POOR & TERRIBLE experience with printing department. Both times that I have tried to print my business marketing products with this location was never done correctly. Staples need to invest on staff who actually have printing & graphic background and that understands customer service. The lady helping me took 30 minutes to only figure out that she didnt type the correct order #, then took another 30 minutes to tell me they arent done because of incorrect margins. She said she was trying to help me by calling her supervisor only to laugh and make fun of my concerns ( in front of me). What a waste of time!!! I put this order on a Wednesday and went there Sunday to pick up no work done.

One word, Heather. I went in to use the computers and was trying to download some CD-ROMS. She volunteered to help me and was so kind and sweet. It was a busy night in the store, and she was helping multiple customers at once. She spent no less than two hours trying to help me with these CD-ROMS. She is exceptional and deserves a promotion! You rarely encounter that kind of customer service these days! Thanks Heather!

Very poor customer service!!! An associate (Daniel) was demeaning, and the person in charge (Joshua), though polite, seemed nonplussed regarding my concern and made no genuine effort to resolve the issue. BE AWARE THAT IF THE SELF-SERVE PRINTERS ARE NOT WORKING PROPERLY (DUE TO NO FAULT OF THE CUSTOMER), THE EMPLOYEES WILL OFFER TO ASSIST YOU VIA THE FULL-SERVE PRINTING SERVICES @ THE FULL-SERVICE PRICES!!!

I went in to buy a printer. The guy in front of us said he was on his third printer there. They were used and missing cords. The girl checking us out seemed very annoyed doing her job, she said Im so glad your my last customer. She seemed annoyed that I wanted to sign up for the rewards program. We got out of the parking lot annoyed decided to pull over and check the printer. It was an eco tank. All the ink was gone and there was ink in the printer. When I asked the manager if they check the printer when they are returned he said no. Terrible way of doing business.

Upon walking in to get a few scans of my professional art, an employee (whose name I cant remember, a man with medium length dreads and glasses) told me they were too busy to help me. Being the only person standing at the counter, this confused me. Another kind employee saw the distressed look on my face and referred me to the employee named Sterling. I gave Mr. Sterling three priceless art pieces to scan. Typically my experience in Staples is quick and careful Today was different. I watched Mr. Sterling pick up my original work like you would a test paper in school. My heart dropped seeing it bend. I yelled over the counter, startled that someone would treat a very obvious original with such recklessness. After a long 30 minute wait, I received three scans on my phone. One of them was clearly hastily done and cut off at the top. I did not want to hand back my art to this man who had damaged my art before and I didnt want to wait another 30 minutes for him to send me another scan. I gave him his $4.21 and immediately called my manager.

The worst online pick up EVER!!!! I will never come back to this store ever again. I received an email from FedEx indicating that my online order had arrived at the Waldorf store at 12:09pm. Not wanting to be impatient I waited the rest of the day for an email to arrive stating that my order was ready for pickup. Seven HOURS later - no email so I went online for assistance. At first the customer service rep said it hadnt arrived at the store but they forwarded a link to FedEx which said it did arrive! Then they said to call the store. So that was a waste of my time. So I called and after 15 minutes of being placed on hold and bounced around they said my order was there and ready. Later I arrived at the store and there was only one customer service rep handling the regular and lines customer service line which meant I had to wait for the entire line to empty before she got to me. Then and this is the best part - she asked for my name and just handed me the product I ordered - no ID, no receipt, nothing to do in the computer she just handed it to me - so I waited in the store while she checked an entire line out and all she needed to do was hand it to me and I told her why i was there when I first arrived. This is the last order I ever place with STAPLES - AMAZON FROM NOW ON EVEN IF IT COSTS MORE!!!!!!!

Good for back to school shopping when you actually want to see the product. Amazon is still king but we wanted a brick and mortar this time. Actually did have some pretty decent deals on computers but that wasnt what we were looking for. Cashier was a bit slow.

I kept thinking about a situation I just encountered at this Staples and decided to quickly write this review to warn other customers recycling their used computers. I went there to recycle some four CRT monitors, three printers and four laptops. First, I have explained to the first representative or cashier that I had the items mentioned above to recycle and he decided to call someone else to help me. When he came, He wanted to know how he could help me and I have explained to him the reason I came to the store, so he went and got me a cart to unload the items from my truck. After unloading my truck and taking the cart to the store, I was told by the same assistant I was dealing with that the recycle bin was full. Less than a minute, the store manager came and told me that she was sorry, and she couldn’t accept the recycle items because the bin was full. She has also mentioned that other someone was able to recycle about 30 items at once when the staples official Webb site stated 7 items per customer. I tanked her for accepting at least the four laptops and I took the rest of items home.To make a long story short, since I was not told at the beginning that the recycle bin was full, the store manager could have handle my case differently. Instead; I was unfairly taking care of by the store manager.If you are recycling your old computers at this location, make sure they will accept your items before you unload …At this point, I am decreasing my four stars that I have giving to this store a year ago to one.

I went to this staples to get the screen on my iPhone replaced and it wa a terrible experience. After four screen replacements from them to correct errors they caused on my phone it still wasn’t right. The phone kept pressing random buttons and after the manger told me that it was the phone and not the screen I took it to the Apple store where they tested it to confirm it was the screen replacement that had been the issue. Long story short my phone is still broken and I should’ve never went here to get it fixed. Don’t waste your time go someplace else, anyplace else but here.

I really love my Staples store in Waldorf. In fact I shop so regularly there that the manager even phoned me when he had not seen me in a while. Super personal service and great sales everytime I go. In many cases I buy at the store instead of shopping online or at other locations as they have instant rebates and usually everything is in stock.

Attendees at staples was nice and pleasant however they only had two member working while a few where stacking shelves. Mostly the other staff was holding conversation with one another while the lines was getting long.

This is the second time I have tried to patronize this business and both times I have been lied to, order not done and then just brushed off like I did something wrong. This is the worse Staples in the entire DMV. I will never do business here again and will do everything in my power to make sure my clients and any person I come in contact with does not either. The employees at this store take customers for a joke and a game, An employee Mari takes it upon herself to hang up on you and then telling you your order will be ready after closing. the manager Frank is no help at all. Saying there was no proof I paid for the business cards. How is it that the store employees dont know the policies. I will be making sure to leave a review about my experience on all social media platforms. My recommendation is to stop providing the print service at the Waldorf Staples.

Stood in like for like 20 min. Did not mind waiting, then I get to the ups section did everything and then was told they dont ship to P.O. boxes. This would of been fine if this is the first time i shipped to a p.o. box from this location. The the assistant manager said Well I been doing this for 10 years and never shipped to a p.o. box. And asked if I had the paper I signed showing I did that. Of. Course I dont seeing as how I didnt think I would need to prove I ship something out of the same dam location previously. Showed the payments made to them and all. I guess in his 10 years he did not recieve the proper training as the other associate that helped me. Biggest waste of my time.

This store is horrible, no one greets you when you enter the store however, the employees stare at you the whole time. They never have the size shipping boxes I need and there is no one to ask for help to see if they have some in their back inventory. When I was leaving the store one of the employees bump into me and did not say excuse me. This store is one of the worst staples in all of Maryland!

I went to the computer repair section of the store for a data transfer to an external hard drive. Reason being I had purchased a new laptop and wanted to transfer my files from my old computer to my new one. After a couple of days, I received a phone call stating that they were unable to perform a data backup on my computer. I didnt think anything of it and chose to go to a more specialized computer repair store. Upon going to a different store the repair techs told me that there was no hard drive in my computer! Apparently Staples lost my hard drive somewhere in their fix-it center. Of course nobody accepted responsibility for the error. Even if they did, it wouldnt have made a difference due to the fact of being unable to replace personal and work files, pictures etc... So in summary stay away from these guys, and I will never support Staples again.

How shameful of the Waldorf Staples location! I went in and purchased a presentation folder and some paper (blue cardstock) to have 10 pages printed from my thumb drive. No one ahead of me and 3 technicians telling me that ie would be at least a 30 minute wait. When I asked why, I was rudely told to go to Office Depo (their competitor) if I needed it sooner. Hahaha, I didnt purchase anything and yes, you can bet that from now on Ill go to Office Depot! #stupidsuggestion
