Went in today looking for a twin mattress and met David. Appeared to be a pretty genuine guy. He took the time to repeatedly switch mattresses when I narrowed the choice down to two (sorry David) and didnt complain once, even joked about it. To say he was helpful would be an understatement. A foam mattress was chosen which was in stock. He even offered to carry it out to our vehicle (thanks again) which wasnt necessary. I havent tried the mattress yet, but the buying experience was pretty damn painless aside from paying for it. Funny how businesses want money for stuff. Granted, the choices are pretty limited in Walla Walla but if I had to do it again, I would go back without even thinking about. Thanks for all the help!

We weren’t looking forward to finding a new mattress. We figured we would be going to different stores and possibly out of town. As soon as we walked in, David was there with a friendly greeting but not pushy. Any questions we had, he answered them and helped us find a mattress that worked for us. We showed up to the Mattress Firm store in Walla Walla at night like an hour before closing. The lady that was working, her name was Rochelle I believe, was the most helpful person Ive ever met at any store. Usually when you show up at a store not long before they close it seems like the workers try to rush you out of there so that they can shut down and go home. It’s a funny thing, you wouldn’t think buying a new bed would be such a difficult task. Here’s how Mattress Firm helped make that decision easy and fun! After spending hours and hours online to try and find the correct mattress. I felt even more confused and instead of the 2 options I had in the beginning I now had about 6. Then I read this “the golden rule of mattress buying is to try before you buy”This me to trying a popular place just over the boarder in Oregon and I left there still confused and not sure if I buy a mattress they mail in a box or what I do.I called Mattress Firm. First off they took special steps to keep things clean. The beds we tried tried were clean. The other place I tried the beds were dirty and stained. Mattress Firm gave you a protective pad to use for the pillows to make the whole process a little more enjoyable.Our mattress expert was awesome he was nice, funny, and knowledgeable. After trying a few beds and getting to better understand what I was laying on. Within a few minutes I could understand why I liked certain beds over others and that helped me move to a decision quickly. All and all the whole experience was top notch! I will buy any future beds from them and will pass the word on to friends and family.They made a hard decision easy!

They make it seem like a great deal, until you sit down and do the math. I was able to get a better bed from a local store for 71% less. Yes, $6000 less. Preying on the less fortunate is disgusting and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this company.
