They havent had any pho in months now. Not sure why. I dont think I can actually blame them for the issue.

Very convenient, staff was funny, professional and friendly. There was even a guy who stock items but did not work there who assisted me.I wish they carried more plant based/vegan options.

Self checkout was fantastic

I said I was not going to complain entail it happen to me. Now they sell cookies in a bag and you can not see the cookies entail you buy them they used to sell them in a clear plastic container and you used to see which on had burned cookies now you cant and why would you put burned cookies out to sell to people. I gave them one star because I hope they put the cookies back in the clear container to sell and the cookies should not be burned for people to buy. That has happen to me and it should not have.

Even though I give the place 5 stars I do have a concern when individuals cant separate their personal feelings from the job. Im a Correctional Officer and I frequently stop in the morning (in uniform) after work to purchase a few items. I understand that current events have darkened the aura of the uniform but when your job is service, reserve your opinion and serve your customer, the rest can resume when you clock out.

They always have a great selection of roses of different colors. I am pleased to visit and find a new favorite rose color for my wife.

Very nice Safeway in the area with great staff.Lines move quickly at this location. Produce here is better than the Safeway in my neighborhood. They have a bit of a better selection when it comes to frozen products.Nice and clean. Went to this location many times and customer service was acceptable. I was overcharged for eggs the other day and I went to see the manager, she took care of the situation without any problem.

Little bit more expensive than their competitors but they offer same day delivery of groceries which cant be said about the others.

I don’t know who Katrina is but she was one of the nicest ladies I have heard over a phone lol.

Need improvement badly in the produce dept. Gave a 1 star for staying open late. Need more better store managers.

Well organized and well stocked. Best to get to the store early for the best selection.

A little higher prices than some of the other stores, but this Safeway does not disappoint when it comes to cleanliness, and options. Their bakery is nice and they have the best Boston Creme Pie in comparison to any other bakery in the area.

Our go-to Safeway. Easy to get to and normally plenty of parking. Be careful going in or out of the store because people are oblivious to pedestrians and will run you over.

Computers down, could not get flu shot.

6/2 at around 6:15-6:30, my 17 year old god daughter was purchasing 3 items that equaled $5.45. She was at the self serve line, so she added the coins first and then inserted a $20. The machine malfunctioned and the $20 was stuck. My god daughter notified the lady supervising the self serve registers and she notified the manager. The manager came over and told my daughter the register doesn’t lie and she needs to pay for her items. So basically she thought my daughter was trying to steal. So she called me and I came in the store to talk to the manager. After about 20 minutes, she took the machine apart and realized the $20 was stuck in the machine. She apologized and returned the money And tried to give us the items but we said no thanks and walked out. My daughter was embarrassed and I was embarrassed as well. If we was a different race I feel like it wouldn’t have been a huge deal. The money would have been returned freely and quickly. I will not shop at this Safeway again!

Safeways are my favorite grocery stores. They also have the best sour dough bread in their bakery. Just check your expiration dates on anything you buy, thats the only negative is they are not on top of rotating stock & removing past date items.

Popped into Safeway to grab a few things. It seemed to be well stoked. I would go there again to shop.

Had to buy limes & a Mango for this super yummy Kale salad recipe Im preparing tomorrow with homemade Thai Peanut Butter dressing (will share pics). Also, purchased Oak Nut bread, Starbucks Cafe Verona coffee and 🤔oh yeah, Drano for my bathroom sink - water has been draining a tad-bit slow. Cashier was super nice and friendly, didnt get her name, but appreciate the warm smile and good vibes 🤗

They had a really good sale on items that was needed.

I have to say, today it was really clean including their black mini baskets, wipes and hand sanitizers were ready for use, and I did not walk down one single aisle without a Safeway employee asking me if I would like any assistance. Awesome place to shop!!!

Little on expensive side but never fails on having items in stock even when other stores are sold out. Happy they have self checkout back in place for when regular lines are crowded or short on staff.

Well stocked just do to corona pandemic,no cleanliness protocol was taken for surfaces touched and used...ie self checkouts and bathroom.

This location has all the basics, although they are sometimes not where you think they are. The cashiers are personable and the store is well lighted.

Its clean and staff is friendly. Wish they had more fresh bakery options and selection of fresh fruits.

Excellent variety and range of choices in products. Three or four times better then that offered by Giant or Shoppers (both of whom are pushing generic low end brands in place of mainline brands). Store was clean, well-lit, and well stocked. Bakery had a good range of fresh selections, with their breads actually being soft and fresh, and not the hard stale fireplace material the others often have. Only complaint is that their price range is and always has been higher than average..

I can always go there and get the items I need.

The store itself is clean and well stocked but one of your employees who Im assuming works in the back was out in the store with no mask chit chatting with employees and dropping f-bombs as though he was home. I looked right at him when I saw he had no mask

My visit to Safeway today was great! Customer service was awesome. My cashier Cassandra was very helpful and told me and other customers behind me...sorry for the wait! While she had to leave the register to check an item for a previous customer. She had an overall concern for all her customers⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Safeway has a great selection of products for sale. You can find anything you want when you want it however their prices are very high. Then it takes forever to check out. Premium prices should come with premium service and here it does not. I only come here when I cant find what I want somewhere else. I would shop here ore if the checkout process was faster and more pleasant

Great store for weight watchers

The people here are always pleasant and I appreciate their attention to detail. I have been in this store on a few occasions and whenever the echrich sausage is on sale the dont have the turkey one available. That is my only frustration.

This Safeway is extremely nice interior / exterior the staff is always friendly with great fresh well organized shelves of food fully stock and the patrons that shop at this location act very civilized never loud and rowdy. A pleasant place to shop .

Safeway in all locations of Waldorf and Laplata, MD have decreased in quality of food. Veggies are wilted and if they look ok, they have your car stinking by the h e time you get home. I will pass on the word through social media do not patronize Safeway

We bought a lot of food there and absolutely nothing was bad about this place. Everything was great.

Just called to see what the bakery hours are, specifically what time they open in the morning. The gentleman that answered was confused, had to check with a manager, then returned to the phone and said they closed at 7pm. We asked him again what time does the bakery open? Its closed. Closed at 7. Moron. Safeway management: train your staff!

I was in MD over Valentines Day and stoped at your store for Flowers. I was thankful and impressed by the lady that seemed to go out of her way for me. She was very pleasant and eager to help me find the right arrangement. Her name was Sandy or Cindy I’m not really sure, but thank you!
