Did really great job doing our custom mystery orders. Although, one that was supposed to be vegan had to be remade because of the whip. Overall thanks to the employees for putting up with our nonsense.

Amazing food, the beyond breakfast sandwich is delicious! Coffee, omg, oat milk, everything here is good! Location is awkward trying to get out. Super busy. Worth the wait. Workers are excellent, fast friendly service. The workers great service actually makes up for the difficult location. Which makes me go back.

While this place was crowded, I came at the right time. There was no one in line, they were all seated. It smelled wonderful when I walked in. When I asked the barista at the register what smelled so good, she replied, Everything. She caught me by surprise, and I laughed. Well played Starbucks person... well played. The venti caramel crunch frappuccino with added shot tasted amazing. As usual, Starbucks exceeded all expectations.

Why do I always come back to this location? Probably because I look for punishment. I hope that your baristas can act more positive even if they hate their job. I’ve been a customer for many years, have spent lots of $$$, but today one barista showed up with a bad attitude and took it upon herself to treat me like I’m an idiot.

People were very nice! I got the cloud macchiato and it was very good 10/10 would recommend! the Starbucks at Safeway doesnt serve it right now but this one does 😁☕️❤️

Ive been using Starbucks mobile app to order my latte. Its always ready for me when I get there and use drive through. Baristas are very pleasant and with our both wearing masks, I feel safe.

Great coffee and great service. We were in the drive thru and it was taking longer than expected. When we got up to the window to pay, they were apologetic for the wait and offered us a free drink that was made in error. It wasnt necessary but it was great customer service making us want to come back again.

Staff is helpful, patient and friendly. Atmosphere including bathrooms are consistantly clean. Service is a little slow.

Love this Starbucks!The staff is super chill and welcoming the minute you walk in that door and the second you walk out.The manager is very friendly and on point. This spot is frequently my office for the day and they always seem to stand out than some of the other Starbucks I have been to.

Deliciously made coffee and tea drinks, fast service and the friendliest Starbucks staff in town. Very small parking lot with free parking and they also have a drive-thru. Indoor/limited Outdoor seating.

Staff is ok. Walked in and waited around for almost 5 minutes before person sweeping to stop take my order. She noticed me and kept doing what she was doing before acknowledging me. A little weird. Also the front door wouldnt close all the way so it was freezing.

Oh where do i begin. First off i NEVER go to Starbucks unless I absolutely have too and last night was it. I went through the drive-thru after I left Safeway which is around the corner, I had been shopping kind of in my own world it was a long day yesterday either way I roll up I order my hot chocolate. And I cant find my wallet OMG I started to freak out I pulled over in the widest spot in the Drive-Thru still couldnt find it I pull up frantic and the woman who I did not catch your name I felt definitely that she thought I was trying to Swindle her she was like I would just take it just take it its fine its whatever I said I would be right back Im pretty sure I left my wallet in my shopping cart. Either way she wasnt nice absolutely no facial expression on her I went back cuz my wallet was in my shopping cart thank God with all my money either way came back in as soon as I walk in she rolled her eyes like I had done ruined her for Rican life I was like I told you I would be back I didnt want you to think that I was trying to con you shes like whatever and then rang me up and then said have a great night with serious attitude not sure what her deal was but I felt like a better person to come back and actually pay and not feel like I was trying to get something for free cuz I hate people like that. Customer service is freaking terrible it was dirty needed to be swept three stars for my halfway decent hot chocolate which I dont understand how you can screw up.

Ive never been disappointed by the coffee, staff, or environment. The only reason I cant give this location 5 stars is the traffic congestion. The drive thru line has the potential to block many parking spots when long, and on a busy day, it may be difficult to leave the parking lot.

Decent Starbucks location. We visited probably once a week, they do make the occasional mistake and drink thats just okay. Main Street location is better.

Super friendly staff. When we showed up in the drive through, someone had paid for our drink from inside, so we repaid the favor - random acts of kindness and the staff lived it.

I like the Plaza Way Starbucks because its usually not crowded, has great staff, and good parking. Theres parking across the street if the lot gets full. Traffic is a problem as the street backs up at commute times, but then youre better off to turn right and go into Safeway lot to turn around. This is a good place to work on your computer if you need WiFi or Internet access. I have a T-MOBILE phone and get good connectivity here. The downtown shop is good if you dont mind the crowds and there are Starbucks at Albertsons both Safeways too. Coffee at its best!

And the managers are impossibly difficult at giving you a refund back. Staff is great. Parking gets a 2 star. Very tight and hard to get in and out. During school tables can be all used up for hours by WWU students using free WiFi for homewirm.

Noisy, loud music. Even after asking for it to be turned down, was uncomfortable to try to visit.
