The audiologist was great! She read my file before I arrived and listened to everything I had to say. I like that she had a doctor of audiology degree. The wait was almost zero. I’m happy with my new hearing aids and they had what I needed in stock.

I went to this office to have my hearing aid check, and I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist, and then I met with Dr. Antoinette Oliver and explained to her about my hearing aids, she is very professional and very informed of all the latest and greatest of the hearing testing and hearing aids.

I am more than upset. Seems like a pleasant place, I will not take credit away from that. Unfortunately I made an appointment for my eight year old child. The appointment scheduler asked about my insurance and I gave her my insurance name and stated I had a referral. I arrived to the appointment, after taking leave from my job to arrive on time for my child’s appointment. The receptionist states that don’t take my insurance. At that moment, I asked who scheduled and she stated her. I waited for her to explain or give me an apology for wasting my valuable time. Early dismissal for my son and taking leave from work, in addition I’m eight months pregnant. The best thing a person can do after making a mistake like that is accept responsibility and show sympathy. That wasn’t done. Maybe next time.

What kind of idiot makes an appointment on a day that they are closed? My 91 year old grandmother who depends on a walker to get around was left in the hallway with nowhere to sit to the point of almost collapsing.
