LADY, DIANE, AT THE FRONT DESK. I TOLD HER WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR, AND SHE WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE AND COULDNT HAVE BEEN ANY NICER. SHE WAS A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH AND WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO BE HELPFUL. I WILL DEFINITELY RETURN FOR FURTHER PURCHASES IN THE FUTURE. AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE LOOKING TO PURCHASE FLAGS OR AWNINGS.
