I met with Sasha and my experience was so smooth and easy and she also got back to me right away after my initial message. Mother of 5 so time is never on my side but I was in and out in about 30 mins. She informed me about all of the mattresses and I did not feel pressured into anything it was nice ! I was on the hunt for a mattress for my son and found this company on Facebook. It was such a great experience that when searching for a split king with the adjustable bases I contacted Scott. I made an appointment and found what I wanted at an amazing price! Like 1/4 of the price I would find elsewhere. We placed our order and they said it would take about 2 weeks. Our bases came in but our mattresses were delayed due to the foam shortage. Scott got a hold of me and said he had one of my mattresses in stock and he would give me a loaner mattress until ours came in. What company gives you a loaner mattress? Fast forward and my husband and I both preferred the loaner mattress to the one we had on order. I contacted Scott and he said no problem. We could switch out our order to the other mattress and he even offered to deliver it to us! I just never expected the wonderful level of customer service at a warehouse mattress company. I have dealt with Sasha and Mayerlin as well and they were both awesome to work with as well. If you are looking for a great deal on a mattress and want great customer service look no further. Highly recommend them!

Easy and flexible to make an appointment. Found it thru a facebook post. Thought it was a scam but is actually legit. Got to my appointment and had to wait an hr for anyone to show up. Ended up being a mix up in communication which was fine and sasha has a really great personality. There was bo pressure to buy or hovering of any sort which we liked. We felt like we made a good decision on a matress. When we asked to pick it up we were told that scott was going to lunch and to show up in an hr. So we got there at the end of the hr almost exact and he had an appointment that showed up. Knowing we were coming we had to wait outside instead of quick grabbing our item and leaving. Astounded that even though we were kept waiting the first time that they werent a little more accomodating because we ended up waiting over another half hr for the people to have their experience and get loaded up. Not amused, but sasha was great and they do have good products at good prices. They also offer payment plans and warranties which is a plus.

Mayerlyn was very responsive and informative when we first spoke on Facebook Marketplace, even with a lot of customers making appointments. The place was very easy to find though Id never been in Walker Village - Lake Michigan to 8th St to Leonard, past Zinser Elementary and theres a large sign for Walker Village. Its a cute little tucked away area, and BoxDrop is just past Pops Restaurant in a short one-story with glass windows for walls around. Once there, Mayerlyn remembered me from a few small details of our conversation and which bed I was looking for. She did offer I look at other types if I wanted, but she wasnt at all pushy about trying to get me to buy something more expensive - something that normally turns me off about a salesperson. She also suggested different options for bed frames, box springs, or even a possible binky board if I liked. I left the store with a very good feeling about my purchase and loved that she was so polite and personable while I was there.

Love it and will be returning soon with friends great prices.

Scott was very nice and quick to get us in for an appointment. He was knowledgeable about his stock and helpful. That is where my good review stops. If you are doing delivery there is a big disconnect between the delivery service and customer. Our furniture was supposed to be delivered “late afternoon, early evening” per Scott. We had no phone number to call and Scott was not answering for hours! They tried to deliver our furniture at 9pm which is obviously a bit of a safety hazard when you are trying to move heavy furniture in the dark. I do not recommend using the delivery service because there is a big lack of communication between seller, delivery service and customer.

Great Customer Service! I had the pleasure of working with Scott who was very kind, and professional. Scott was able to answer all of my questions with a great deal of expertise. I was pleased to find Box DropWalker provided same day delivery, and practiced good social distancing procedures scheduling via appointment. BoxDrop Walker had flexible scheduling fulfilling my immediate need for a box spring. BoxDrop Walkers prices were cost-effective in comparison to other mattress liquidation centers. BoxDrop Walker has good quality products! I am looking forward to purchasing a mattress in the future, and you should too!
