Huge shout out to the new and improved FedEx Office in Waldorf! Chanel is like a new person who has just blossomed. I’ve been going there for over 10 years. She asks the need behind the need to help solve problems, and ensure outcomes the customer will be haply with at a good value. The staff has all become noticeably more friendly and helpful. Seems like new management over the last few years has really made a strong impact over the entire office. They even got my quick turnaround request done faster than I asked (which was 24 hours) and faster than they told me to expect.To the staff: I see you! And the improvement in customer service is not only noticed but very much appreciated!

This location gets 5 stars from me. Very professional, the line moved very quickly, and polite. I even heard another gentleman say that the customer service was outstanding and I 100% agree!! I had a few bad experiences at FedEx LaPlata and decided to try this one and I will be a customer here from now on. They also speak upon entering the store!!!! Management, take care of your employees because they earned a new customer today!!!

Wasnt informed about the machine not able to print until after I paid for printing . Customer service is limited with 3 associates working

Very polite! I was immediately greeted by a young gentleman who directed me to two smiling young ladies that quickly took my package and provided my receipt. It happened so fast!! I will be back :-)

I would give them a negative 100 if I could. FedEx is the worse delivery company out there.I had a box that said it would be delivered everyday for 6 days. I finally called the company I bought from and the supervisor called FedEx and at 2:40 am I got my box.Now Im going through it again, it was to be delivered for the last 2 days, now it says Tuesday. I hate FedEx.

If they run their business like they train their drivers, avoid this place like hell. Turned onto 301 north next to one of their drivers (in the left lane) close to this location while their driver had his right turn signal on for a left turn only to have the driver completely cut me off twice to get into the right turn lane. Not once did their driver check his blind spots for other vehicles. If my reaction time wasnt what it was, their drive would have plowed right into the drivers seat and the drivers side of the engine of my vehicle. The driver didnt even break when I honked to let them know I was there in his blind spot. This is completely unacceptable for drivers who are using a company vehicle representing the company. If this is what they do when not dealing with customers, I can only assume they do not hold customer service in high regard in store.Update: I ended up calling them and they transferred me to customer service (or whatever they’re called). The guy I talked with was helpful in that they were going to take a look at who was driving during that timeframe that this occurred and handle the situation.

False advertising. FedEx locations are sparse in this area. I live in Waldorf, but I work in DC/ have night school in largo. I assumed an 11pm closing time for this location would be swell with my crazy schedule, as I had to drop off an extremely urgent envelope. Mind you, the label was prepaid and packed. It merely needed dropping off. I pull up at 10:58 with a sleeping infant in my back seat with the intent to just hand to cashier and leave. Store is completely illuminated and the open sign is on. Yet, the doors are locked and the clerk shrugs and mouths sorry and refused to take my letter. Quite rude. Thanks for the experience.

Dropped off package to this location on Sunday and paid for a Wednesday. The FEDEX staff person looked in his system and told me my package will arrive on Wednesday. I received email confirmation that shipment will be delivered by Wednesday. On Wednesday evening I checked tracking # and update said the delivery will not happen till Friday with no justification. Called FEDEX customer service and the store location twice with no help. This experience do not inspire me to spend my hard earn $ with FEDEX!!

You can tell the employees at this location really don’t like their job. They are rude and disrespectful towards customers. I hate that this is the closest location to my house. I gave 3 stars because of the young lady that works at this location-Shanelle and she greets everyone and is very nice. All the guys and the other lady just have attitude! If she wasn’t there I would definitely 1 star this location.

I was just in this Fedex yesterday. There was a man and a women assisting guests. When I arrived, both were very kind and helpful.Thank you very much.

Middle of the day. Peak hour. Only 1 person working. Making a $40 order and clerk had no change fora $100 bill. Actualy told me i could go to the liquor store for change. Terrible image going on at Fedex. By the way i told her. No im not going to the liquor store.she actualy was shocked I picked my package up off your scale and spent my money at the USPS. Shame on you all.

The staff was very helpful and worked with me for 40 mins, helped me determine what I needed, printed it on special paper and to the exact size, and my project was a huge success.

Jarius should NOT be able to treat customers with such an outright unprofessional disinterested attitude. After emailing a print job he repeatedly told me he couldnt find it, when I asked if I should send it again he directed me to self print . Mind you I had a 3 month old crying baby in my arms if I wanted to self print I would have done so . Every time I encounter him he is rude, disinterested and literally sighs as he is trying to help me . I didnt ask him to come to work he chose to and if you make the CHOICE to show up to a job where you are dealing with the public you had better at least pretend that their needs are slightly important.

Fed ex sucks in Maryland on a very consistent basis. I wasnt able to be at home to sign for my package, so I requested it to be left at the Waldorf location. I went there the next day and it wasnt there, but an hour later I get a phone call sayin my package was available for pickup. Extremely inconvenient since I live 45 minutes away and thats the closest place. I have several other instances fed ex is a less than average company, but whats complaining going to do? It wont change anything.

There website says they have a photo printer but that is FALSE. Also the team isn’t that’s friendly. CLOSE THE LOCATION or get new management.

Walked in, had a heavy awkward shaped metal thing to be shipped. The dude packed it up and boxed it like a pro. I was happy with the service.

People that work there, are races, discrimination once going threw there doors, dont ask you for help/support. You ask for help, they hear you, look at you and dont come.

Great little place to print or fax something in a pinch.

I would never use FedEx again to ship anything there the worst

No one was in the store and I asked the lady by the register for some assitance. She stayed behind the register and didnt help whatsoever.

Customer Service woman was rude and not helpful at all. She made me purchase an item I did not need. I will never go back to this location again.

They claim that they open at 7 am on a Monday but theyre not open at 7:45 am. What a waste of time!

The people at this location are rude and slow. After 30 minutes my package still was not shipped and they were trying to sell me stuff.

Had a book spiral bound. Just a little expensive, but a job well done.
