Dr. Guy is the best. She took the time to explain the tests. Then reviewed my results and made suggestions about how to help alleviate my symptoms. Sandra at the front desk is so pleasant that you feel like you’re with an old friend catching up.

Dr. Guy has helped both myself and my mother with testing and hearing aid solutions for our hearing losses. She was professional, kind and caring as well as so patient and clear in communicating with my elderly mother who is doing so well with her hearing aids. I highly recommend this office.

Recently I visited Freedom Hearing Center in Waldorf, Md, to discuss getting more up to date hearing aids and was greeted by a friendly, personable and very professional receptionist named Saundra. The office environment was warm and very clean. Saundra then introduced me to the Doctor of Audiology that I was to see, Becky Guy.Dr. Guy made me feel welcome and comfortable showing that she was there to listen and help me to hear better. She listened to my needs and concerns, examined my ears and administered the hearing test; then we talked about what I looked to get out of the hearing aids. Although I have worn hearing aids for several years, Dr. Guy patiently explained my results and her recommendations. She showed me various levels of the hearing aid and based on my hearing loss and what I wanted to get out of the aids, I chose the Phonak Paradise 70.When I went to pick up my new hearing aids, I think we, Dr. Guy and I, were both filled with excitement. Immediately in trying out the hearing aids, I could tell the difference in how much more I was hearing. Dr. Guy cordially went over the different functions/new technology of the hearing aids and gave me guidance in downloading the app that can be used to control the hearing aids. I love the new hearing aids; already they are giving me so much more clarity in hearing and I can understand conversations better.Perhaps I could have gotten a less expensive pair of hearing aids, but I never would have had the clarity of hearing and the assurance that for the next 3+ years I will have access to Dr. Guy to make any necessary adjustments to the hearing aids to help me hear as well as possible based on my hearing loss. I definitely recommend Dr. Guy to anyone who wants someone to care and listen to their hearing needs. Thank you, Dr. Guy.

I went to Freedom Hearing during the pandemic because I was having trouble hearing. The staff was super friendly and they were practicing safety precautions. I would recommend them to anyone needing excellent service.

I had the best experience with Dr. Lisa Behringer, who’d taken care of me throughout, so compassionately, and professionally. After testing, she took time to explain for me everything, and guide me to get the right diet. I had a great experience, with Rebecca at Freedom hearing. She was professional and caring. I had been looking for a new company. (since the one I started with had sold out and the new owners were more concerned about profit then service.) My hearing ads were in need of some maintenance. So I went to Freedom hearing to see about a appointment. They up graded some parts the same day. and took all my information. (hearing ad serial #) To contact the manufacturer to find out about the warranty (9 months left) I was told the warranty had run out by the other company. They called to inform me of this. And I gladly set a appointment. I look forward to my follow up appointment. Knowing they will be honest and professional with there services.

The Waldorf location was recommended by a friend. I’ve had hearing aids before and was not very happy with them. Freedom hearing center exceeded my expectations. They gave me a very thorough hearing exam and fitted me with hearing aids that are comfortable and have helped me in restaurants, with the tv, and when my grandkids are over I just turn them off... all I can say is I am very pleased with my whole experience with this group! I highly recommend.
