We liked the granite & marble selection & soapstone is what we had installed. Their installers were awesome and I highly recommend them for everyone.

Horrible customer service terrible product. Counter top was brought and damaged along with walls and front door in new home. They came back removed counter top damaging all new cabinets and walls to repair and bring back. Replacement counter top still looks horrible and is in 2 pieces. I had another company look at counter top just for them to tell me they took the easy way out making it into 2 pieces not one big slab. Took no care of the home nor cleaned up after themselves. Spending 6800$ you would expect a lot more. As reviewed it appears others have had the same issues wish I read the reviews prior. Life lesson, do not recommend. Everyone is paid to do a job, do it the right way there will be no issues. Success is earned not given.

Horrible, the worst experience I every had. The state of Maryland need to investigate this business. People dont promote their business for many of reasons...dont make full payments until the project is complete.

I called US Granite after calling several different plumbers and countertop companies looking for someone to fix my kitchen sink which was separating from the granite. I was almost in tears by the time I called them because either no one did that type of repair or they wanted to charge me for several hours of labor to do it. US Granite said they did this repair, and it would be $275. Then as we talked, the man said he would cut the price to $200. Two days later, three men showed up and fixed the sink in about 15 minutes. They said all the hardware was no longer good, and they replaced all of it. The sink looks great and is extremely strong. I am not the type of person to write reviews. The company has to be either amazing or awful for me to write a review. In this case, they were awesome. If your sink is separating from your granite, call these guys. They know how to fix it, and they will do it fast.

I just needed a small (36 x 11.5) piece of marble to finish a remodeling project. For some reason my contractors stone guy couldnt come up with what we needed after a month of waiting. Called up, Mike told me to come over and take a look at what they had, found what I needed, and had it in hand in less than an hour. Great customer service!

We received an estimate from U.S. Granite and I am so thankful we chose to go with another company because I felt unsure with them from the start. First, the gentleman coming to give the quote and take measurements was not very friendly or customer service oriented. When he took the measurements he said our square footage was almost 12 sq ft over the measurements we had. I asked to see the measurements he took to confirm (as the price is based on the square footage) and he said I couldn’t look at the paper which made me feel like he was hiding something. We received several other quotes from other companies all confirming the correct square footage and I felt completely like he was trying to take advantage of us. After this I decided to go on and read some more reviews of the company and I am so happy we chose to go with another company.

Great work putting in the quartz top in our basement. Everything came out perfect. Us granite marble is highly recommended for granite countertops installation. It looks amazing!

I LOVE my new countertops!!! Everything was very professional. On a Saturday I walked right in and got a quote whereas all the other stores I had reached out to were requiring an “appointment” which was ridiculous considering I already knew what I wanted, and my kitchen measurements. Mike took care of a base quote within 10 minutes and explained the process to me. Then he took us out to look at the granite and marble they offered and gave me recommendations on what would look best/in my price range. I’m so glad I went with them because install was very easy as well. Everyone was polite and nice and made sure we were happy with end result.

To who all read this. This company did my kitchen with Granite. And what a mess. I called and spoke With one of the owners, he said that he would send his partner out to my place to see what’s going on. And what you know he came out and did a wash job, he try to buff out scratches and blemishes when he realize he couldn’t get them out he says OK I spent enough time and left .Now three months later and I’m about to get my kitchen redone with another company. shop around

Exceptional service, counter tops came out amazing. Mike in a the showroom was great and we had them come back out after install just to fill a nick on our waterfall. They showed up the next day and the installer saw I was working on the sink drain and went ahead and did the plumbing for it with parts he had on the truck while he was waiting for the epoxy to dry.

A company that you can trust. They did measurement on time and free ..Also the gentleman who did measurement was very nice, professional and he explained everything very well. My counter is gorgeous and looks amazing now ..Thank you Us Granite

You get what you pay for. Worst experience with a contractor I have ever experienced.Does not care about their customers.If you ask a question they yell and scream at you. Stated an installation date and took 3 weeks after the date and installation took 2 weeks. I had 1/2 a kitchen for 10 days.Once they get your deposit, you have no recourse except putting up with excuses as to why they can’t finish the job.I would not recommend to anyone!!!!!

US Granite Marble did a wonderful job, and Im very pleased with my new countertops. The entire process was quick and efficient. The estimate took approximately 15 minutes, another 15 minutes to make a granite selection and less than 2 hours for installation. Great overall experience! I will definitely recommend this company to others.

Michael came out and did the measurements. He made some suggestions to save us money. We visited the showroom and that helped us make a better decision on what we needed. Mike was very helpful and professional. Each time I called, he was always pleasant and courteous. I will be referring this company to my friends.

Sadly the granite slab we ordered for our kitchen came in two sections. One section was indeed what we ordered, the other was not. We called Mike and he was NOT apologetic at all. The other piece is clearly different and I AM NOT HAPPY! Plus the cut out for the faucet to our farm sink is not centered. No customer service skills by this company to try to rectify this, and simply not even interested in making us happy.Update as of April 4:Mike and I spoke regarding this review due to the one star rating. I went over what I previously stated. Nothing was resolved. I was told “I was not special enough to have two different slabs”. He continued to claim all sections were one slab when it is blatantly clear it is not. My review stands. Honestly I wish I could give a 0!

Best in the business!! Use these guys for all of my granite installs and they are superb, quick and always willing to adjust to the customers needs. Next is our bathrooms and they will be our go to for granite.

I first went to Home Depot and Lowes for counter top estimates. I thought their prices were a bit in the high range after considering all of the various hidden fees they end up charging you. then did some research on google and found Us granite Marble. I communicated with Natalie and Jane mostly through email and he promptly replied to all of my questions. The installation went smoothly also. The installers were very detailed and made sure that my granite counter top was installed properly. The lines precisely match my cabinets and apron sink. My kitchen looks absolutely great. Picked out a quartz countertop and they came out on a Saturday to measure. Told us the price and it was out of our budget, but luckily they had samples of some granite in the truck. Changed our mind and picked out one of the granites they had in stock. Scheduled the install for that Wednesday, they came out and it looks great! The entire process took less than a week and was almost half the price for the same stone at Lowe’s

Fast and professional! Granite was installed 2 weeks after I selected slab. Installers were in and out in less than 3 hours and made sure everything was perfect. Counters are beautiful! Best of all price was way less than the home improvement stores.

The guys who came to install were great but then had a conversation with Mike Surface the showroom manager over the phone about a size misunderstanding on a back splash, I asked if they would just take back the piece and I would come back to the store and pay to have the correct size installed and he wouldnt let me finish speaking and threatened to take me to court over a $50 piece of back splash. He was so very rude. If the company could find themselves a better more respectful manager, then maybe I would recommend them.Update: The owner of the company heard what happened and called to schedule a time for when he could come and install the correct size himself. It has since been installed and looks great. Although dealing with their manager was not fun, the owner corrected the issue quickly and I would now recommend them to my friends.

We were extremely pleased with our entire experience with this company. From Mike in the showroom to Josh coming out to measure our countertops to the installers, we cant say enough about them. We had one very small blemish that we could certainly have lived with but called Mike on a Thursday to see what he thought. The installers came out the following Monday and fixed it although I dont think it was any fault of the company to begin with. We will be using them for all of our future renovation needs.

Selected granite on a Wednesday and was installed the following Monday. Installers were friendly, fast and did an excellent job. Had one small problem with a rough edge on a corner and they came back on Thursday to fix it. These countertops look great! Thank you for a good job at a great price!

We used US Granite Marble for our kitchen countertops last year. We searched the entire DMV area; 15-20 suppliers and fabricators, and ended up stumbling onto them. We found a granite we liked in their inventory. Mike was easy to work with, it only took a couple weeks from order to install and the granite looks great. Weve referred friends and strangers and would use them again. Oh I almost forgot their prices pummeled the competition. Rock on!

The crew that came out to my house earlier in the day had had an accident with their truck which cracked a piece of my countertop…surprisingly, they honored their commitment to have my countertop installed that day and came later that evening. They did a wonderful job. It looks beautiful and it was the best price I had gotten out of the 6 estimates I received. Id highly recommend them to friends and neighbors.

I would NOT recommend this company to purchase granite countertops. They are not professional and their work is sloppy. Once you sign the contract you are treated like a nuisance that must work around their schedule instead of trying to accommodate the customer who just spent a large chunk of money. They are disorganized and the communication between the office (who does all the scheduling) and the workers is non-existent. Our biggest complaint is the horrible job they did on the seam, it looks ragged and very noticeable when it should look smooth and only slightly noticeable. They also damaged our freshly painted walls without any regard whatsoever, claiming its in the contract - they are not responsible for any damage done during installation. Do yourself a favor and find a different company for your granite countertops, this one is too busy and too unorganized to spend anytime at all making sure their customers are happy.
