Some employees are nice others are rude! Also it’s so annoying when they have a sale on a product and you bring it up to the desk and the sale doesn’t register on their computer then you have to call a manager to go look and see that you were right it’s so time consuming! Another thing that they need to do is add prices to items, especially near the nail area there is no prices so how can you tell how much something is?Update they added prices!

Utilized the pharmacy for flu and covid booster vaccines. The staff was kind, especially Kennedy, but we waited for almost an hour.

Stopped in there looking for directions to a local restaurant after my phone died leaving me with no navigation. Remington, who was working the photo center, had no problem giving me a hand and pulling up my destination on google maps, saving me from aimlessly driving around. Much appreciated.

Just moved to the area and am shocked by the rudeness of the pharmacy employees. My experience with other stores has been so positive, I can hardly believe these people are still employed. Makes me wonder if management is aware of the problem they clearly have in that area.

Worst customer service. Shift lead Mary clearly hates her job! Every time Im in this particular location shes not even close to pleasant. And dont even attempt to use a coupon that prints out of their register on her watch, shell make you feel like a criminal.

Worst customer service ever! spent 3 hours on phone with dr office and pharmacy. they refuse to fill the rx according to how the dr ordered it.... even though the insurance company has been covering it for the past 3 years according to how the dr ordered it. now all of a sudden according to this walgreens, priority health doesnt cover it. i have a family member with exact same rx and a different walgreens fills it for her no problems asked. three effing hours trying to work it out! i was literally in tears. transferring all my rx to another pharmacy! these people are the WORST!!
