Everyone is great.. had fun even though I was there for hours however Emily is amazing... She is funny and very smart and went above and beyond.

We came in and Emily received us with a positive attitude ready to help us and made sure we got the best deals along with Aaron too. Emily did a great job getting us set up and getting everything done, I believe she is more than capable to become more than just a sales associate.

Do not trust the employees of this store! I have been with T-Mobile for about 5 months and they have lied every time I tried to get help. When I first set up my account they sold me on trying the home Internet and promised me it was a minimum of 100mbps download speed. I used the home Internet for 5 months and then canceled it because it averages around 10mbps not 100. That is just the tip of the proverbial iceberg. Bottom line is the employees at 9th ave. t-mobile lie to customers and should not be trusted!

Emily went above and beyond to help with an issue switching from a really old Walmart T-Mobile prepaid plan over to a newer T-Mobile one, which required a brand new account, SIM card, and Port. This is the best phone company I’ve ever been to, all the others are complicated and are dishonest about their prices and promotions . I got two phones and two free phones and all new generation. Emily and Charlie and the rest of the crew go above and beyond to help you with all your concerns and are ver profesional. I had a really great transition experience with Manager, Angel Mattos. I had been with AT&T for years. Nothing but escalating bills and the same phones. They have no consumer appreciation or loyalty for longevity. You know what? Today, I’m tired of that! So, I went shopping. Great experience! New phones around. I was able to add my brother! Free phone! I’m paying 30. Less per month unlimited and adding a line! Pretty wonderful day! Like buying a new car without all the dickering. The way business should be done! I am an older person who is a grump when it comes to understanding Tec Emily was outstanding in her appreciation of calming my trepidations and I cant thank her enough for her perseverance and problem solving skills and above all her kindness.

They have the best workers, Charlie, Emily, and Arron were so helpful with everything and we got a very very good deal on our phones, They were so nice and funny, and i would totally recommend going to them to have them help you out, They are some of the kindest people i have ever met, totally recommend them

Excellent customer service and friendly atmosphere!! I’m not exactly tech savvy....(not even a little bit,) but Ashlee is so patient, friendly, and extremely helpful! Switching over to T-Mobile was the best decision my husband and I have made. The coverage is amazing we live in the country and let me say 4bars all day long! Maria and her team are so friendly and fun totally made switching over a breeze. You can tell everyone enjoys what they do what a fun place to be! I even got set up with WiFi in my car!!!! I recommend all my friends and family to make the switch to a friendly reliable network!

We have been customers for 2 years. The staff that helped us when we signed up where nice and very helpful. My fiance and I went in to upgrade our phones last week and we were constantly followed around and bothered while trying to look. We were also misled about pricing. The man helping us also told us he had the plus one phone and talked it up. Later he pulled out his phone and it was an S10. We ended up walking out of the store after picking out phones we wanted and saying forget it.

What great and knowledgeable staff here ini WallaWalla.Frankly they seem educated and more skilled than the team of experts in Colorado! (Except Edward. He was nice). Ashley and Angel were attentive, friendly and patient. I am not embarrassed to come back to ask questions, and because I am a crotchety old woman and hard to please. They were the best!

Absolutely great customer service. They helped my parents get into a great plan and great phones. My parents said that they are very helpful when it comes to getting to know their phones. So I ended up getting a plan myself and nothing but great service and staff was so friendly!

This is one of the toughest experiences I have ever had with a business. The sales representative explained their services and what they could offer us. We decided it was a good deal so signed up. The next day we came in to finish some paperwork and found out that the sales representative had told us incorrect information the day before, to the tune of over a thousand dollars off. At that point we decided to cancel and go with another company. The representative was apologetic and said that he was still learning. We said that we understood; we all make mistakes. It was no big deal. However, the big deal was that we could not get the phone back that we had traded in, and they said there was nothing they could do about the $50 restocking fee for the phone we had purchased. In addition, a different representative and the manager were angry and rude when I refused to pay for their sales person’s admitted mistake. It was a nightmare and it has been many years since I have had someone speak so condescending to me as this manager. Passive aggressive people should not be in sales. We ended up content because multiple people have since informed us that they have the worst reception. I guess we dodged a bullet even if we took a beating.

T mobile walla walla is amazing! Maria is an incredible store manager so sweet and very knowlegable. Im extremely happy with all her attetion and care.The service is very reliable in and out of town. Switching over was so easy and hassle free. Love coming in, the energy is always so positive if your not a T mobile customer then I advise you to make the switch TODAY!

Been a customer for about 12 years. Getting a local store in Walla walla was the best day EVER. My 2 favorite people to assist me with device issues or to make changes to our account are the 2 Marias. Both bilingual. Both with amazing personalities and knowledge base of Tmobile products. Only con to share is that this location is not as stocked with merchandise as other Tmobile locations. Not sure if that is because its relatively newer or a location thing, however, they will order and ship your items straight to your door. Also, coverage has improved TREMENDOUSLY in Walla Walla over the last couple years. Phones with good radios do great in the area.

I wont be getting my money back or the service I paid for.

Horrible service.. some Maria Girl Very rude and gave me an attitude like I have never received before. The night before I went in the store and girl kind of short did not get her name was the nicest person there along with a boy who looked Hispanic but was not helped me add 2 lines and gave me awesome deals. But I had to return so they could help me with my 2 new lines, Maria was rude and making ugly faces on why they didnt tell her we were gonna show up the next day. If I was the owner of that place she would not be there working. I dont think that type of job is for her maybe she should be working at the Pen were she can give ppl attitudes and not me.

Absolutely horrible customer service every time I come in! Just horrible! On top of that, staff is very unknowledgeable about ongoing promotions and offers. I came in multiple times and 3 of those times I bought about $1500 worth of phones and gadgets every time, but nevertheless, the staff treated me like a homeless thief!Im forced to go here since the next closest store is in Tri-Cities, but now I will be driving 60 miles away just to not deal with these people!DO NOT GO HERE!!!
